Très bon vélo pour le prix surtout quand on l'achète en promotion chez Costco. La batterie a une très longue autonomie pour peu qu'on se donne la peine de pédaler. Très facile à utiliser et à enfourcher. Charge rapide. Personnellement, je recommande. J'ai eu un problème avec mon écran LCD et pas de niaisage, on m'en a envoyé un autre que j'ai installé moi-même. Merci à Jérôme chez Ebgo qui m'a expliqué la procédure d'initialisation de l'écran que nous avons fait pas téléphone en français. Très bon service.

J’ai acheté mon vélo chez Costco et à la livraison, quand j’ai essayé mon vélo j’entendais un drôle de bruit! J’ai appeler Costco il voulait que je change le vélo complet! Alors j’ai appeler ebgo directement, super service à la clientèle vraiment. J’ai fait réparé mon vélo pour 44 $ et la
Compagnie ebgo m’a remboursé sans attendre. Vraiment impressionné, je velo va hyper bien et il était facile à assembler. Je recommande fortement.

J'ai acheté un EBGO CC60 chez Costco. Lorsque j'ai sorti le vélo de la boîte, j'ai remarqué une éraflure sur la fourche avant, probablement dû au transport. J'ai écrit directement à la compagnie pour savoir si je pouvais obtenir une peinture de retouche. J'ai obtenu la peinture par la poste en moins d'une semaine et ce sans frais. Je suis vraiment content du service à la clientèle de cette entreprise que je recommande sans hésiter.

I purchased my CC50 through Costco. The bike arrived quickly and well packed. My husband and I had it assembled in about a half hour.
I love my new electric bike. It rides better then any other bike I've ever owned. I can maintain a speed of approximately 18 to 22 km easily. I am a 69 year old woman, slightly overweight but have always been active. Both the PAS and throttle can give me the help I need when I need or want it but I've ridden the bike for over 200km now and my display shows I still have a fully charged battery. Impressive.
I had a few questions when I initially received the bike. A phone call to the company and all those questions were promptly and politely answered.

My wife and I purchased our EBGO CC50 in October of 2021 just before heading to AZ for the winter and have been extremely pleased with them, we ride several times a week and have ridden just over 2000 km's since then.the only issues so far have been a headlight burning out and when I contacted the service department they quickly responded and sent a replacement without any hesitation.
These bikes are easy to ride and it makes cycling enjoyable again, (I am in my late 60's), they are also a great deal for the price we paid.
I would (and have) recommend these bikes to many friends and persons who have enquired about them.would definitely would purchase again.

Au début la batterie ne fonctionnait pas. Un peu long avant de recevoir la nouvelle batterie.

My experience with Ebgo Electric bikes has been very positive. Ordering and shipping was quick and easy (I ordered mine through Costco). The bike did arrive with a small dent and paint chip on the rear rack. I notified the Company right away and they shipped me a replacement rack immediately. The bike was very well packaged and easy to assemble. I have ridden a couple of hundred kilometres now and everything works perfectly. Battery lasts a very long time before it needs charging. The bike has lots of power to assist you going up steep hills. I am certainly enjoying riding my bike along the trails of our city and would definitely recommend this product to those looking for an Electric Bike.

Nous sommes satisfaits et avons beaucoup de plaisir à circuler sur les sentiers de vélo avec ceux-ci. Nous n’avons pas parcouru beaucoup de Km et seront plus en mesure de donner un avis plus ajusté à la fin de l’été.

Très bon vélo, bonne autonomie, seul petit défaut, craquement au niveau des poignées, plastique sur plastique.

Purchased the EBGO Bike a few months ago & have been extremely happy with it. It exceeds my expectations, dependable with excellent controls which are easy to operate. The battery also works far better than I expected. It has all the features of a much more expensive bike like hydraulic brakes, great front & rear lights, thumb throttle & a superior rear rack as well as full coverage fenders & chain guard. Compares favourably to bikes more than double the price.

I have my CC48+ since September 2020, so far, it’s only pure fun riding my bike. My husband bought and IGo bike from Costco and we find that mine is better and more fun to ride. I’m 5’5’’ and took the small size and it is perfect. The battery is still very good, we do almost every day an hour and a half bike rides. The only thing that I would improved if I was the company is the back light. I bought myself a very bright red light so people can see us better during day time. And their red light should be like the white one in the front: connected to the bike battery.
It’s a very stable bike on the road, got it checked last year with VéloFix at my house.

I love my ebgo ebike. It’s well made. Very affordable. Easy to use. The seat is extremely comfortable.

I find this is a lot bike, for the money. It allows me to see if this is for me. So far no issues, great value for the dollar.

J'ai acheté deux vélos électriques EbGo l'an dernier. Ma femme et moi adorons ces vélos. Faciles à assembler grâce aux vidéos sur U tube des gens bien compétents de chez EbGo (Victo). Faciles à entretenir et particulièrement lors du storage pour l'hiver. Faciles à opérer. Et de plus, aucun problème à date (touchons du bois). Bref, un super achat.
