La courtoisie et le professionnalisme d'Angelique, d'Amine et de Charma ainsi que le fait d'avoir pu changer pour un véhicule plus grand sans frais supplémentaires m'amèneront très certainement à louer à nouveau dans cette succursale au besoin et à la recommander à mon entourage.

My rental was due to a car accident with a deer. The SUV I rented was clean and mechanically sound with winter tires. The return process was quick, and the staff was again courteous and helpful. Your team went above and beyond to chat with me about the headaches of dealing with insurance companies. They even offered to help me continue my car rental after the insurance capped my rental term. This level of honesty and integrity sets your company (and location) apart from others in the industry.

This was truly the best car rental experience I've ever had. I needed a large SUV and made my booking only a few days in advance, fully aware that these vehicles are often in high demand. On the day of my reservation, I received a 7-seater SUV, though it wasn't my preferred model.

However, the experience improved two days later when Azedine called me. Some of their Ford Expeditions, the model I originally wanted, had become available. The car swap was so easy and hassle-free, a refreshing change from typical car rental experiences.

I want to give a big shout-out to the team, particularly Azedine, for making this such a smooth process. This location will definitely be my go-to spot for all future car rentals.

Terrible customer service. Don’t uphold reservations. Cancel on you last minute after a reservation is made. Stay away.

J'ai utilisé la succursale à 3 reprise. Très bon service. La dernière fois, malgré que la voiture réservée n'était pas disponible (supposément pour un service/réparation au garage), ils m'ont offert un véhicule équivalent et se sont rapidement arranger pour la préparation de la voiture (changement d'huile) pour un long voyage.
Kareem, le directeur était très professionnel.

I had an issue with my rental and Kareem was so great about taking care of my problem. I really appreciated he took the time to make sure I was taking care of. I really was happy with the problem being solved. Excellent customer service. Definitely will rent from that location.

I have been looking for a car to rent for the last 4 days. The location near my home were just uncooperative so I came in to this location instead. I got taken care of by the director himself. I was really upset at the fact that my insurance company had booked me a reservation at a location near my house and i was on a waiting list for 4 days. I reached out to this location and I came in HOT! Kareem Tonge the director welcomed me in, broke down the issue for me and explained why certain locations would get longer waiting time due to the multiple rentals requests due to insurance claims they get. This good sir not only gave me legendary service, not only was very funny and friendly, not only was very professional but he was able to turn my frustration into satisfaction. He took time to demo all the different features of the car, he offered me additional insurance coverage products and made this experience painless. Thank you Kareem this was an amazing experience.
