Rude employees. Just went in today to ask about a game and asked whether other stores might have it. To which they responded that they don’t know the stock of all GameStops and that I can check online myself to see whether another location has the game. Won’t be shopping at this location.

One of our family's favored game stops the staff is always friendly welcoming and knowledgeable.

They have a wide selection of products from games to merch to consoles and accessories.

Bought an elite 2.0 controller there. They certified that the controller had never been used even though the box seemed sus. The 2 week free live subscription had been used and the controller has 2 faulty controls. RB and A. Tried bringing it back but they wouldn’t take it and told me to mag Microsoft. Typical gamestop shenanigans would never go back to these stores.

Did not like my shopping experience. Staff was indiferwnt at best. Bought something saw exactly the same 10% less at best buy next door jusr after argh!

Bought two games last week that were suggested by the workers and ended up being terrible. The worker said we could exchange if we get tired or them or don't like them. I paid 55$ for both and they gave me 12 $ in store credit back. Lol what a joke. Not coming back here again.

Seul bémol pour cette endroit. On te vend une garantie sur une manette de PS4 et quand tu veux la changer, il en a jamais en stock. Pourquoi vendre une garantie que l'on peux pas respecter? J'ai de la difficultés a comprendre comment un commerce qui ce spécialise en jeux vidéo est toujours en attente de manette.

Excellent service, employés qualifiés et prêt à servir le client. Ils connaissent leurs affaires et j’apprécie toujours leurs conseils

The staff are slow, there's rarely more than one register open (even before covid) and the store is more concerned with tacky toys than selling games.

Je voulais supporter un plus petit magasin que Best Buy mais aucune manette Xbox en stock. Magasin de jeux et accessoires ou de figurines POP? Bon service dans les autres cas mais pas de manette en stock. Je comprends pas.

I'm biased. I love shopping at EB and they always give me excellent service, almost regardless if the store I go to.

Love it here! Amazing staff, very knowledgeable in everything they have at the store. I will for sure keep coming back here for all my gaming and collectable needs!

Great selection of video games. Helpful staff who share a passion for video games. It's nice when you visit a store and the employees are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Great store.

We came in to ask about the animal crossing switch.
Cash register employee had attitude and looked like he wasnt happy to see us Instead of kindly saying that it was out of stock, he weny on about how he completed all his reservations and talked with a “are u dumb” tone.

It's to the point now where this store is like one of those comic shops. If you collect figures this place is amazing, one of the best pop selections I've seen also.

I'll update my review now with two experiences I had there:

1- Months ago I decided to go there to make my first purchase at the store and support the local Game stores. However I had a bad experience seeing the staff not much interested in giving me attention. As a customer I just left the store and went to Best Buy and Toys R Us and bought the Nintendo Switch and games I wanted.

2- I gave a second chance and went there to buy a PS4 Bundle. I was in the line and one attendant got the product on the back store and reserved for me at the cashier area. I would use an old console for trade in and forgot the power cable at home, so I left my console at the store to return home and get the cable, however while I was on my way they just sold my bundle to someone else, showing absolutely no respect to their customers.

The store has recently moved to video game based toys and accessories. With the major shift to online gaming and downloads there doesn't seem to be as much demand for discs any longer but it's a great store to find fandom based gifts and paraphernalia and a huge selection of Pop Funko figures.

On retrouve encore quelques jeux de Xbox 360. Donc ma console n'est pas encore tout à fait désuète.

Very friendly workers there. There is plenty of choices. Prices are okay but not the best. Good for used games as they are usually a decent price.

Worst service and extremely rude! I pre order 30 switch games already paid in full I go pick my game up they end up selling the game what I paid for in full. Just go to bestbuy more deals online

This Eb is amazing, but a male staff there left me unsatisfied by his service. Don't ask for services there, but it's worth to look and buy.

Maybe it's because we come here a lot but the staff here is great. Need help? You got it. Need info? You got it. They get excited with you when you're hyped about a new game and they are knowlwdgeable enough to introduce you to new things.

Again, I may be biased but this is my favorite EBX store.

Chaque fois que je vais acheter quelque choses il en reste que 1 sois jai beaucoup de chance sois ils disent sa a tous leurs clients, mais dans tous les cas le prix en vaux la peine et surtout les garantie a vie.

One of my favorite places to preorder videogames as well as buying accessories.the displays are consistently in order and fully stocked.the staff give amazing service, they listen to your concerns and are always attentive.

Amazing store for anyone who's into video games and pop culture! The store is always stocked with amazing products at great prices! The staff is always so friendly and helpful with any question you may have! Preorders and release days are very well handeled for new games and products! This is my store of choice for all my video game needs!

Excellent magasin de jeux vidéos qui se démarquent des autres succursales par un service à la clientèle hors pairs. Les employés sont gentils et savent de quoi ils parlent.

15 minutes d'attente à la caisse. Il a 2 employés mais au lieu d'aidé à la caisse la 2ime employé défait des boîte juste à côté de nous.

Amazing service. Always helpful and willing to answer questions. Those who have written poor reviews probably came at bad times (holidays, black friday etc). I reccomend to everyone!
