Bought a used fridge and stove last august, they were in great conditions and they still work great until now. I was able to negotiate a fair price for their worth and the employees were very kind and friendly.

I have had to replace all my appliances from washers to fridges to stoves and I would recommend everyone to come here because the appliances are awesome and realistically priced but what pulls me in even more are the people who work there. They make it easy and are there to help you. Highly recommend getting all your appliances here

Bought a refurbished washer and dryer here for a great price. Been almost two months and they work great! Delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Overall would recommend this place if you are looking for a used appliance.

I do have to say I’m not one that usually buys refurbished and you usually don’t know what you buy.
However they were extremely helpful, took the time to FaceTime me and show me all I wanted to see. Made suggestions, very informative and kind.
I decided to buy a stove and they actually delivered it 2 hours later with great care and respect and took my old one so it was a seamless experience!

J’avais besoin de remplacer mon ancien four. Il y avait beaucoup de choix dans son magasin et j’ai pu trouver un modèle qui convenait à mes besoins. Le propriétaire m’a bien expliqué la différence de fonctionnement des différents modèles, les avantages et les inconvénients de chacun. La livraison a été rapide soit le surlendemain. Pour l’instant le four semble fonctionner à merveille.

I purchased a washer and dryer from this store. When they were installed they did not work since the 1st day. After contacting the company multiple times we were left with threats and fearing for our safety. The owner Bryan intimidated and threatened physical violence if we do not get out of the store. Strongly recommend not buying here and going to a proper store. Terrible experience

Achat d’électroménagers le 23 mai, on est le 02 décembre, sécheuse toujours pas livrée (6 mois). Nous avions convenu qu’elle soit livrée environ un mois après car je le site « c’est un modèle très courant qui rentre chaque mois ». Monsieur me crie dessus au téléphone et me dit « parlez pas ». Aucun suivi, aucun rappel.
Plainte à suivre.

Friends don't let friends buy from Electoménagers Fabuleux. Stay away! We bought a Bosch refrigerator and it was delivered at our new address in Feb 2021. A few weeks later one of the plastic parts securing the door broke off. It had been glued with PL glue by Electoménagers Fabuleux! I have been trying to get the part replaced or fixed by Brian, the owner and had promised many times that he would pass by and never did. He said he did but we have security cameras and a Nest doorbell and he's never showed up. Do not trust anything he says, definitely not a man of his word. What's more infuriating is that now, he's indicating that they never delivered to our new address and that we have moved the fridge from a different location. He actually threatened me that if he ever found out that I had moved the fridge that I would be sorry. Wow. He's obviously doing everything he can to not fulfill his promise. Like I said, I cannot recommend buying anything from them unless you like headaches and frustration. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Nothing Fabuleux about them, I love the irony though. We've been left with no choice but to seek the legal route.

I do not recommend this place whatsoever the lady that works there is extremely unprofessional, rude and a big liar! She made me come back twice for nothing! The machine to pay wasn’t working the first time she told me to come back the next day which I did after confirming they worked and again it wasn’t working! She said everyone here pays cash and if you can’t get out of here! Never again! Don’t waste your money or your time here

Croisez les doigts pour pas vous faire vendre un appareil qui ne marche pas. Ma cuisinière a commencé à ne plus marcher sur un rond après une semaine. Après 4 appels et 3 courriels ils ne sont jamais venus. Après, c’est le four qui lâche et maintenant j’ai juste un rond qui fonctionne. Quand je les ai appelé ils m’ont dit que je n’avais même pas la garantie de 3 mois car j’ai « pas payé cher ». Aucun plafond de prix n’apparaît sur le site pour les assurances, c'est après avoir vérifié que j'ai vu sur ma facture qu'ils n'assurent rien en bas de 300$, donc après avoir payé. Après notre conversation, c’est comme si c’était de ma faute si je me suis faite vendre un appareil défectueux parce que j’ai pas mis le prix. Peut importe le prix, j'ai dépensé 250$+livraison+frais annexes+taxes donc 428$ pour un appareil qui ne marche pas.

