I have rent cars 6 times in this agency I have never been disappointed.

Been coming here every other weekend for a rental car. This branch provides exquisite service and all the team members are top notch. Amine, Charaf, Omar, and Yann are all professional and easy to deal with.

The WORST location to book in Montreal, my 2nd attempt they do the same unprofessional behaviour. Other locations ALWAYS keeps you posted, they don't say anything until you show up and get told they have no car for you regardless of how early you book. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

Service a la clientèle totalement exécrable. Ils nous ont annoncer le matin même (sur place) que le véhicule que nous avons réserver n’était pas disponible et nous ont donner un véhicule différent plus petit. C’était totalement dernière minute et nous n’avions pas le choix d’accepter comme nous avions absolument besoin d’un véhicule. Le véhicule n’a pas convenu pour nos besoins. Cette succursale et son équipe ont refusé d’offrir un rabais ou quoi que ce soit pour apaiser la situation et se lave les mains des inconvénients que cela nous a causer. Ils nous ont meme charger le prix du véhicule initial, malgré que celui donner était moins cher! Outrant. Comme tous les autres commentaires ici, je recommande fortement d’aller mettre votre argent ailleurs.

Rented a car for 11 days from this location. Very good rates and excellent customer service. Felt being greatly looked after. Looking forward to being able to rent again from this location in the future.

Service déplorable, je vous déconseille d’aller dans cette succursale.
On m’a chargé une journée en + sur mon contrat alors que j’ai bien rendue la voiture à temps mais ils ont fermés le contrat plus tard. Impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone et quand on arrive à avoir quelqu’un on nous raccroche au nez. Cela fait deux semaines que je demande un remboursement. Je suis vraiment déçue de mon expérience. Je suis une cliente fidèle d’Enterprise… mais cette succursale plus jamais!

I visited the Enterprise at the Hotel Espresso on Guy street downtown Montréal and was very impressed with the customer service. I was returning a car to the site and was greeted very professional by a young man by the name of Omer who was very friendly and attentive to my queries & feedback.
Would definitely recommend this service and would use again 5/5!

Came here on Sunday to pick up a reserved rental car, but ended up waiting for more than an hour to stand in queue as they only had one counter opened.

Honestly, there were not too many people coming to pick up the car like me, but just this office was definitely understaffed (only one counter opened) to handle all these reserved bookings that their manager should be able to foresee in advance. The poor girl at the counter had been working non-stop. Why no more staff here to help her?

I have been travelling around the world but this is the most inefficient car rental office I ever been to. Will definitely avoid Enterprise in Montreal next time.

They were overbooked and did not have a car for us at pickup. Told us there was nothing they could do and would not try to find us an option at another branch. They suggested we take a cab to the airport to check if they have one for us…

I try to rent from the larger companies (even if i have to pay a little more) to avoid this issue since they should have a larger supply but I guess that’s not the case.

We walked down the street and found a rental with Avis and it was lovely. Recommend you go there instead

The convenience and staff of this Enterprise are amazing. Charaf and Yann took such great care to ensure that I had a wonderful experience.

They cancelled my car rental without giving me any options or any compensation, even after I explained I bought tickets to an event only because I thought I had a car reserved. They told me to try another company. What a joke.

I noticed the car windshield has a chip yesterday hence I called the enterprise road assistant and they told me to go to another Enterprise Montreal branch (1005 rue guy) (as the branch I rented the car from is closed Sunday) to exchange the car, called the branch today 20 mins before my arrival to confirm they have availability and they confirmed they do have availability, after I arrived the local manager told me he can’t exchange the car as he does not have available car for me and after I told him that I called the branch mins ago and they confirmed they do have and absolutely I can see cars in their parking lot he told me I can’t exchange the car and I need to go to the branch that I rented the car from, I called back enterprise customer support and they told me he supposes to exchange the car for me and they escalated, I will keep this post updated!

I would say stay away from this branch (1005 rue Guy) as customer satisfaction is not their priority if it doesn’t match their interest!

GO ELSEWHERE - Will cancel on you last minute. Did that 3 times to me. They give your car and don't call you before. Although they will spam you if you get a car to get a good rating.

This is a terrible place to rent a vehicle. I rented in August with this enterprise. The day I showed up and was given a vehicle I asked if there were any problems with the vehicle I should know about, and was told no. I then embarked on a road trip with this rental only to find out that I had brake issues with my vehicle. I called to inform this company about the issues only to get told there was nothing they could do due to they close at 12 (Quebec city as I was driving to visit family) and that I'd have to wait until Monday at the location I was going to to have these issues fixed. I called Monday and 3 days later I had finally had them fix the brakes. Upon returning the vehicle I stated the issues and the lack of services, to which their employees and their manager agreed I was not going to pay anything due to the issues I experienced. Fast forward a month and now I am being charged for the full rental and no one is returning my phone calls nor can I contact the location. Recommendations go anywhere else! This location will rent a vehicle without ensuring the mechanical side of the rental is safe for their customers.

Had a great experience with this location! Omar and Amine were especially helpful, kind, and courteous! Would rent from them again.

Have been renting cars for years and numerous times in this agency. Excellent and efficient sercice coupled with great ambiance. Can only warmly thank Michel, Amin, Guillaume and Nefertiti for their wonderful client service and friendly welcome. Rates are commensurate to service quality.
Would highly recommend this agency, you will love the customer experience.
