Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Once again, great experience with my rental at this location. Personnel is polite and friendly and helpful. I had a flat on my personal vehicle and I they did not hesitate to help me out. Thank you!

THIS IS THE WORST CAR RENTALS!

I booked car (Jetta) online. Went to the location to pick up the car. The guy said they don’t have the car and was offered a car which was on recall (Passat specifically). Which for sure I denied. Then he offered me the only option available dodge challenger. I asked him couple of times that this car does not have any issues and he said “no issue I touch my head”. Yet i am on highway where I cannot see anything with these headlights. On top of everything dashboard lights go off in the middle of highway while i am relying on car gps. I called customer service they say go to any location they will change and everywhere i go they say they don’t have car in the fleet.

Customer service has evaporated in many industries. Car was stolen from hotel parking in Canada and needed a car to get back home. Phone support staff "working" from home without direct supervision made it clear that he wasn't remotely interested in helping me find a rental. Said he had nothing available anywhere in my area. I immediately found one myself at the local airport. F- you Enterprise!

Très mauvaise expérience. La succursale de Brossard font la location de voiture dangereuse sur la route et ne donne aucun retour téléphonique afin d'en faire le remplacement. De plus, il charge un montant supplémentaire de la facture final sur la carte de crédit sans avoir eu l'autorisation suite au retour et ne veulent pas procéder au remboursement. Je déconseille fortement cette succursale.

Rav4 louer pour un week end de deplacement mais aussi pour le plaisir de le tester.
Bon service reçu malgré qu'il y avait que deux personnes pour nous accueillir.
On voulais partir au plus vite mais être deux à servir plusieurs personnes pressé je peux comprend que sa prenne du temps.

Ils on fait de leur mieux et malgré les quelque 15 mins d'attente on avais le véhicule et prêt à partir

I am updating my review as the return process of the rental was great. The attendant was very patient and knowledgeable in providing answers to my questions.

But to note a representative shouldn’t have to ask for proof of employment and then go on to saying there are people who use other people’s work benefits for car rental services. I don’t know what the implication was but I had a corporate credit card! It is really is disappointing because I was expecting more from a company that is a preferred provider the company I work for. Not only that - but the car provided didn’t have windshield fluid and a really bad odour of sweat - the car was not properly cleaned. Minor changes in customer service can make or break first time clients from coming back.

Instructions claires.
Divers appels pour s'informer si tout va bien.
Restitution de la voiture simple, pas d état des lieux poussé.
Je louerai de nouveau là-bas.