Faha et bryan service hors paire, livraisons faite 1 jour après, mon tour expliquer de A à Z 1200$ pour 3 electro service extraordinaire pour une jeune fille qui est rendu seul en appartement merci 1000 fois

Bought an oven from these guys. Was freshly refurbished. When it was delivered one of the burners didn't work.
I called them over and over to fix the problem. They lied to me and kept telling me they would fix it every time. The employees on the phone are just as bad as the owner. (Giovanna you are a liar).

Bought a Danby all fridge March 2022, was delivered on the 18th. 2-3 days ago realized wasn't cooling off properly. Called and asked them to let them know and ask for repair or replacement, and they had the gall to tell be the "warranty " was done by 10 days and it was the risk i was taking by buying refurbished.
Than hung up on me. DON'T BIY THERE!

I purchased a stove and a fridge at this place at a very nice deal, and i m totally happy with my purchase, they are very honest, reliable and have reasonable prices. Both the stove and fridge are working perfectly and i couldnt have received a better service.

Service à la clientèle -10/100, qualité des électro -5/100, garantie 3 mois qui ne vaut rien vous allez perdre votre temps à attendre le possible rendez-vous de réparation qui ne passera même pas. Un seul numéro pour les rejoindre, laisse un message vocal pas de rappel. Quand je téléphone la dame fait l'autruche: dit qu'elle va vous revenir avec une réponse et ne rappel jamais. J'ai jamais été aussi insatisfaite d'une compagnie, même les compagnies de cellulaire sont moins pires.

Ils facturent des frais sans préavis ni devis, vous envoient la facture par courriel uniquement puis vous menacent de tripler la facture si vous ne payez pas dans les 2 semaines (pour ceux qui se posent la question, oui, c'est illégal. Le délai minimum est de 30 jours)
Seul recours: faire un procès, avancer les frais, et passer beaucoup trop de temps et d'énergie par rapport aux frais initiaux

Petit bonus: ils ont fait fonctionner la sécheuse sans le filtre, ont bouché l'emplacement du filtre et ont livré comme ça, me laissant 2 choix: les rappeler au risque de me reprendre une facture injustifiée ou faire leur job moi-même

Point positif: pour l'instant, les machines fonctionnent presque bien (problèmes d'électronique pas très graves)

"Aucune menace" dit-il tout en menaçant de poursuites. Aucun delai dit-il, en annonçant fièrement une fausse date de livraison. J'ai été livré le 27 août, pas le 20 août. Vous le sauriez si vous aviez rangé vos papiers correctement. Le 20 août c'était la date de livraison prévue, pas la date de livraison réelle. Mais a la limite, je réponds uniquement pour contrer ce mensonge (facilement évitable d'ailleurs), je ne reproche pas une semaine de retard, et je ne facture pas mon aller retour à la laverie (remarquez comme je suis beau joueur, en comparaison)

Enfin bon, ce qui est fait est fait. Vous remarquerez que je ne conteste pas le facture, mais uniquement le fait que je n'ai pas eu de devis au préalable. Je n'ai même pas parlé du fait que le technicien est venu seul et avait besoin de mon aide pour trouver la panne (oui, déplacer des électros seul, c'est pas facile). Donc voilà, je ne recommande pas ce revendeur, pour les raisons expliquées ci-dessus, et j'encourage les personnes satisfaites de leurs services a leur laisser un commentaire positif, tout autant que les autres a leur laisser un commentaire négatif.

Je trouve très agressif le fait de menacer de poursuite pour diffamation toute personne mettant un commentaire négatif, et je pense en toute bonne foi que vous gagneriez plus à améliorer votre service qu'à passer votre temps à essayer de contredire les avis des consommateurs. Après, si votre modèle d'affaire reposait sur le fait de surfacturer des clients sans qu'ils ne puissent rien faire sans aller eux-mêmes en justice, vous ne voudriez probablement pas améliorer vos service. Simple supposition.

À éviter! La laveuse que j'ai acheté chez eux m'a lâché après seulement quelques mois d'utilisation. Dégât d'eau majeur chez moi et mon voisin d'en bas. Les réponses du proprio en réponse aux avis précédents sont durs!

