So I first learned of this company after I was about to purchase my new 65" Smart TV & Soundbar from Amazon. When I saw the soundbar was being sold by Electronique Hi-Fi I cancelled my order with Amazon and bought both items from them.

I received the delivery last Sunday. They told me it would be delivered between 10am and 1pm. It was delivered at 11: 10am.

Boxes were intact. The customer service I received from Alex who answered each time was excellent and accommodating each time. Kid glove service. Thank you Alex. Very happy with my purchase.

This company is fraud.
I hope police find these theifts.
Please let other people know not to buy from them.

I purchased two JBL Party Box 310 speakers from this store on Amazon. I chose to contact Électronique Hi-fi directly for additional assistance as Amazon was not helping me with my concerns. I got to speak with Alex from Électronique Hi-fi. Alex gave me exceptional service plus helped me save time and money with my order! Within minutes he helped me resolve my concerns with ease. Extremely friendly and efficient customer service. I will definitely be shopping directly through this store in the future for more of my business electronics. It's a great soundbar. Lots of power in it. There is speakers all over the thing practically. It has side and top speakers on it and a center built in. The subwoofer is powerful as well.

I've had the same Sanyo amplifier system for more than 20 years. I remember I bought it in the garage sale of one of my neighbors. The Yamaha system I bought from Électronique Hi-Fi was a welcome change. Delivered in perfect condition and working as advertised.

I am disappointed with the customer service from Electronique Hi-Fi. I was requested to cancel my order from Amazon and then re-order through their website if I wanted an expedited delivery. They could have gone through the expedited delivery anyways with my original order, but I guess they wanted to save on Amazon fees. In addition, I requested a price adjustment since the price was lowered significantly within the 30 days after the order, but they will charge re-stocking fees and delivery which will end up being more expensive than the price adjustment. I should have just waited to confirm stock from more well-established and reputable sellers. Lesson learned to not buy from these shady places.

Guided me with good advice and didn't try to upsell.when i finally decided on what i wanted a few weeks later, i placed the order on their website and called to follow up (i had computer issues!). They never delivered my product and stole my money and haven’t refunded back as yet, it’s been 13 days now! It’s a shady business and never buy from them, the good reviews you see are fake!

It's my first soundbar. It has excellent audio; the sound modes work OK but there doesn't seem to be much difference between them. Still, when I put on a music DVD and put the sound mode on DTS, the sound is awesome. I expect the mode called surround sound will be great too once I buy the 2 rear speakers and have the audio working as 5.1 Dolby Surround. The center speaker on the bar works well, enhancing voice content. A lot depends on the way the audio was originally broadcast in the case of live TV shows and how the audio was recorded in the case of pre-recorded movies and music. I would highly recommend this product for older systems. I have a 6 year old 55 inch LG flat screen TV. I tried hooking up the Samsung sound bar on HDMI but I seem to get the best audio performance using the optic TV cable. Overall, I have to give the Samsung 650 sound bar 4.5 stars out 5.

Well known and reliable products such as Sony, and Électronique Hi-Fi must be very well organized to have a package arrive 5 days early:). Not much else to be said from an online perspective.

This is a fine receiver/amplifier. I enjoy that it has FM reception and phono input. The only thing I miss is subwoofer out, however, I hooked it up from the 'B' speakers to my Sony sub (which has cable input clips) and all is well. For the price, I am very happy!

Il refuse des remboursements tant que vous laissez votre mauvaise review ici. Je n'ai jamais eu un aussi mauvais service à la clientèle. Ils ne veulent pas livrer l'article déjà payé, si je les avais écoutés et avais enlevé ma commande d'Amazon je n'aurais jamais reçu mon article ou mon remboursement.

Par chance, je ne les ai pas écoutés et j’ai pu me faire rembourser par Amazon grâce au politique de remboursement d'Amazon. J'ai du parler à un agent d'Amazon, car Électronique Hi-fi refusait de me rembourser ou de m'envoyer ma commande quand j'ai communiqué directement avec eux.
Si je pouvais donner moins que 1 étoile, je le ferais!

Je suis allée à ce magasin pour acheter une enceinte de la marque JBL. La personne qui était présente a très bien répondu à toutes mes questions. J'ai eu un excellent service! De plus, le produit que j'ai acheté est de qualité. Je vous recommande fortement ce détaillant.

Was a little concerned about shipping a big screen TV from Quebec to Alberta (best price I could find with free shipping). Customer service was great, item shipped next day and arrived 4 days later. Would highly recommend.

Happy with the TV but not happy with one guy dragging my 75 inch $3000 TV across my driveway to deliver it. Says right on the box to have two people move it. Good thing there was nothing wrong with it or it would’ve been a pain to return it.

It came quickly and fits like the first one. It’s too bad that You can’t launder them too keep them fresh because they shrink so much they don’t fit the iron board.

These Klipsch 2.1 speakers are absolutely unreal! I have them down at 25-30% and volume at 60 and they are still so clear and loud! Definitely the best speakers I have heard in a long time that being home theater and computer speakers. 10/10 must have

This is Yamaha, 10/10, a very surprising sound system to say the least. I did place it at different position and the amount of quality bass/sound from the sub is extremely satisfying at the right spot. The "straight" to "effect" is a quick brilliant way to adjust your sound, there is everything, +/- Db for each individual speaker, the classic "bass boost" button for friendly user, but also "Enchancer", combinaison of the two and more. It is worth the money, believe me.

I bought a tv from Amazon.these kind guys fulfilled the order.my tv was delivered in 2 days when shipping said 1 week.they paid the extra so my kids were not without.
The tv was broken.they swamped it out in less than 24 hrs. I will never buy anywhere else for tv, stereo.

The Sony 4K BluRay player has incredible picture and audio, for my home theatre experience. This small player packs alot of punch, for the price!

Works great just as advertised! Excellent sound quality and works great with my chrome cast. And game consoles. Bluetooth works great too!

I purchased this unit for a television & music in a small room and it provides the sound effect I expected. If you are after big sound I would suggest upgrading to a bigger more powerful unit.

Happy that I was able to buy the pink JBL Charge 4 from this store when it was sold out in all other stores. Delivery was fast and product came in perfect condition.

Great experience after initial defective unit received, I was contacted (text) by store. They shipped a replacement upon reorder, via Express courier and promptly provided Amazon refund. The Yamaha Yas 209 performs perfectly. Christmas seasons courier leave a lot to be improved in tracking but the store was very responsive.

Excellent customer service, received a broken tv (Sony broke it not ELECTRONIQUE HI-FI INC) and they answered my emails on Christmas, paid for the return cost, and refunded my money one of the best customer service dealings I have ever had made everything very easy.

I ordered headphones from this company on November 30th as a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas. They shipped on Dec 1 and I still haven't received them. They've ignored my calls, send automated responses and I'm very tired of dealing with them. So far I'm out $170 and no product in hand. Canada post is dealing with it, Amazon is aware of the issue. If they were more responsive and courteous, perhaps I'd be less upset. But honestly feels like I've been scammed not to mention it's not a great feeling to be empty handed on Christmas day. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd place. Very unhappy. Use caution when ordering online.
