Après que ma voiture personnelle ait été vandalisée, ma compagnie d'assurance a loué un véhicule chez Entreprise (sur la rue Saint-Jacques). J'ai adoré mon experience, particulièrement pour la qualité du service qui m'a été fourni par Nicholas et Vanika. Ils ont été à l'écoute de mes besoins, professionnels, courtois et très gentils!

Le véhicule qui m'a été loué était également impeccable au niveau du choix et de la propreté. J'étais très occupée pendant cette période, donc j'ai apprécié la simplicité, professionnalisme, et rapidité du processus! Je recommande donc vivement!

My car was totalled by a hit and run driver. My insurance provided a vehicle for six days in this case. Renting the car in Montreal on Nov 30, I didn't think to ask if winter tires were installed - with Dec 1 being the legal deadline to have them.
Dec 6 I received a registered letter to inform me the car was being illegally driven from head office. After several calls to the branch (head office # on the letter was wrong) I had to return on ice to exchange the car.
Unacceptable and unfathomable that their fleet wasn't winter ready.
Staff at the branch tried very hard to make it right. But three trips back to the location to fix it was not in my plans for the week.

I booked online and when I got to the counter I asked if I could have a Kia Soul like a previous booking I had and the girl at the desk accommodated my request. Highly recommend this location. Everyone was amazing and loved the car!

They were friendly, quick, helpful, and accommodating. A very good rental experience overall, which seems rather rare nowadays.

Entreprise ce n'est plus ce que c'était. Pour moi, c'était réservé une voiture avec un service client impeccable et des voitures récentes, propres et sécuritaires.
Énième et dernier déboire pour moi.
J'ai réservé une voiture spécifique pour 7 personnes des mois en avance. On m'a dit que la voiture que j'avais réservée a été prolongée par la personne avant moi (est-ce normal?). Et que les voitures similaires ont été volées. On m'a donc proposé un Plan B, une voiture certes pour 7 personnes, mais avec 120 000 km au compteur, sale que j'ai dû nettoyer moi-même. Réservoir remplit au 7/8 à rendre au même niveau ce qui est très pratique.et avec des freins qui faisait un bruit fou je ne me suis pas du tout sentit en sécurité dans cette voiture. Tout ça bien sûr pour le même tarif. J'ai simplement reçu un petit "désolé". Donc oui, âpres m'avoir annuler sans me prévenir des réservations, ni m'avoir répondu à mes courriels et cette dernière aventure, Entreprise c'est fini pour moi autant payé moins cher pour la même chose avec Communauto.

My card number was stolen a few days before the trip so I needed to cancel my card. I called into the branch to verify what alternative payments they could take. I was informed on the phone that I could use my debit card as long as I brought in additional paperwork. I’ve also rented from Enterprise a bunch of times without issue.

Morning of the trip I go in with everything and they just keep saying they won’t take it. Say they don’t accept debit and offer me no solutions. My wife doesn’t drive due to health issues and I’m still waiting on a new call.

Currently waiting on the phone with Desjardins to see if they can do something.

Horrible place to rent a car! Honestly your worst nightmare happens…. When you reserve 2-3 months in advance and then 2 days before your trip, they notify that there’s no cars available.

Help me understand why you would let people reserve when there are no cars available. It doesn’t end here… next day we call in and they said they can’t offer what we reserved for but another car type is available, which is amazing… however less than 2 hour later… we get an email saying they cannot accommodate it anymore. What is this kind of service? Ridiculous!

Please don’t try booking this place. First and last time we are trying this place. Would give it ZERO stars if I could. How can you even make it right for your clients? !

Edit: after the owners respond, why should I even email you the details when I don’t need the reservation anymore? …. Kinda redundant don’t you think? You should have made it right when we contacted you the second time instead of giving false hope. Thanks but no thanks.

Enterprise permet de réserver en ligne mais quand vient le temps de s'enregistrer, ils n'ont plus de véhicule. Ça fait deux fois que ça m'arrive, une fois ou j'ai attendu un véhicule trois jours malgré une réservation. Si vous ne pouvez donner le service, ne permettez pas la réservation, on va aller ailleurs. Vous nous faites perdre notre temps.

Vraiment pas ma meilleure expérience chez Entreprise. Le personnel est super gentil, mais il y a des techniques douteuses que je n’avais jamais expérimenté à la succursale du plateau ou celle sur métropolitaine. Prenez des photos de la jauge d’essence (premiere fois que c’est a moitié rempli en 17 locations avec les 2 autres succursales. Ils me donnent une clé avec une partie de plastique manquante, et ils veulent que je paie pour ça? !? J’ai toujours fait l’inspection avec le commis (intérieur et extérieur), mais je n’aurais jamais pensé à inspecter les clés aussi surtout qu’on nous les donne bien souvent après la signature de l’inspection…

People here are amazing, they behave professionally and are very helpful!
I was very much happy after renting my car from here.

