Terribly noisy rooms, the heater sounds like a jet engine taking off, the rooms smell musty, not clean. It was fairly cheap and we didn't expect the rits but we expected clean and a good sleep. We didn't get either. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!

It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect too much. Good for a night or two. Room could be better cleaned up. Free breakfast is okay but eggs could be better. Kind of watery.

The room is dirty and the charge was around 150 per night stay. We requested for 2 hours extend for checkout and they agreed without additional charges but later they charged without informing us.

The worst.
This hotel is sold online as pet friendly but it is NOT. We had to fight with the careless staff for them to respect our reservation clearly stating pet friendly. The walls are so thin we could literally participate to our neighbors discussion. Save yourself some pain and book somewhere else.

Hôte un peu vieux et manque de propreté, le personnel est super gentil et serviable. Petit déjeuner variés et riche.

Wasn’t the best place but for the price I don’t think I can sit here and complain. Would reuse in the future for sure

The Super 8 next door is better accommodation at a better price - good value. Breakfast was o.kay - sausages were a welcome surprise, but then the liquid eggs were a disappointment… for what we were paying, I expect much better.

Impossible to sleep here since the fridge goes off on a high-pitched buzzing rave every hour, for 20 mins at a time. During intermissions, the walls are so thin you hear neighbours build ikea furniture right next to your ears. The place also smells really bad in general but that’s besides the point. Would not stay here again.

En dépannage si vous avez nulle part ailleurs à aller. Petit déjeuner passable et encore, pas de service de chambre si vous restez deux nuits, donc pas de changement de linge de toilette, pas de lit fait, et la propreté laisse à désirer.

We booked two rooms for two nights. They were on the ground floor, so we were able to back our van right up to the doors of the rooms. The ground floor rooms have a door to the parking lot. This was VERY convenient. The rooms were also adjoining and had a door connecting them. It was really convenient for us. One room had a smell to it and the other room had a smell in the bathroom. Not terrible. The rooms were clean and the furniture looked recently updated. I found the beds to be comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. They are located within 20 minutes of the old port, old Quebec and many other popular attractions. The breakfast was VERY decent; yoghurt, cereal, hot cereal, eggs, muffins, etc. The rooms were not expensive (approximately $115/room/night plus tax). I would consider this place a very good value.

Pour le prix, déjeuner compris. Le Wii fi était bon. Pas près des grands attractions à pieds mais en auto moins de 10-15 minutes pour tous. Chambre correct et propre, aucun tapis dans la chambre.

If you need a one or two day stay on a budget then this place would satisfy your requirement. I found the size of the room to be of decent size. The bathroom size was okay just that it had a strange odour. Also the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark in my opinion. Also I noticed the ironing board had a large dark spot. And as usual the beds at most hotels are too soft (for me). Also I felt the bathroom especially the bathtub wasn't cleaned well but it could be just me being picky. Would I stay here, probably not but if I needed a place to stay for the night and no other options available then I would but only for the night

The rooms appeared clean until we lifted the sheets. The mattress was all stained like a massacre happened there. The shower only had Laval hot or 3rd degree burn hot water. Worst of all however was the complete lack of sleep due to a combination of an a/c that sounds like a jet engine and the party that was happening on our floor at 3am. The agent at reception wouldn't compensate in anyway because we didn't get out of bed and actively complain. No ma'am, we were trying our best to just block it out and sleep. Moral of the story - you get what you pay for and let me tell you 129$ isn't even cheap. What happened to the hospitality world. I am never going back to this chain of hotels.

Chambre sale, traces brunâtres sur le divan et sur la chaise de bureau. Meuble désuet et j'ai pratiquement pas dormis le lit est inconfortable, frigo avec un gros bruit de moteur. Café dégueulasse pas buvable. Je déconseille fortement.

This hotel took a pet friendly booking from us on Priceline, for August 6th. Upon arrival they refused to honour the amenity and because I was traveling with my dog they canceled my reservation on the spot and left us very stuck for accommodations that night. As of today they are still advertising themselves as being pet friendly on Priceline. They made no attempt to help us, and were quite rude about their fault for not updating their listings on Priceline. I would not recommend this hotel.

Je suis une cliente pas satisfaite, j étais dans la chambre 219 dans la douche l'eau ne s'écoulait pas vite alors j'ai pris une linguette pour dévisser le bouchon et il y avait pas un cheveux mais plein de cheveux au raz bord c'était vraiment dégoûtant et j'ai essayé de ne plus penser à ce tas de cheveux quand je pense que j'ai pris ma douche et tout les millions de microbes sur mes pied. Pour ce qui est le rebord du lavabo malheureusement c'est bien de la crasse. Mon mari m'as fait remarquer que le rebord des plaintes de plancher était crasser. Je ne recommande pas ce Econologue qui est sur le boulvard Hamel. Je grimace juste à penser que j'ai coucher dans le lit et que j'ai marché en plus sur un plancher collant proche de la toilette. Je met comme note 1sur10

The stuff are kind and the location is perfect (near the airport). Rooms and bathrooms need some update. Should invest in new air conditioning units (so loud).

