I got a Brazilian wax here and I will not go back. I waited for almost 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment then the service itself was terrible and I was extremely uncomfortable. The person performing the service did not seem to have adequate experience or confidence to perform this service. The wax was not applied or removed properly and she waxed the same area 10-15 times because she couldn't get the wax right and it kept leaving huge wax deposits everywhere. She then couldn't get the wax off and proceeded to scrub the skin repeatedly that she had just waxed. I finally asked her to stop and told her I would get it off at home because what she was doing was so uncomfortable, actually painful. I had scarring from the wax and random patches of hair left afterwards. Oh, and she was kind of rude, despite the fact that I tried to make what was clearly a horrific experience for both of us as smooth as possible and still left her a tip. Bad service, bad treatment, bad attitude.
