Good variety of sizes and their offer a mock-up image on the website to let you imagine the possibilities for your stuff so you can better make the appropriate choice for your stuff. Courteous staff, very helpful. I feel safe having my stuff being kept there.

Don't honour offers advertised on their website. False advertising.

EDIT (re.response from owner) : I walked in to rent two lockers, and after the attendant agreed to the offer on the website, and gave me tour of the facility, he called his manager and then informed me that this offer does not apply to small lockers - even though the website specifically states that this offer applies to small lockers.
I wasted an hour of my time on this visit, only to have the deal changed on me right before purchase.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'when your request was fulfilled' - this is not the case.

Prepare toi a faire la file au loading dock. Mais bon. Si t'es le seul ou presque ça va bien, beaucoup de chariots, gros monte charge, system automatisé très sécuritaire.

Le 29 janvier 2021 j'ai acheté les contenu d'un local de 10x10 situé à cet entrepôt j'étais gagnant sur le site ibid4storage, nous les commerçants on est conscient de risques de métier si le contenu a l'intérieur des unités est que des cochonneries ou que ça sera de valeur la chose qui m'as étonné et m'as choqué aussi c'est que quand je me suis présenté là-bas j'ai payé un paquet de frique évidemment avant d'ouvrir l'unité on est passé avec le gérant de la succursale qui a ouvrit l'unité et Y AVAIT AUCUN SEAL DE GARANTIE que cette unité était sécurisé depuis l'inventaire de contenu le gérant Mr Aderiano a utilisé la clef pour ouvrir la porte that's it that all, je demande comment ça se fait qu'il y avait aucun seal pour ça la réponse était très facile pour eux on met pas de seal, en plus tant pis pour les gens qui ont laissé 5 étoiles sur ce sale entrepôt y a bcp mieux dans les coins et moin Cher de toute façon je ne recommande a personne cet endroit ni je ferai l'affaire avec eux pour les prochains jours it's a Big Fake

Ok, can I just say something, please?
I've been storing stuff at different self-storage companies for a long time and I've never, EVER been to a storage building as clean and welcoming as this one.
These guys take cleanliness so seriously and, especially during this current pandemic, it is something I really appreciate.
And this is one of the rare buildings offering 24/7 access where I genuinely feel safe in, should I need to grab something in the middle of the night or whatever.
Domenico (the building manager) is the nicest guy ever and goes out of his way to help his tenants. And their customer service is impeccable. They always answer my emails so fast and their agents are super friendly on the phone.

Really secure, less than 30 minutes after clearing my own unit (hadn't notified them beforehand) I got a phone call warning me of the situation. Would definitely recommend!

Staff are very friendly. They showed me 2 different sizes and the prices are good. Easy to get to for people without a car. I recommend it!

I contacted Mini-Storage in Montreal via email earlier this year to arrange storage facilities for some personal items that were being shipped to Montreal from the US. I was initially unable to visit the site since I live in southern Africa. However, Sina was of invaluable assistance in terms of his efficiency and customer service which enabled me to arrange, from afar, a storage locker for my items at very good value for cost. I was finally able to arrive in Montreal in July and visited the Dauphin SL facility which is very clean and well-lit. Upon our request, Domenico promptly allocated us a bigger storage space and was of kind assistance during this move and handled the administrative aspect of this change very smoothly. With this quality of service from two key employees, and the excellent condition of the storage facility I would highly recommend Montreal Mini-Storage to others.
