Personnel accueillant et bonne variété de jeux. Malheureusement, de moins en moins de jeu usagé à cause du dématérialisée.

Il y a aussi pas mal de produits dérivés pour ceux que ça intéresse.

It was good! Very good. The service was welcoming and quick to answer at my questions. I recommend going there if you're a lover of consoles or figurines.

Staff is friendly and always helpful. If you are looking for a game they help you out by checking other stores. Even the harder games to find. Manager is awesome so is the rest of the staff. Totally recommend this place to any gamer.

Great customer service, the staff there is amazing everytime I go there, they have a great variety of merchandise and a lot of interesting things there. Definitely recommend!

Je suis allé beaucoup fois mais la dernier fois le gérant ne voulait pas faire des retours en disant que les retours affectés ses % de ventes, il voulait que j'ai dû retourner à la place où j'avais acheter les articles et dans les factures "on peut faire rembourser les produits non ouverts n'importe où" alors à cause de ça j'ai décidé de ne acheter plus dans cet magasin, avant j'ai acheté beaucoup des choses pour envoyer à une autre pays, si vous chercher un magasin plus empathique et professionnel je vous recommande de chercher ailleurs

Eb Games prend votre argent assurez vous d’acheter la bonne chose parce qu’il n’y auras pas de remboursement. Maintenant ben je suis pris avec un credit inutile qui me servira absolument a rien. Merci Eb Games pour votre politique de prendre l’argent des consommateurs et de n’effectuer aucun remboursement. Achetons en ligne la au moins ils sont tenue de vous rembourser. Cette argent si durement gagner. Merci. Et non on ne ma pas avisé l’or de l’achat.

I used to enjoy shopping there with my children so much so that they upgraded my membership card to "gold. " One day I walked in this store to buy a headset and mic for my son's PS4. We looked at the Turtle Beach model and another set. We were convinced by the store manager to but the more expensive set (Turtle Beach) and bought their $10 extended guarantee. When we went to home to try the set it didn't work. I returned instantly and was met with hesitation, but exchanged it for another set. We returned home tried the new one and the same issue! We returned again and this time I wanted a return of my funds - no can do! Obviously although there is a no return policy I felt cheated because it appeared as I was actually sold a used (returned) item to which the store clerk replied no but then showed me a string of clear plastic sealing labels to reseal items that "came to the store unsealed. " I felt disgusted complained to the head office to no avail. I will never return there again. The employees showed no empathy and never even let me get one word out of my mouth.

The staffs were not well informed or knowledgeable about the store products and games. The service was very poor. We were asking for 4 new items that showed in stock for this EB Games. We’ve asked the clerk and was advised that if it’s not on the floor, it’s in the back store in boxes that he has go check and gave us a big sigh. He then disappeared at the cash register and never came back. We had to speak to another clerk. Not good service.

They sell u the garantie but when it comes to exchange they find all kind of excuses not too.
I have been their client for over 10 years and the first time I asked for an exchange for something i had bought 2 weeks a go they won't saying i damaged it.