New to Montreal and found this place online. I love that they have evening hours and it was great to have someone available that spoke both French and English, as I'm still re-learning French. Mark was wonderful and patient as I asked lots of questions about the appliances and warranty info. In the end I was able to find 3 really good appliances (fridge, washer, dryer) and got a great deal including delivery and installation. I got a great 30" refrigerator, amazingly a top load-no agitator washer (like a front loader, but can toss missed items in) and almost matching dryer. Top names/brands, items that were ready for sale had been repaired, and were clean/sanitized. So far are working great! My landlord even asked for the name of the place when I told her what I paid. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for good used appliances at a fair price. Delivery guys were on time, careful with installation, and quick!

Service rapide et courtois! J'ai commander ma laveuse sécheuse, j'ai eu droit à une livraison même jour! Je n'ai eu aucun extra à payer, même en période de pandémie. Pour un bas prix, ça vaut le détour!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Great shopping experience. But the fridge I bought only worked for 2 weeks. A technician came and did NOT fix the problem, and reaching the repair department was a nightmare after that. I tried for weeks and ended up having to buy a new fridge. What a scam! Horrible! Save your money. It’s really sad when the owner tries to defend themselves with lies- smart customers can see through that.

À ÉVITER COMPLÈTEMENT! Notre première visite a bien été et la laveuse-sécheuse (Kenmore AST Blanc) était propre. Par contre, lorsqu'on a reçu nos électros il y avait de la saleté, une odeur horrible et des tâches extrêmement dures à partir. Quand on a appelé le département de service en expliquant notre situation (avec 3 mois de garanti) le lendemain de la réception des électros, ils étaient aggressifs et disaient que le 3 mois de garanti n'incluait pas cette situation. Ils ont refusé de nous rembourser notre 50$ de dépôt. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par leur manque de professionnalisme et de service.

Économiser vos précieuses économies pour vous acheter des bons électros fiables à la place de perdre votre temps et argent avec Électroménagers fabuleux!

Worst service ever, weak quality, unavailable employees, dont honour their guarantee. I'd rather pay more than experiencing such a terrible experience. There are a lot of other used appliances stores in Montreal way more reliable & honest than this SCAM. I do not recommend to anyone.

I saw the Facebook post and was actually interested in buying appliances there. Then I saw the reviews and the way they answer customers. Highly rude and disrespectful! Shame. I will definitely stay away!

Worst customer service ever! Not employees fault. Owner is rude. Doesn' listen, won't allow you to speak.uses covid-19 crisis as an excuse for delayi g repairs.insult clients. Blames manufacturers for defective product yet has no problems selling them

We purchased a stackable washer/dryer and fridge from Electro Fabuleux.

The good: They delivered and installed during covid, the transaction was quick. Mark (the gentleman i was in communication with for the most part) is reasonable and seemed to do his best for us. The washer dryer were the least expensive stackables they had in stock, but I was assured they were in great working order. The fridge was a wonderful purchase.

The bad: We had problems with the washing machine on the 30th day (practically at the end of the warranty period), it took close to two weeks for a technician to visit and check out the problem. There were literally no follow ups with myself or the tenant and they seemed to get annoyed when we followed up with them. They charged me more than initially quoted because they had to remove a door and a coat hanger (5-10 minutes of work billed at 25$).

The ugly: After the technician visited, he declared that the machine needed to be replaced and that they would be in touch. Several days follow without a call and we finally phone on a Saturday afternoon, someone (i assume the proprietor because i don't know who else would permit themselves to be that rude to a client) answers the phone, informs me that they are aware of the situation, cuts me off several times mid sentence to inform me that they are ''analyzing the situation'' and that i could expect a call in the coming weeks. I tried explaining that I needed to understand what their policy was on the broken machines and that the situation was urgent as the tenants (with a very young child) hadn't been able to wash their clothes in weeks. Before hanging up he mentions that we chose to purchase the cheapest stackable wash/dryer they had, as if that explains why it stopped working completely within 30 days!

Conclusion, if it hadn't been for that last interaction I probably would have let the situation fly and not written a review (as i rarely review). I am still waiting on their call today and hope that this gets resolved as civilly and quickly as possible.
