I was able to find a doctor very quick after giving birth and had our two weeks follow up with a nurse. The communication for appointments is easy.

Always easy to take an appointment. We are 8 years now with Dr. Katz.he is amazing.his experience, sense of humor and respect to kids and parent.always answer with patient to the questions.the nurses and reception also are doing great job.

My grandson goes to this clinic and it's always a pleasure each visit. We never had any problems with them trying to fit a schedule that works for us. Dr. Khazandar is a great pediatrician!

Dre. Khazandar and her team are absolutely amazing! She is very attentive to her patients and really listens to all concerns / questions. When my son was sick, she graciously fit him in her busy schedule that same day to see him. Her work schedule is also beyond amazing! Truly a great heart filled doctor.

This clinic and staff have been amazing ever since my first visit. I have a newborn and they’re always accommodating and reassuring. They’re very nice and wait times are great.

It's impossible to get an appointment with my baby's family doctor. And if when I was lucky enough to get one, waiting time is easily 90 minutes and then he was always rude and it didn't even spend 30 seconds with us. You won't even have time to explain what's is your child problem is. If there tests that needs to be done, the doctor won't follow up with you even if the results are abnormal. When I requested to change the doctor, I was refused and told that I should be thankful that we have one. This is unacceptable when it comes to babies and children.

Nous avons toujours eu un excellent service en français. Les stagiaires qui accompagnent notre pédiatre sont gentils. Je recommande chaudement.

I guess I have the same problem as many in this comment. Schedule an appointment is painstakingly difficult. You have to call yourself every week or 2 to ask if theres any place for a check-up. Always the same crude answer by the receptionist "find another doctor because your doctor dont have availability ". Its hard to believe since we registered to anew doctor so they say. I guess this is the result for having free health care in canada. I rather pay for private and get service on the spot. Dont wast your time I have a new born and we need asap

Dr. Khazandar is our sons doctor and I can’t say enough good things about her. She listens to all my concerns, she’s so caring of her tiny patients, and she always has different solutions to medical concerns. We’re truly so thankful to have her as our sons doctor and we know we’re in good hands with her. The reception staff also have always been so helpful and answer all my email requests in a timely fashion.

It's good to have a family doctor there. The family doctor of my son is Dr. Fatima khazanbar who is so professional, charming, patient and nice. She is lovely. The only problem is the service to connect there. It is almost impossible to make an appointment on the phone because you cannot connect to operator. They really need to work on that

La pire des cliniques! Ils ont un système de prise de RDV qui laisse à désirer et qui a l’aire d’être mal exploité pour donner des RDV à des personnes “spéciales “
J’ai essayé d’y avoir RDV il y’a deux semaines et j’ai réessayé ce matin: même chose! J’appelle à 8: 00 et au bout de quelques minutes on me kick de l’appel! Je réessaye mille fois en vain. Je laisse un message vocal sans jamais avoir de retour!
Je décide juste de laisser tomber cette clinique et de changer mon médecin de famille. JE N’AI PAS BESOIN D’UN MÉDECIN INACCESSIBLE!

Dr. Aly provides amazing services to my daughters! However, the secretary are very horrible! I called the clinic to book an emergency appointment and they never pick up their phones! I tried to reach their office several times. I went to their office and they told me that they do not have any appointments to provide! I was calling since opening, trying to reach your office!? I really need this complaint to escalade cause this is no longer acceptable. You are working in health, this is very important to understand. " A Secretary is a professional who provides behind-the-scenes work for an office. " this is not offered by this clinic's receptionist. They never answer their phones, they are not respectful. They should be trained on how to be kind with patients especially in the health field! Very disappointed by their services!

Really disappointed. I called to set an urgent appointment for my kiddos and they gave it to me for the next day (it's ok with me) As soon as i arrived at the appointment the secretary told me the appointment was supposed to be the next day! I told her i was informed wrongly. She got upset and said sorry but its not today.i drove for 3 hours as i live far and was snowing, i told her i have the call recorded with the lady telling me thay the appointment was for today! (She just ignored me). They made the mistake and didn't even said sorry! She went to see the doctor and told me "maybe she can see you". At the end i had to wait until she saw all her patients and was super rude talking just to my kid's not to me! And super arrogant! Dr AUDREY ELBAZ take the time to read the patients file before seeing them as she didn't even know that my kid has a condition
before prescribing. Please be more Profesional. I never had an issue before and is sad that this things happen. My regular doctor is Aly and she is amazingggg!

