What a horrible service, bad staff very bad attitude, phone never answers, no return calls and to boot car smelled like cigarettes I would never rent from them again

All good, except for if client is coming from Aylmer and paying $80/day + there should be a pick up and drop off as part of customer service. Simple thing to improve if possible to make it way better.

ON NE PEUT PAS FAIRE CONFIANCE À CETTE COMPAGNIE. J'ai appellé le samedi après-midi pour réserver une voiture le lundi matin suivant. J'ai payé la réservation et la personne à qui j'ai parlé à tout confirmé. Le lundi matin en question, 2 heures avant l'heure de la réservation, on m'appelle pour me dire qu'ils n'ont pas de voiture. J'avais un rendez-vous très important et ils ont détruit ma journée. Ne leur faites pas confiance, ils n'ont aucun respect pour leurs clients. - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I called to book a car 2 days in advance, payed for the reservation and got it confirmed. On the planned day, 2 hours before pick-up time, they called to tell me that they did not have a car. You simply cannot trust them with your time, they have no respect for their clients.

Worse customers service ever
Staff are impolite rude and argumentative
No courtesy like you find in other car rental companies
You can clearly tell the stuff are there for the paycheque nothing to do with serving customers
If you have other options do not go to this location

Le service était très bien mais l'auto qu'on m'a prêté était sale et les pneus étaient usés. Il y a eu beaucoup de pluie lorsque j'ai eu l'auto et j'ai fait de l'aquaplanage a trop de reprises a mon gout.

Bonne chance si vous devez communiquer avec le service à la clientèle de la maison mère de ENTERPRISE.
Ici tout se passe en anglais.
Si vous envoyez un courriel en français. C'EST EN ANGLAIS QU'ON VOUS RÉPONDRA.
ENTERPRISE pousse le mépris jusqu'à vous proposer d'utiliser une application qui traduit leurs messages de l'anglais au français. Avec toutes les subtilités que peuvent comporter chacune des langues faire confiance à un robot pour la traduction relève du délire.
Ceci-dit, localement (À Gatineau, secteurs Gatineau et Hull), le service en français aux 2 succursales est EXEMPLAIRE et IRRÉPROCHABLE.

P.s: Faisant suite à mon commentaire publié ci-haut, je viens de prendre connaissance de la réponse que Enterprise vient de me faire parvenir. De toute évidence pour une entreprise faisant affaire au Québec, à la maison mère de ENTERPRISE, on maîtrise bien le mépris fait aux francophones. (voir "Réponse du propriétaire" ci-bas).

I have rented plenty of cars. In many different locations. Usually it is not a super pleasant experience, theres always a hiccup. This location has made car renting a breeze. Such a pleasant team with professional manners. Helou the branch manager is very helpful and courteous. Thank you again for the help.
