Maître Effie Kostakos has been an amazing notary for my family. She is fluent in several languages (English, French, Greek, Spanish) and was able to serve my mother comfortably in Spanish, her birth language. Effie was also extremely professional, caring and sensitive when revising my parents’ will after their divorce.