The wait time is crazily long. My appointment is at 4pm but now it is almost 6 and I still have not seen the doctor yet. Why do you treat other people's time like garbage? ! Can't you think of a better way to manage schedulong? This is the nth time this has happened!

Le système de rendez-vous en ligne fonctionnait maintenant ne fonctionne plus depuis Covid. Seulement le téléphone. De longues attentes et mon rendez-vous vient de se faire annuler 10 minutes avant que je passe. Je dois rappeler le service et revenir éventuellement pour un rendez-vous d'urgence.

Dr Slim is the best pediatrician your child can have. He is attentive to the details, always available, very knowledgeable. He always follows-up on his prescriptions with a phone call couple of days later to make sure his patient is feeling better. My boys are very lucky to have him as their doctor.

Its a good place but there is always a long wait even when we have an appt. It's not the best for little ones who are impatient.

Amazing pediatric center. We are followed by the nutritionist Luz Gonzalez and pediatrician Dr Khazandar. Both are amazing. Extremely happy with the service. Doctors and nutritionists are very helpful.

Dr Djeredjian is simply an amazing pediatrician: she is highly resourceful, patient, always listens to what both the parent and the child has to say. She is courteous and always offers a solution to the issue at hand. We are very lucky to have her as our childrens' pediatrician.

C est une très bonne clinique ou nous sommes assuré d avoir de bons soins et suivi. Juste le fait d envoyer les rdv et tout par courriel, nous rend la vie plus facile, y compris pour l ecole de ma fille. Très bon service, et ca me permet aussi de garder copie et savoir exactement, quelle reference ont ete fait. Tres bonne clinique qui nous securise en ces temps difficiles.

I got an appointment on phone which was not possible a year ago. I find they have improved their overall services. My doctor, F. K is great as always. She put her time to sign few forms for my son. Thank you!

Impossible to get someone one the phone to reschedule doctors appointment. I’ve had to use 3 separate doctors in different urgent cares in the past month because I can never get an appointment. No one responds to voicemails in the rare occasion you can actually leave one. Doctors are good but access is extremely limited.

Tiny tots in Dollard has always been a reliable place for my children to seek medical attention. My oldest is 15 years and we have never had any issues! We love Dr Mimran and her professionalism. She takes her time and answers all questions. My children have always had a great experience. The front desk is always helpful and can aide in answering all my questions. We will be sad when our children become adults and must move on.

Great clinic, welcoming service and my sons dr, Dr Fatima Khazandar is knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive.

My doctor is practically available to me all the time via email which is greatly appreciated, the clinic is great on booking appointments, delays are expected in seasonal sicknesses but are never too long.

Our pediatrician is great. But the clinic is run by crooks. They won't take appointments over the phone. They will simply make you wait forever on the phone and never return your call.
Instead they want you to take an appointment online and charge you $13.00. Part of that money bust be going back into their pockets.
I'm going to send it to my MP and also open a case with RAMQ

Wanted to schedule an annual checkup appointment with a doctor at this clinic and was flatly refused as this clinic is not currently accepting new patients even though we have seen a doctor from this clinic before but just did not register with them. So yes this clinic might be a good clinic but they are closed to the general public and really not available.

The staff are so nice especially the ones at the front desk, they were so smiley and happy and helpful and made my experience really great. The doctor and nurse were very thorough with their examination and while taking the necessary info. They gave me some really helpful advice and i felt pretty satisfied for my first time. They left no stone unturned when it came onto my baby

Dr. Slim is one of the best! We are so grateful we got him as our children's pediatrician. Tiny tots is so close to home and people are always very helpful.

We are on the waiting list for a doctor but they took us right in when my daughter needed to see a doctor for an emergency. They were kind, knowledge, and helpful.

