Eleni helped my husband and I through the buying process of our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and I appreciated her patience in answering our questions and helping us narrow down our choices. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Montreal real estate and knew all the nuances about the neighbourhood duplexes we visited (the era in which a cluster of homes was built, whether they were likely to have low ceilings in the basement, flood risks, lead pipes, etc) - all the things I never would have thought of from the top of my head.

When it came to negotiations, she was ready to put in the best offer that we all felt comfortable with. I really felt like I had a friend that I could trust on my team, someone who had my best interest in mind, and that’s what you really need when you are buying a home.

I had the privilege to go out to breakfast with Eleni, not only is she super bubbly and friendly, but she was also very helpful. We got into talking a bit about where I am in my real estate journey and where I have been stuck, and she shared her journey in real estate, and by doing so helped me realise that I need to start my journey with the smaller plexs before I own the bigger ones, and she gave me some awesome tips on how to narrow down and find the properties that work for me, instead of me getting overwhelmed with all the properties that arr available on realtor. It was great advice and I left there feeling so hopeful and excited to get out there and find my first property! Shortly after her breakfast she had sent me an email and offered to connect me with one of her investor focused real estate agent AND also sent me some area's to look at (areas where she felt that I would find a property given my budget and criteria!). I found this so kind of her because she didn't have to do this, and to me it showed that she took extra time out of her day to help me out and give me a little headstart on the areas to look at. Selling a property is not an easy job and when you have someone to take all the stress and share their” know how “ to make the process easier, than you have struck gold or at least you feel like you have an angel on your side!
