I was in a rush and got in right before close, Hellen helped me through the entire process of paying and finding my locker. She was super kind the entire time, I had a great experience definitely recommend them they are super helpful.

Clean and great service!

The only downfall is they don’t have 24 hour units available often and the working hours are kinda rough.

Charged me an extra month, asked for a reimbursement which I could not get. Tried email, phone, there's only one number you can call, customer service cannot help you nor put you in contact with accounting or management. Finally got my reimbursement almost 2 months later. Be careful.

The transition from calling and actually having a storage unit was seem less and I’ve used the facilities at Decarie as well.

I like their flexibility and personable service. Would recommend 100%. However, the hours of operation are a bit annoying. If we work until 5pm, we only have 45 minutes to get to storage.as they close at 5: 45 on weekdays! Anyway.

I put my belongings in storage here in December 2019 foolishly thinking I would be back to get them in a few months. After two years, I have just had my things shipped from the storage and they are in perfect condition. No evidence of water, mold, or pests of any kind. I'm super happy with my experience. The price was reasonable and over the course of two years the cost only increased a small amount - they didn't start screwing me over once my initial contract was up. Definitely a five star experience. Thank you Montreal Mini-Storage!

J'avais bien précisé auprès du commis que j'avais des palettes de marchandises, on m'avait confirmé que les palettes rentrées dans l'unité. Quand j'arrive, l'entrepôt ne dispose ni de rampe à l'entrée ni de Skyjack pour rentrer les palettes, la seule solution est de les ramener dans un camion élevé au même niveau que le quai. Finalement, j'ai dû démonté les palettes boites par boites pour les rentrer. Deuxième obstacle est au niveau de l'unité, les portes et couloirs sont trop petits, donc fallait encore rentrer la marchandise boite par boite au lieu d'une palette au complet. Nous avons demandé d'avoir une autre unité avec des portes et couloirs un peu plus large, le commis était très serviable et il nous a trouvé des unités disponible avec un accès plus spacieux. Cependant, son superviseur n'était pas indulgent et a refusé notre transfert à une autre unité. Une expérience épouvantable!

The locker size wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I needed something more square so they worked with me to get me a full refund. Overall it was great customer service. I would definitely use them again! I'd just call to make sure I got the locker size that I needed.

Vlad, Storage Expert - Site Manager is an amazing professional. He was patient and understood our requirements then gave us a tour of the facility to help finalize on the right Storage space. Will strongly recommend Vlad as a go to person if you have any storage requirements!

Excellents accueil et service à la clientèle, en particulier de Vlad, qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement, fait faire le tour des locaux et fourni les détails nécessaires pour la location. Son attention à nos besoins et sa serviabilité ont été clé dans notre decision de louer un local. L'entrepôt est très bien entretenu et les locaux sont faciles d'accès avec une multitude de chariots à disposition.

Great customer service, and probably the cheapest storage unit I found in Montreal. I only rented for a few months but I had a good experience with them. Definitely recommend them over the other ones

Staff and location are fantastic! Prices are very reasonable! There are many units under $100 a month which is great. Very accommodating and friendly staff!

Been a client for a few years now. Very clean, well maintained, great access and amenities. Well organized. Not sketchy like some of those other places, which I’ve used as well and which don’t measure up. Good prices. Staff is friendly.
