Super service et super accueil! Au passage j’en profite pour les personnes que ça intéresse, j’ai acheté un jeu avec connectivité en ligne etc (Ghost Recon). On avait un doute sur son fonctionnement sur les consoles européennes, et on m’avait proposé de faire l’essai puis de le ramener contre un avoir si besoin.et bien il fonctionne parfaitement sur ma PS4 Française!

Je me suis rendu aujourd'hui j'ai très très mal été accueilli par le gérant, très mauvais gérant, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience client d'ailleurs je ne vais plus m'y rendre et déconseiller toute personne qui souhaite s'y rendre

These guys sell to scalpers. Reservation list not transparent and apparently they have ‘their favorites’ ones. Unfair practices increase the price-boosted resell market.

It's a great location, has good inventory and great staff. Be sure to check stock beforehand though, this location is popular enough that you might not find a game that just came out if you did not preorder it.

Il y a suffisamment de choix pour y trouver son compte.

En ces temps de Covid-19 il serait vraiment primordial de laisser un message sur votre site comme tous les magasins. Exemple: Temporairement fermé en raison du Covid-19. De plus ça serait bien aussi de le mentionner dans votre messagerie, cela éviterait des déplacements inutiles.

You go in for a minute and then you don't want to leave anymore.there is everything, ps4 games and other consoles, lightsabers of star wars. You are going to have fun.

Like any corporate store they're all stamped from the same mould, the only difference being the location (this one's a little out of my way), the staff (usually friendly and helpful, depending on who's working the counter that day) and the stock (usually the same everywhere else but some stores do offer a better selection of used games than others and there are the odd gems to be found here).

Great selection of games and more but don't expect to be served in English if you don't speak French. I couldn't understand what the saleslady was telling me and she kept speaking in French. Not going back there again.

My girlfriend went to trade in a game and a controller and was met with great service by an employee named Christina she ended up with a great deal for borderlands 3 deluxe edition and a brand new controller, would highly recommend shopping there, thank you.

Do not shop at EBGAMES anymore, since the staff tried to sell me an open box (which they tell me was never used, is brand new) for full price. Then they had the audacity to ask if they want to shrink wrap it to make it look like new.

I wanted to buy brand new. Already wrapped. It was a gift. Do not waste your money here. Don't even give them your time. Many more other stores outdoor that give better prices.

Les deux fois que je suis allé à date le service était très bon, rapide courtois, je crois que j'ai parlé avec le gérant qui était très rapide à m'aider à trouvé exactement ce que je cherchais.

I came in looking for something the website said they had in stock. Arrived and it wasnt. Spoke to the manager, who was super helpful even though I was not easy to deal with at that point. He did everything he could to help me out and make sure I left happy. I left more than happy and they have gained a lifel9ng customer.
