This place has an awful management. Rental Rates deposits are extremely high compares to the rest of other branches in Canada. What ever is the matter of the propose of the rental they are sneaky and greedy.

Rented a car for a week on short notice and was very well accommodated by Mike. Car drove very well and was clean and the process was quick and seamless. Thank you

Extremely disappointed with this car rental service. My elderly father has been a loyal customer for the past year, and the treatment he received was nothing short of appalling. The staff showed a complete lack of respect and consideration, leaving him feeling frustrated and disheartened. It's disheartening to see such disregard for loyal customers, especially one who is elderly and deserves extra care. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, where we hope to find a company that values their customers and treats them with the respect they deserve.

The most awful and the scariest experience that I had in my life!
They provided me a car which had had an accident before and damaged already. I believe they never even checked if the car is safe and secure to drive again.
But the scariest part started when during the drive the car just switched off- like the car was not receiving energy! I completely lost control of the car no gas neither brakes were working! As I was approaching the intersection, my car luckily stopped due to the car in front me stopping as the light switched to red.
The car in front of me took almost no damage, as I was thankfully at a speed of 20-25km/hr. Then I had to call towing service, because I was not able to start the car! No power at all!
After all this horrible experience to apology was provided to me, they had contacted and got refunded from my insurance without my authorization!
Someone should take the responsibility for the life and security of their customers!

J'ai recu une confirmation de la location par courriel. Alors, quand je suis arrivé a la succursalle l'agent m'a dis d'aller voir ailleur, qu'il n'avait pas la voiture que j'avais reservé. J'ai payé le taxi aller retour de mascouche pour rien. Ensuite, il n'a meme pas voulu annuler la reservation et il m'a dis qu'elle allais s'anuller tout seul.

Facile et efficace un service de première classe, merci a toute l'équipe et spécialement a M. Kiro Atta.
Belle flotte véhicules propres et bien équipés. Merci

Website says you can rent with a debit card under certain conditions but even when you satisfy those conditions they will not accept debit. This happened to me in Edmonton Alberta and also in Montreal Quebec

The car that I rented was very nice to drive, I was worried of the long drive to Vaughan under the snow storm. Since the car maintenance was A1 and the tires were great quality, I felt at ease on the roads. I had a great customer service, from start to finish.

Très mauvais service après location. J avais loué une voiture au mois de novembre. Évidemment, ils ont pris un Dépôt de sécurité de 300$ sur ma carte débit jusqu'à présent j' attends toujours mon remboursement par chèque. Lorsque je les appellent ils me tournent d un bout à l'autre sans jamais avoir de réponse. Je vais attendre encore le mois de janvier, si aucun retour je porterai plainte à office de la protection consommateurs.

Merci au préposé Ilyasse Raissy et son service. Il a su répondre aux questions et aux besoins que j’avais. J’aimerais aussi mentionner la propreté du véhicule. Les gens qui travaillent là sont professionnels et saluent. Ça fait plaisir de voir qu’il reste un peu de civisme de nos jours. Je reviendrai certainement prendre une de vos locations. Très mauvais service. Donnent des informations erroné au téléphone ne peuvent même pas nous expliquer pourquoi on ne peut pas être remboursé de notre dépôt jusqu'à maintenant. Ils disent que c'est la faute de l 'assurance alors que quand je les appelle ils me disent qu'ils n'ont toujours pas reçu de facture de la part d'entreprise. Fille qui répond au téléphone arrogante et me crie presque dessus quand j'insiste pour comprendre le problème. Expérience horrible
