No maintenance in this gym at all
Its earning profit but then also i dont know why everywhere its broken

Some of the devices are broken for more than 40 days and no one takes care of them.
For example, my new workout program had a hamstring movement with the machine, but I haven't used the machine once in the past 6 weeks because it was broken the whole time and still is.

I get that it's a "no-frills" gym. But guys, 5 machines all broken at the same time. The low cost is supposed to be because you get working equipment, and nothing else. We're paying for the bare minimum so at least do the bare minimum.

I would usually go to this location because it’s near my house everytime I go it is very dirty the bathrooms are dirty and the every barbells have a white substance i get a feeling that this place is not very clean not to mention all the broken equipment. If you are thinking of joining this gym maybe go to a different location like downtown

I' m not having big issues when I'm here but this machine is the only one of its type and it have not been repaired.

Would be a 5 if they got 10 pairs of 45lbs plates because they’re never seems to be enough for everyone, and maybe a couple more bars so people stop using bars meant for bench and squats for deadlifts.

Chilling d'amis aux employés à l'entrée et ce, pendant des heures ce qui t'empêche littéralement de circuler dans l'entrée. L'employée qui répond à ta question puis pendant que tu lui parles, elle te coupe la parole parce-qu'elle veut répondre à son amie qui lui parle littéralement de la pluie et du beau temps. Machines d'entrainement et de massage brisées absolument ridicule comme expérience pour le prix que tu payes.

Ils ont regardé ma copine de travers en sortant alors que ce n’est pas elle qui a formulé la plainte

Been training here for a few years now. Gym is a joke. It used to be decent for the price but now they increased the price while the gym is in a worse state. Machines are always broken and it is not an exageration. Lockers always smell like #1 and #2 it's awful. Giving because the staff is a nice team. If money isn't a problem for you, go elsewhere.

Place is clean and not too busy however they never heard of preventive maintenance. There is always some machine that are almost broken bit theybwont fix it until ir is completely unusable. And then, it takes a cpuple of week to get fixed.

I recently subscribed but I have canceled, since the place is very neglected, it is too dirty, the women's toilets are dirty, and I don't know if there is not enough ventilation there but the smell of sweat and everything is very strong there! And there are many people who are at the machines talking on the phone, sending messages or simply doing nothing and they don't let them use the machines!

Love the gym. The location is super convenient. I will increase my rating if you guys can get your service company to repair machines faster and properly. I can imagine your expenses and the prices are very good but the machines need to be working and maintained. Also on the start trac bikes, 3 of the 6 bikes are missing the height adjustment handles. It’s been like that for quite awhile. Please do your best.

Do not come here. Not only is the gym filthy and members do not have a sense of personal hygiene, but after I cancelled and PAID $60 to cancel months ago, they continue to charge me monthly even after numerous calls. So not only is it filthy, but they steal your money even after you’ve cancelled.

Gym is good but only thing I don’t understand is why leave broken machine for so long. Has to be fix right away, people are paying so why not fix broken machines for months.

Terrible gym. Half the dumbbells are missing, everythings broken and missing equipment. Every econo is like this. Last time I found a homeless guy sleeping inside at 1am since there are no employees. Why would you steal a squat safety.

Love going to do my workout in the morning. Never crowd. Happy to see spray bottle stations now.

Big gym with nice equipments. Most people don’t bring towels and don’t clean the machines after using them and the staff don’t seem to care.

I don't know if it can be worse! From 3 massage chairs 2 are broken. From 2 massage beds, 2 are broken. And some other machines that you can see on the pictures are or broken or working bad, as back pull.

Worst gym I've been. They never fix the equipment. I've coming to this gym for a month and there are several equipment broken since day one

Staff are nice, but machines broken, massage beds broken not working, even there is no scale to weight, its broken for months and they don't care. They are charging you for the services that they dont have.

Has most if not all of equipment you’d expect from a gym. Usually very clean. But it can get quite busy on weekdays. The best times to go are the weekends when people are out partying.

The only drawback is that it takes a long time to repair the broken devices, otherwise the rest is great.

Equipment is poorly grouped together.

Lat pulldown machines are always broken.

Dumbbells are always strewn about the place and never put back correctly. Plates too.

Staff is always grouped together at the front desk. Heads down into phones. Not even acknowledging people coming and going. What do expect for teenagers and 20 something's.

Very good price for a well equipped gym. Also quite clean. My only minor criticism is sometimes it takes them a lot of time to repair their machines.

You buy and then you try getting in shape without knowing how or follow ups
Good gym for poeple who know what there doing and dont need advices

Honestly I have nothing to say. They are simply the best gym and the best econo in Montreal. They are suuuuper clean and the manger and staff are super friendly. I love the gym because it’s big and lots of machines. But the again I’m just so happy to train there because it’s super clean

I frequent this gym at least 3 times per week. This review will be limited to the staff since I have read some negative comments regarding the staff and I wanted to chime in since I strongly DISAGREE with the negative comments about the manager not being friendly. On the contrary, I find that she is always pleasant and first and foremost professional. I understand that not everyone can get along but leaving a negative review that is unwarranted is simply wrong and that is why I chimed in.

Equipment Always Breaking Down
Bathrooms are constantly Dirty and the smell, well maybe the people here are used to it.
I'm 100% sure people who come here have never been to another gym before. This place is horrible. Too many people come here. I would not recommend this gym or its Company.

Great gym, has pretty much everything the average gym-goer needs. The cardio area is full of treadmills and elliptical trainers, and there are a decent amount of stationary bikes as well. For the gym part, I'd say they could do with perhaps an extra squat rack, and a few other machines, but as long as you come during less busy hours you'll be fine.

My recommendation, for this location at least, is to come during off-peak hours. This looks location gets extremely busy before 7: 30-8: 00am, and after work, probably by 5-6pm. There are also times throughout the day where it gets packed, but mostly before and after work hours. If you have to come during peak hours, be prepared to wait several minutes for equipment to free up.

My only other gripe would be how long it takes sometimes for equipment to get fixed when it breaks. Otherwise the price is certainly well worth it.

Every time I go here it’s such a great experience. I always get help and tips from other people who workout and the staff is super friendly!
