Église Saint-Irénée-de-Lyon

Just moved into the block nearby. This unique stylish church has immediately caught my attention. Hopefully I have the chance to visit this church soon.

La beauté, sainteté et paix qui règne en ce lieu, pour une âme qui se cherche, et qui veut sincèrement se rapprocher au Seigneur, frappe à la bonne porte en y franchissant le seuil.

Site web amorphe. Le message d'accueil est celui du curé qui a quitté il y a trois ans. Aucune nom du clergé en poste. Rien hormis l'horaire des messes. Dommage. Est-ce que la paroisse existe encore?

Latin Mass. What's not to love? Went here at the start of Lent, good homily (French & English)

Was passing through town and stopped in for Sunday Mass- Unique and aesthetic church, great unobtrusive lighting and wonderful high altar. Mass is fantastic as is the choir. Great coffee hour and people. If you’re passing through Montreal and need a Sunday mass don’t go to the touristy ones go here

I attended 4 weekday masses and a Sunday mass. Absolutely stunning. I wish all Catholic masses were like this.

The first time I came to Montreal (Jan2022), it was closed due to COVID restrictions. Thank you God for bringing me here again in March 2022.

We stumbled into this small beautiful church and met Father Joseph. Truly a beautiful church with history. We are blessed to have stopped by.

Went there at 9 am for the advertised morning Mass, waited 20 minutes and could not enter. None of the 6 doors seen were open. Very disappointing, no signage no information for new or those unfamiliar with the place.

Please do somethimg about this.
It cannot be so hard to find a place to adore Jesus Christ can it? And we complain about few people coming to Church!