I asked them to change the car at the last moment and they just did it without any troubles.

They cleaned the car thoroughly and sanitized it.

I would recommend renting from here. They have a a lot of choices to select from!

Worst customer service experience ever. Would not go to this location, we are frequent rentals with enterprise across Canada, first time I had never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Upon arriving, with a reservation, they served a client that came after us and then we proceeded to wait 30 minutes. In the end based on what a CS rep told us they explained they weren’t accepting a card. Absolutely waste of my time, when if I was told this from the start and served at my appointed time I could have gone to another location. Waste of time, incompetent staff and rude service. Never been so displeased with enterprise and every other location I’ve never had this issue. You really need to check your workers and how they handle their clients!

Worst rental experience ever! I reserved a pickup to their St-Jacques location. When I arrived they told me that they had no pickups available. However, they told me I could pick one up at their Cote de Liesse location. They gave me a pickup at this location, however the bed of the truck was half full with frozen gravel. I asked them to remove it and they told me they couldn't because it was frozen. So I did it myself and wasted an hour of my time. To make matters worse I was told I could park my personal vehicle in their lot while I had the rental. When I returned the next day I found that my $1000 Thule box was stole off the roof of my car. This most probably would have never happened had they just delivered on their word and had the desired vehicle at the original location.

No sympathy from the representative once I told him that my box had been stolen while on their lot. Moreover, he told me that vehicles and accessories get stolen off their lot all the time. Thanks for the warning!

I was very pleased and satisfied with the service here. I needed a car to go back to the USA at an affordable rate and Justin was very helpful and made my experience as smooth and pleasant from when I picked up the car to when I dropped it off. Will definitely recommend.

I don’t own a car, but this is my “go to” place when I need one. The staff are amazing and always try and go the extra mile to make me happy. Been renting here for years.

We were late arriving but Daniel and team found us a great car, one that saved us tons on gas for our road trip, and had it ready to go for us after a long day of travelling. They simply didn't have time to fill it with gas but they noted it and we returned it and we had ZERO hassles regarding gas or any other pitfalls some agencies try to snag you in. Good honest service and five star effort. Would rent there again instead of airport. Told the cab driver about them and he will send future clients there too. Thanks Enterprise team on Saint-Jacques!

J’ai été chercher ma mère à l’hôpital laChine qui avait fait une chirurgie d’un jour et j’ai reste avec a 30c imaginez la situation on appelle l’agence de l’ocation la succursale enterprise de LaSalle durant 4h de temps et personne ne répond, au téléphone!
J’étais obligé d’appeler CAA à mes frais pour faire remarqué la voiture chez le Concessionnaire Volkswagen de LaSalle

Moi j’attends juste mon expert en Sinistre de m’envoyer mon chèque pour ma voiture volées en plus ils sont payés pour la location c’est pas gratuit, j’ai le droit d’avoir la voiture jusqu’à ce que mon expert en sinistre finalise son dossier et m’appelle pour l’étape suivante.

Terrible experience - I rent a car ever month for work and explicitly ask for a full size. And I get there and they have absolutely no cars for me to rent - even though I made the reservation way in advance.will never be returning

Never again! 3 bad experiences:
1- Car not available when pick up; representatives solution: "they wanted to give me a crash car to drive to another Enterprise location to pick up the car". Ridiculous solution I finished renting in another company.
2- Had reservation, the day before pick up received call saying they don't have cars available.
3- They won't give you the car full of gas; what it's more convenient for the customer. If you give the car back with less they will charge you with a crazy price per litre, but if you give it back with more they wont give you a credit, they simply say that " your are responsible to give it back as received "

Twice I've had reservations confirmed via email from the St-Jacques location, only to receive a call from them saying they didn't have a vehicle for me. Twice. This year.
When I do get a vehicle everything is sort of fine, though on two other occasions I did not get the vehicle class I wanted. Both times I was offered a larger vehicle, which sounds nice, but the goal was to spend as little on fuel as possible.
Consider other rental companies.

Would not recommend this location or Enterprise for that matter. For the long labour day weekend they had too many reservations for the number of cars. I made my reservation two weeks ahead of time and arrived 30 minutes ahead of my pickup time. They ran out of cars so I ended up waiting 40 minutes to be served in a rush then shuttled by an employee to a dealership get the car but the place was closed so we waited 30 minutes to find out the place was not opening that day so we were shuttled to DDO! There I finally got a car that was dirty. I was on the roas an hour and a half after my reservation time.
