Natasha F was so kind and genuine. She took the time to ask each participant about their injuries and previous yoga experience before the class started. Her touch during adjustments is therapeutic and she took the time to ask for our consent. Will definitely go back for her class.

Its a garbage place the exercise rooms are too small and dirty. They dont let you cancel the membership, so once you sign you are stuck. Also there's no sauna, spa or any amenities whatsover, so really the extremelly expensive membership plan isnt justified at all. The staff are rude and don't answer any of your concerns the moment that you pay. Avoid this place completely. I would give it 0 stars if i could.