Totally disappointing experience with this hotel and the mentality of the managers here. We did had a booking with them and unfortunately my husband found mild symptoms of covid.so due to sake of our n others health we planned not to travel and cancel the bookings. These people didnt understood the situation and adviced us to still travel n chk in into their hotel but they can't refund the amount. I was shocked by the response and now doubtful as how safe is this place who dont care about the health situation and letting people stay in their hotel just for the sake of money. BE AWARE!

Bon déjeuner, chambre tres bien pour le prix. Service a l accueil non professionnels malheureusement.

Les autres review disent la vérité. Si t’aime entendre les ébats de tes voisins, c’est ta place les murs sont en cartons. J’ai rien de positif à dire, sauf le déjeuner qui était passable.

Budget hotel with complimentary continental breakfast (pre-packed bags available between 6-10 am in the dining area, no dine-in due to COVID). Lower level rooms have sliding door access to parking spots outside. Connecting rooms available. Convenient Highway access, nearby shopping plaza and close proximity to Airport.

Il y a une erreur dans notre réservation. Nous avons été crédité pour une nuit par la compagnie avec qui nos avions réservé (Airbnb) et un monsieur est venu cogné a notre chambre pour nous dire qu'il cancellais notre réservation dès le lendemain matin. (Nous avions réservé 2 nuits) Qu'il avait tout a fait le droit de nous faire partir.
Très mauvais service. Difficile de se faire servir en français. J'ai jamais été aussi dégoûté d'un service comme celui ci.

Propre acceuillants bon service sauf tapis de bain manquants et BARRES de soutient avec un bain glissant peut être dangereux pour chute dans le bain

Au moment d’arriver à la chambre, la température de la pièce, qui avait soit disant l’air climatisé au maximum, était de 25 degrés. Vous allez me dire que c’est pas si pire, mais quand tu paye une chambre aussi médiocre 200$ tu t’attend à passer ton séjour au frais. Après en avoir parler à la réception, nous avons décidé de quitter. Nous avons demander un remboursement pour non satisfaction. À 16h30, il n’y a avait aucun personnel sur place qui pouvait nous aider, soit pour le problème d’AC ou soit pour le remboursement. Le jeune homme à l’accueil nous a dit que le gérant arrivait seulement à 19h et qu’il allait nous rappeler pour le remboursement. Rendu à 20h, mon conjoint à téléphoné à l’hôtel et a demandé s’il restait des chambres de disponible. On lui a répondu que non. Donc la chambre nous a été chargé et a été chargé à quelqu’un d’autre. Il n’a pas réussi a parler au gérant et il a donc laissé un message sur la boîte vocale de celui-ci. À 21h, j’ai réessayer. Le gérant ne parle pas un mot français et nous informe qu’il n’y aura pas de remboursement et qu’il n’y a pas de problème avec l’air climatisé. Résultat: Ils ont fait le double d’argent. Du gros N’IMPORTE QUOI!

THE WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
AC was broken, fan was broken, sofa throw pillows were on the bed. Drainage was blocked in the bath tub. I couldn’t sleep whole night. Deserves 0 star. I will never recommend anyone this hotel. If you want sound sleep, go somewhere else BUT NOT HERE!

Open taps and spiders may come out! No offense but if you charge full.you should provide proper facilities. Due to covid no housekeeping, so you clean up! Gross

Il y avait dû sans dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. L hôtel est du pour des rénovations majeures. Je ne retournerai plus a cet hôtel.

Chambre désuète. Matelas inconfortable pour plus d’une nuit. Aucun service de ménage pour un long séjour (vous devez vous même changer votre poubelle et demander pour des serviettes propre). Déjeuner assez rudimentaire. Le service 50/50 une employée sur deux super service et souriante et l’autre moitié on les dérangeait dans leur travail et ton inapproprié.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! They charged us penalty for leaving behind 'messy' room and sheets. Extremely poor and congested hotel. The breakfast area is by the washroom and they store food items in there. Literally four seats in the dining area. Breakfast items are aweful to say the least. WORST hotel in Quebec city. DONT waste your money. I would give it a negative start if there was an option.

Confortable et très propres. Les filles du ménage sont très efficace. Nous avons eu une 2e belle expérience en restant ici.un siège d'appoint nous a été fourni pour la douche pour notre fille. La chambre 100% adaptée n'était pas disponible. Nous avons téléphoné avant notre arrive pour s'assurer d'avoir cet outil.
La seule chose qui manque pour le goût des enfants ca serait une piscine intérieur.
