This branch used to try to give normal service, but I think in the last year or two they lost it completely.

They are always short on staff, (if) your phone call will be picked up only after waiting for the longest time.they are changing the staff every few weeks, the smell there is bad.was no A/C during the summer.they have no cars available. (in case they have) Your car is never ready when you arrive for pickup you will always have to wait. The gas in the cars is never full.

And to the least. The 'big manager' 'Omer' promised me that they would have a car for me for the day when I had to go on a trip with our students, and when I arrived one day before to double check (as I know already how they work) they told me that they won't have anything only one day after the trip, then I called Omar and he promised me that he will see what he can do, and he will call me back to update me so I will know if I need to rant a bus or I will have another car, and of course, he NEVER called me back and NEVER picked up my phone calls, and NEVER responded to my massages.

Bottom line if you WANT a car consider before touching this branch!

Really a bad experience. I'll go straight to the point, they owe us CAD 114. Despite following personnels indications, Victor's, to return the car before 1400 hours of Sunnday, as they would close by then, surprise was when arrived at 1315 and place was closed and no one around. Well, we returned the keys, took pictures of the event and time, and left the keys and car.
Later we would find out that we were charged and extra day. Despite claiming it, no response. Despite our several calls to the site, never responded the phone.
I'm amazed as how the evidences are ignored by this people serving their customers.

Twice they have not had a vehicle available for me after reserving. Nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone there. You will be on hold until they decide to hang up on you. I’m impressed at their incompetence

This location is severely understaffed. It took 1 hr 15 min from the time of my reservation to be seen by an agent. I have not had a similar experience at the downtown or airport Enterprise locations.

Very pleased with experience so far. Car rentals needed for due to storm damage to our car. This company has an arrangement with the insurance brokerage. The staff have been very helpful, especially considering that there is still a shortage of rental cars in the wake of COVID. The location of the franchise is convenient lm

Rented a car on Friday April 7th approx 16h for 2 days and we were told we had to return it on Sunday 9th before 14h. We know it's Easter, but again, we were told they'd be open until 14h.
We have arrived 13: 30h, and the office is closed. I expect not to be charged for an extra day as the office is closed and we've arrived on time. I rate 2 stars because actually they were really helpful on Friday, and we rented the car impromptu.

Nous avions réservé une voiture pour 2 semaine pour un voyage à travers la province de Quebec. Nous avions quelques appréhensions, mais que des bonnes surprises avec cette agence! 1/ Voiture disponible immédiatement alors qu'on était un peu en avance sur l'horaire, 2/ Surclassement sans frais) 3/ Voiture impeccable, propre et très agréable 4/ Personnel très sympa à la fois à la prise de véhicule ainsi qu'à son retour. Merci encore et bravo pour votre travail!

La voiture que nous avions réservée étant en panne, nous avons été surclassés à notre départ sans aucun frais. La remise de la voiture s'est faite dans la précipitation sans nous indiquer le fonctionnement de la voiture, où se situaient les papiers, quel type de carburant utiliser. Le compteur kilométrique indiqué au contrat était erroné de plus de 1000 km, heureusement que les kilomètres sont illimités.
L'état de la voiture était correct mais loin d'être propre.
Dans l'ensemble la location s'est déroulée sans problème et au tarif indiqué.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When they heard that the car that we had rented was probably going to be too small for the planned trip they found a great alternative solution that made the trip much more enjoyable. Pickup and dropoff very easy and efficient. Great job!

This place apparently tries to cheat. I rent the car for only one day and returned on time (even one hour in advance). When I returned the car key, the lady told me I’m good to go and I trusted her without checking anything. Now I received a bill saying that I rent the car for two days. It says I returned the car today at 9: 56 am, which is impossible. This is clearly fraud, I have every proof needed and will try to file a report. This bad experience reminds me that, on the day I picked up the car, I saw a lady trying to complain (polite and gently) about something to the manager there and was disregarded. I believe this place does a lot of such cheating in all ways possible. Shame.

À éviter à tout prix. Le véhicule a été retourné dans les 2h30 suite l'heure de retour, ce qui doit être chargée au taux horaire, mais comme ils n'étaient pas présents, ils chargent une journée au complet.

