Des 7-8h le matin, 3 personnes sont rentrés pour essayer de venir faire le ménage dans notre chambre! Assez désagréable un dimanche matin.

It was a lovely experience, the staff was very accommodating. The lady who works mornings even let us extend our stay a couple nights to avoid possibly driving through Hurricane Lee's path. Definitely a great place to stay for French or English speakers alike!

No water during the night. Couldn't shower before we left. Other wise, not bad and convenient.

After quit long of a drive, I was in dire search of a place to rest up, fortunately I came across this spot and stayed in one of their motel suites over night, I must say I wasn't disappointed with the service and quality, it was on point, would recommend it.

J'avais fais une réservation au mois d'avril, reçu 2 e-mails et j'ai fais 3 appels et à ma grande surprise ce matin 20 août 2023 à 2h00am rien de réservé à mon nom j'ai tout mes papiers qui prouve que j'ai réservation on me donne une cancellation fait par un Philippe et signé par une Sandra en plus ils y avaient un autre couple dans la même situation que nous. Arrivé à 4h15 ce matin à Montréal. Aucune idée ce qui sait passé mais TRÈS DÉÇU. Peu pas donné une appréciation des chambres pas vu.

A perfect stop off the Highway en route from Toronto to Cape Breton. Nothing fancy or spectacular, but good prices, clean rooms, decent staff, simple breakfast.

Dog friendly and enough little greenspaces for walking/bathroom breaks for the pooch.

Stayed for 1 night last minute decision no regrets very clean and breakfast included highly recommended

We are two adults and a nine-month-old baby, and we stayed one night on our way to visit family out East. Service was conscientious and friendly, the place was clean and well maintained, and our room (although small) was quite nice.
The staff set up a pack'n'play for our baby to sleep in - no bedsheets, but we had brought our own. Worked great.

The continental breakfast was your classic breads, muffins, cereal, and yogurts. No fresh fruit. Everything was well-stocked and clean.

We appreciate that the staff were very understanding when we checked out 30min late because our daughter had been finishing up a nap.

We would definitely stay again!

Great location right by the trans Canada highway with modern decor and helpful staff. Rooms were tastefully designed. Rooms come with buffet breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, croissants, bread for toast and limited jam packets with butter or peanut butter. We stayed last year and were happy with our stay and happy again. There is a Starbucks and McDonalds around the corner as well as other restaurants and gas stations.

Service avec un sourire. Pas trop d'attente, chambre rénovée et propre. Petit bémol, le tapis du corridor au 2eme. Sentait le chien mouillé.

L’accueil est lamentable, les déjeuner sont à peine acceptable pour des enfants mais la propreté des chambres est bien. Perso, je n’y retournerais pas.

A decent roadside stop. A bit pricy though especially if you're staying in the motel building around the corner like we did. Manager was sleeping in the lobby when we arrived at 2am which was a bit strange and not a good look for them. Breakfast was super basic and not worth waking up for.

Would have have a 5 star, but there wasn’t many options for breakfast. Everything else was perfect! Customer service was awesome and the place is super clean highly recommend.

Rooms were clean and location is convenient and close to Quebec city. A bit pricey for what you get. Breakfast is lacking and just has some toast and cereal. Overall a good option to stay if you find a decent price.

Impossible ou presque d'avoir un service en français. Ça va pas bien avec le manque de main d'œuvre. On engage n'importe qui.

La TV qui ne marche pas comme il faut, impossible d'avoir du son, la TV qui ouvre la nuit sans savoir pourquoi.

Nous avions réservé avec Airmiles mais il a été très difficiles de trouver notre réservation.

En plus, entre la 1er nuit et la 2e nuit, nos cartes ne fonctionnait plus car elles ont été désactivées.

On surprend, samedi soir un couple voulant entrer dans notre chambre, heureusement qu'on avait mit la barrure de sécurité, car l'hôtel ne comprenais pas qu'on avait 2 nuits avec Airmiles.

Ils nous ont caller direct à notre chambre pour avoir des explications.

Nous avons confirmer qu'on pouvait laisser les cartes dans la chambre et partir direct le dimanche matin très tôt, car on n'avait pas le temps à niaiser avec le check-out.

Hôtel rappel ma conjointe vers midi pour savoir si on va venir faire notre check-out. Euh ALLLLLLLLLLO la communication entre employé ça existe pas.

Booked 10 min away to get out of a Spring Ice storm and got a very nice room for my dog and I. Ample parking for truck and trailer.
