About a month ago, they shrank their portion sizes a significant amount. The containers are much smaller now. Up until that point, they were a very good place with quality food at a decent price. But with the new sizes, it isn't worth the price AT ALL. Please avoid this place now.

The man that served us walked away to the back store as I was talking to him, I had to repeat myself multiple times and was very cheap with the veggies on the plate, literally put one tomato on my plate, I asked for more and he added another piece. Did so repeatedly with all the other veggies. I’ve never been to a place where someone consciously ignored me, I also never right reviews. NEVER AGAIN

Used to be a good place to eat shawarma now i dont know whats going on with them i ordered a large shawarma with sweet sauce it tasted like garlic all good but the guy put so much sauce in there it was actualy disgusting employee not smiling and even the beef donair staff put barley any donair meat in it for the price never again

Highly recommend for a beef shawarma that is so good. Will definitely return. Unable to rate the atmosphere as I took the food home.

The chicken was kinda dry and the way they have the counter setup you cannot see the ingredients. Having moved from Embrum this is just not as awe experience like Grilled Shawarma or Shawarma Palace.might give them another chance based on other reviews.

Very good food. I had the chicken with the large salad. Very fresh and great portion. All the veggies were crunchy and meat was moist and full of flavour.

Tellement bon. Je prends le trio tout inclus hummm. 2 fois cette semaine. Sans oignons, ça je n'aime pas. Mais tout le reste, et les navets marinés, le poulet succulent et la sauce partout.sans oublier le riz et les petites patates. Bref, c'est bon, rapide et santé. Je suis pressée. * Faites donc!

Malhonnêtes, le propriétaire a réduit les quantités des portions des assiettes. Les patates sont ou insipides et souvent mal cuites. Idem pour la viande qui n'a pas de goût. J'ai cessé de les fréquenté depuis un moment déjà.

This was one of the worst shawarma I've eaten. I asked for 1 regular and one large shawarma. The large was the same size as the regular and they charged me for large and they were so cheap on the meat and vegetables. I Asked for 2 trio and only receive 1 potatoe. Never going back again.

Chicken Shistaouk is awesome here, well spiced, and well cut, I just wouldn’t touch the beef because it’s ground and processed. I’m not into ground beef that’s processed.excellent selection of salads and taboule, and the potatoes here are excellent. I wasn’t too pleased on the rice.a little tasteless.
But like I said, the chicken, the salad, and the potatoes AAA+

Le vieux monsieur avait des bobos sur le bout des doigts et il n'a jamais mit de gants.il as fait payer l'autre personne et il a toute suite commencer mon sandwich. L'autre travailleur touchait aussi à toute et n'a jamais lavé ces mains. Quand j'ai voulu prendre une fourchette PROPRE dans le bac, elles étaient tous sale. Je crois qu'il devrait revoir la salubrité. Je ne retournerai jamais à cette endroit.

Ended up paying 42$ with tip for a large shawarma sandwich with extra side of potatoes and a drink.

We used to love this place. Not that it's not good anymore.but last experience was disappointing. The older gentlemen rolled our sandwiches without gloves, after having manipulated the cash register from the previous client.that is a turn off for us. And we were overcharged by +$5 on our large sandwich, which we realized only after we got home. It should have been $7,90 and we were charged $12.99. + the extra $1.50 for extra beef. So that was a pretty expensive Shawarma. Over the years, this is our first bad experience. So I suppose the two together just disappointed us so much that we are not sure we'll go back. Ok so although the gentlemen has been there for years and should know his prices, I'll give him benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake, but not wearing gloves while manipulating food is a big no-no.