Il y en a d'autres entreprises plus formels et juste qu'eux. Une journée m'a coûté plus chers qu'un fin de semaine aller retour á Niagara chez eux. Épouvantable.

Très mécontent.
Une fois arrivé sur place on nous annonce qu’il faut notre passeport pour louer une voiture. Carte ID et permis européen ne suffisent pas.
On est mal reçu.
Finalement on part sans louer de voiture de chez eux et on va chez Avis Budget à 10 min en vélo. Eux ne demandent pas de passeport (ce qui nous évite un détour d’une heure) et en plus la dame est hyper sympa.

Une bande VOLEUR et FAUX COMMENTAIRES SUR GOOLE FAITES ATTENTION. Mentionne qu'il peuve passer un véhicule et le font. Me rapelle le lendemain pour me dire que finalement je ne peux pas conduire le ^véhicule. Il me mentionne qu'il vont venu le chercher, car personne ne peux conduire le véhicule, moi compris. Je l'es apelle chaque jours pour leur mentionner de venir le chercher et il me dise qu'il viendront le lendemain. Cela dure + d'une semaine, pour finalement appeler la semaine d'après et me faire dire qu'il ne vienne pas cherche les véhicules et qu'ils veulent prendre mon depot. UNE BANDE DE VOLEUR, NE FAITES PAS AFFAIRE AVEC EUX. ILS MONT RACCROCHÉ AU NEZ. Une plainte a été déposé a la protection du consommateur et a la police.

I've had an amazing experience with Entreprise, and specially from this location. They always go above and beyond to provide me with a rental when needed and offer similar or better options for cars when they are running out of the category cars that i reserved. I Specially like the follow up and assurance before and after the rental period. I even had to return the car after closing hours because i was running a little late and they assured me that it will be fine (no extra charges or anything), dropped the keys in the box and left with a happy smile as always.

I really love the new car fleet, from Jeep, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, it really makes the journey fun and the return to my Fiat500 more excited to come back and rent again.

Cela fait plus de 2 ans que je loue des voitures à cette place, et je n'ai jamais eu un seul problème. Le personnel est toujours agréable et serviable, toujours à l'écoute, et toujours arrangeant quand c'est possible.
Les voitures sont en bon état et paraissent nettoyées avant chaque location.

Horrible customer Service. My initial reservation was completed as part of an insurance claim on January 21st 2022. I had provided official dates for pick up and drop off using the enterprise priority pass service and received a confirmation with a reservation number associated with my insurance claim number. In order to confirm my reservation I called the number listed on my confirmation. The agent who responded said that they had not even received my confirmation, they did not have a car available and was not sure if another branch would have a vehicle. He did not even attempt to provide an acceptable solution. I will not be doing business with them again.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star! The worst manager and customer service ever!
I had a reservation and called to postpone it for today. And the representative told me it’s possible. Today I went and they didn’t have it in the system. And the unfriendly manager shouted at me and was so impolite by saying I don’t know who answered the phone. So sorry for this behavior and wasting my time. So unprofessional. I had never seen a rude person like him with that behavior with a client who rent a car from them since 2015.
Hopefully the enterprise considers a more professional people as a manager of a branch. There was no respect for a client there even the problem had caused by their mistakes. It’s unfortunate that I should forget the enterprise because of that experience.

In Montreal I had excellent experiences with enterprise rental service except at this specific location in Mile End (5203 St Laurent Blvd). I would strongly suggest to avoid this particular rental place. First, I rented twice from this place and each time they gave me a smaller car than i had reserved. Yes they charged me 3$ less per day - but that was not the point, i could pay 3$ more. Even calling before does not guaranteed that i would get the car that i reserved. Other rental places offered me atleast similar or better cars when they dont have the one i reserved. Second, the small car i got was full of unregistered scratches, problem with mirrors. I asked the agent to register those scratches and i took some pictures for myself about the damages. The Agent assured me these scratches will not be an issue. I had an uneventful time with the rental car and when i returned - Another agent was verifying the car with a bad attitude and found a scratch which i did not noticed before and my pictures does not cover that particular area. He insisted the damage was fresh and argued with my agent who rented me the car and finally they registered the Scratch with my name. SO if you are declining their CDW insurance - be sure you protect yourself by taking enough pictures/videos and insist your agent to register all of them no matter how small it is. Really dont agree to take the car untill they register all existed damages - take your time even you are in a hurry. And avoid this rental location if you can.

