Service horrible! J'ai attendu plus de 4 heures, il faisait extrêmement chaud, lorsque le répartiteur a confirmé que cela ne prendrait que 30 minutes à 1 heure. J'ai essayé de rappeler plusieurs fois et il ne répondait pas au téléphone. Je lui ai envoyé un texto, il a lu le message et m'a ignoré. Il a envoyé le chauffeur à une autre adresse. N'appelez pas cette entreprise, ils ne sont pas professionnels.

The person I dealt with was very rude and extremely disrespectful. Don’t waste your time with this company unless you want to get yelled at and sworn at while dealing with a an already stressful situation of a car that needs towing.