D'abord commencer à répondre au téléphone, ils ont annulé mon rendez-vous sans raison je comprends! Mais à chaque fois je rappelle j'attends environ 15 min sans réponse je laisse des messages sans réponse voyons donc! Je n'ai plus le goût d'y retourner

I booked a in person appointment with them successfully, then they called me to change the appoiontment to another time and changed the way to be TELEPHONCALL. I confirmed it's fine over the phone call. However, they changed the access way to be in person within their confirmation email, this time didn't call me, so I supposed it was over the phone as they called me. What's wrong with them to change multiple times just to make you miss the appointment? Terrified experiece with this place.

Bonjour, la pédiatre est excellente! Sauf que si on cancel un rendez-vous on doit payer mais ce matin je suis en direction pour le rendez-vous de ma fille et je reçois un appel pour me dire qu'il cancell le rendez-vous! Et j'étais pratiquement rendu. Je reste pas à côté! Je déplore c'est règle à sens unique

Et en plus cette été j'appelle car ma fille est malade et on me donne un rendez-vous 2 jours plus tard à une autre succursale! Donc comme tout bon parent je suis aller à Ste-Justine en soirée jusqu'au lendemain matin! Et avant on pouvait avoir un rendez-vous entre deux patients. COMME DE RAISON ON BLÂME LA COVID.

Dre Mimram omet d'effectuer les suivis pour prise en charge en spécialité, n'avise même pas les parents lorsque st-justine lui envoi des documents concernant l'enfant, manque d'empathie concernant problématique de l'enfant. Évitez Dre Mimram si vous voulez avoir des suivis de qualité.

Dr. Finkleberg is so patient and kind, explains everything thoroughly and the Tiny Tots DDO clinic has been our go to for our kids!

Contente de pouvoir avoir des rendez-vous d’urgence dans la journée au besoin quand nos enfants sont malades. Cependant, le temps d’attente est parfois long. Il serait appréciable d’avoir un endroit isolé pour allaiter pendant l’attente.

Le Dr. Mimran est très professionnelle et patiente. Elle répond à chacune des questions et donne de bons conseils.

Pas satisfaite ça prend des heures et des heures pour voir le médecin ils nous laisse dans une petite chambre coincé des heures

Super bad service. Since covid they refuse to take my kids when they have fever. Even with ear infection or any others infections. Because of them I'm stuck going to emergency. Used to be great before covid. Now I feel my kids are abandoned.

Service pas mal à la réception mais long au téléphone quand on appel, en ce qui concerne le pédiatre c est rapide ça manque d attention.

Clinique où il est facile d'obtenir un rdv. On est pris en charge à l'heure, les secrétaires sont sympathiques et aidante et tous les médecins auxquels j'ai eu à faire jusqu'à maintenant sont vraiment professionnels, très compétents et rassurants (qualité importante pour un parent qui est inquiet pour la santé de son enfant). Je recommande cette clinique!

Unbelievably horrible experience here with Dr. Mimran. She is arrogant, condescending and doesn't seem to have any compassion for her patients. She really only seems to care about her paycheck. She cancelled on me twice because RAMQ didn't pay her. (Is this my fault? No, i have no idea what happens in the backend with medicare) I have no other family doctor or pediatrician for my son. I can't explain why they didn't pay her but I find it ridiculous that rather than trying to fix the situation with me, she simply cancelled my appointment with no explanation the night before. (Twice!) The one time I did see her, I found her to be rude and overall a bad doctor. She didn't explain anything and just rushed through the appointment, I guess she needed to clock her next patient. I went to Tiny Tots as a kid and Im really disappointed.

Excellent clinic. Been coming here with kids for over 9yrs now. Always good service. Always try to accommodate as much as possible. Dr. Mooallem is fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better doctor for my children. All the doctors are great with kids.

Dr. Mohamed slim is very nice and he always call you back if there is an urgent situation, and the clinic will give you a fast appointment with any available dr. If urs is busy.overall satisfied

They have a strict policy towards booking and canceling appointments but the wait time for your appointment is LONG. The doctors there are very friendly. Hope some work could be done on the administration side.