We waited 45 minutes before being served, didn"t get the type of car that we had reserved at least a month prior, and were told it had to be back at the original time we had reserved despite them being 30 min late getting it to us.will never go back to this place.

Sometimes a pleasant car rental experience is gonna decide whether you have a great vacation. Amazing service. Staff are super chill and kind. They didn’t have the car I booked so they apologized and upgraded me for free. After a bad experience at another Enterprise branch in MTL downtown, this will become my favourite branch.

I don't own a car. I rent a car every 2 months from Enterprise. Everytime I pickup a car from this location I have some or the other issue. First time, they were so unorganized that I ended up waiting for almost 2hrs to pickup a car I had prebooked. Second time I had to wait 30mins and I ended up returning the car less than 20mins late and they wanted to charge me for 1 hr late return. My third experience (from last week), I had booked a car for $245ish and the guy was going to charge me $450ish. Thank God I had this guy feeling that I should ask about the amount of the rental. I didn't get an explanation as to why there was a discrepancy but they haven't thecar for the original $245iah price. Other times I have picked up cars from the Marcel Lauren location and the staff there are opposite to the Mile End ones. I think I will stick to Marcel Lauren location even if it costs me $100 more than Mile End location.

I've only rented from this location twice but both times were good, the staff was friendly and actually very funny lol Never had a bad experience here, if I didn't move away I would still rent from this location.

J'ai réservé 1 mois et demi en avance un SUV pour partir 3 semaines en vacances. Ma réservation a été confirmée une semaine avant mon départ. Le jour de la ceuillette, après plus d'une heure d'attente, on m'annonce que j'aurai une Mini Cooper Countrymen ou rien. Le chantage étant bien rodé car je n'ai pas le choix d'accepter ou de me retrouver sans possibilités de partir en congés. Les employés sur place me certifie que qu'il n'y a aucun autre véhicule disponible et de me plaindre auprès du service à la clientèle. Ceci a été fait sans recevoir aucune réponse depuis 1 mois.
A déconseiller fortement!

Went there told me my car isn’t available and they had tried contacting me but they didn’t have my phone number or email.don’t really Know how they can lie like that. First of all who even books or reserves a car without their contact info? That means any john doe or Peter Pan can make a reservation just by putting in their first and last name? Would that make any sense? They clearly had my contact info. Never contacted me. Me my wife and my kids are stuck. The AIRBNB we booked for the trip had to cancel it and pay the penalty fees. It ruined my experience For me and my family.

I used their service to rent a car, offered to me by my auto insurance company, under my previous policy. I LOVE THEM!
Everyone working here, from Maurice, to Marinelle, Axel, and everyone in between, are excellent employees! They are all courteous, good listeners, great sales people, patient and well groomed! Bravo!
I rented a small Nissan Micra 2019, a sub compact car, with Winter tyres! In the province of Ontario, Canada, Winter tyres are NOT obligatory, from 1st December to 15th of March. In Quebec, they are. I was so happy to be able to drive a car with Winter tyres, and appreciate the way they care about their customers' safety, in Quebec. I rented the same car for another fortnight, and I got an even lower price per day, before taxes and service charges, than the insurance company got!
They really care about customer satisfaction! They deal directly with each and every customer, taking their time to listen, and propose appropriate rental vehicles and made to measure rental packages for everyone.
One's credit rating is very important when it comes to renting or even buying a vehicle. They charge deposits and are quick with your refunds. I wholeheartedly and without any hesitation whatsoever, recommend this location, and this car rental company, for all your corporate or vacation needs! Thank you Enterprise!

J’en reviens pas de prendre le temps de faire un review d’entreprise de location d’autos mais ces gars-là (c’était juste des gars) changent la game. Les locations prennent 5 secondes, et rien ne semble compliqué pour eux, malgré les problèmes soumis par les autres clients. Belle équipe, qui suggère une excellente gestion (Jan 2020). Je sais pas pour les autres succursales de Entreprise si c’est la même chose mais je suis maintenant curieux de le savoir.

La location s'est bien passée en août sauf une panne de batterie au milieu du séjour qui a été résolue après 50 minutes au téléphone (merci la note téléphonique.) et l'intervention du garagiste du village en 10 minutes. 4 mois après, 500 $ débité sur ma carte visa sans aucun justificatif. Un peu lourd à digérer!

Rented two cars from this Enterprise location in past few months, and both times had excellent experiences. Clean cars, exactly what I booked, ready when I got there. Took me longer to find a parking spot in my neighbourhood than to get it from the agency. Highly recommend.

Good service in person but we got "upgraded" to a huge gas guzzler instead of an economy car + upon return got made on the gas: the tank was not full when we received it (even though their policy states it should have a full tank when you get it - I called and confirmed), then upon return they filled it up to a higher level (15 or so liter difference). Lesson learned: always insist on receiving the car with a full tank!

Location d'une Chrysler 300s pour 3 jours. A mon arrivée ils n'avaient pas ce modèle là mais m'ont proposé une Dodge Charger.
La location s'est déroulée rapidement et sans surprise (j'ai payé ce qui était présenté sur le contrat).
Le retour de la voiture s'est fait rapidement sans surprise non plus.
Le personnel est très agréable et disponible par téléphone.
J'y retournerais la prochaine fois.

They didn't have a car at the time I reserved (I had to wait 30 minutes), and I received wrong information about the additional driver policy. They are also way under-staffed, which means they never answer the phone and you have to wait a while for service when you arrive.

We waited almost an hour for our car and then were informed that Enterprise's system had deleted our reservation. I've called Enterprise's care line 5 times to receive some form of compensation and have received no follow up. Every time I rent with this company, the staff is slow, unprofessional and incompetent. Trash is always left in the vehicles and the gas tank is less than half full. This is a very poorly managed business, even by rental car company standards. I would rather travel across the city than give them any more business.

Tout c'est bien déroulée jusqu'à la remise de la voiture. On avais demandé si c'était possible de rendre la voiture plus tard dans la journée et on nous a répondu pas de problème. Or quand on a rendu la voiture on nous facturée une demi-journée en plus, élément qu'on avait oublier de nous énoncer lors de la prise du véhicule.
Je pense que cela aurait été la moindre des choses de nous avertir. Heureusement, ils ont fait un geste commercial en nous faisant payer 2heures supplémentaire au lieu d'une demi-journée.
Bref vérifier bien toutes les modalités quand vous avez affaire avec eux.

Une très bonne première expérience mais malheureusement la seconde est scandaleuse! J'ai loué une auto et reçu la confirmation de ma location hors le lendemain je me présente à l'agence et on me dit qu'il y a eu un problème et qu'il n'ont plus de voiture de disponible. Aucune solution à me proposer ni aucun geste commercial.

Enterprise rental car getting worse and worse and specially in Montreal. Prices are getting enormous, drawing more dollars from their customers as much as they can now. They do not accommodate their clients neither price-wise nor in terms of vehicle size they need. In the past two winters they provided huge cars over weekend when I needed a small car only for grocery shopping (and minimizing gas in the city) whereas in the summers they only provided smaller size when I needed bigger cars to travel for a few days - again lately in the past two years in Montreal locations. I have been a member of enterprise 11 years now! I only book for compact size, and I usually have free upgrade in my account, which has not been useful lately.

I rented a car for my trip with pick up a day before. The car I received was dirty outside and inside. When I asked for replacement I've been said that there is no cars available and the next one will be two days later which was unacceptable for me. So, I took the suggested one.
Next day, while we were driving on the highway the car had a strange vibration. That looked like there is not enough air pressure in the tires or wheels are unbalanced. The kids felt sick and I had to slow down and to make a stop on my way at the another Enterprise place and replace the car.
I will never use that service any more.
