The workers are not professional at all. They speak with no respect and park in front of other people driveway. When asked to move they respond with absurd gestures and profanity. They are a team of no people skill workers. Never take this compagnie for anything.

I contracted Bucaro twice in the last 2 decades and I have yet to be disappointed by their work. Their workmanship is excellent and the results are quite beautiful.

Some key points that I want to bring up:
- The crew that worked on my property this last summer were a good crew. Respectful and hardworking.
- I dealt with Stefano in 2006 and 2022. I appreciated his professionalism and his integrity. It was a pleasure to have had a second time to work with him.

La première maison, pour une entrée en alsphate, en 12 ans aucun problème, super. La deuxième maison, récemment, pour une entrée en dalle de béton avec deux trottoirs. Nous sommes plus que satisfait. Nous avons fait affaire avec eux il y a 12 ans et c'est encore le même représentant, ceci en dit long sur la stabilité de l'entreprise. Il est courtois, rapide et efficace. Les travailleurs arrivent tôt le matin, finissent tard, toutes les pauses sont organisé et structuré. Le chargé de projet est toujours sur place à travailler avec son équipe et à communiquer avec le client. Ils travaillent tous super bien et proprement! Oui, c'est possible en construction! Pendant la journée de travail, on entend personne crier ou niaiser, ils sont tous concentrer à travailler et professionnel. Après chaque journée de travail, il ne laisse rien traîner, ils ramassent le plus possible la poussière et organise tout le matériel. Le chargé de projet travaille pour l'entreprise depuis très longtemps, il s'occupe très bien de son équipe et il est très efficace et utile dans ses décisions, suggestions tout au long des travaux. Il a de grandes connaissances, beaucoup d'expérience et partage vraiment bien celles-ci pour faire le meilleur travail possible. Il est très minutieux et il prend soin que les travaux soit extrêmement bien fait tout en s'assurant d'aucune problématique à long terme. J'en ai vu des compagnies faire des terrains et des entrées et je n'en ai vu aucune aussi professionnelle, efficace et qui travaille aussi bien qu'eux et dont le résultat est de loin supérieur à tout ce que l'on voit qui ne sont pas fait par eux. Vous ne pouvez pas être déçu!

Stefano's team did a great job with our paver although there is a bit of a delay due to the availability of materials because of the pandemic. And yet, they finish the job with very professional workers, and they always know what they are doing. We made the right decision in choosing Bucaro's team for the paving with Danny as the crew leader and Steve as the supervisor.

I'm extremely happy with the work of Bucaro. I re-did the asphalt entirely of my inclined driveway, as well as the drainage system and could not be happier with the work.
Stefano was very helpful and detailed in what the work consisted of and was present at every step. He was always available for questions, queries, and was quick with advice and recommendations.

We had our driveway and stairs done by Bucaro in the late 2015. Out of all the people we had give use Quotes. Jimmy was the guy who was the most prepared of the bunch, you could tell he knew what he was talking about. Unlike some of the other companies. After we meet him, there was no doubt this was the company that would do our driveway. 4 years later asphalt still looks great. Had alittle problem with our stairs and Steve got it fixed very quickly. I recommend these guys any time i can.

We recently had our landscaping completed by Bucaro. The project was accomplished as planned. Stefano organized the scheduling of the stone work and paving, as well as, helped with the overall design of the walkways and patio. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The workers were diligent and helpful with their ideas. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend the Bucaro organization for your landscaping needs.

We had our pavé done by Bucaro 10 years ago and are just as happy with it today as we were then. We had the pleasure of signing the contract with Steve, whom still stops by to say hi to us when he is in our neighbourhood, 10 years later!
We had a great experience with Bucaro and would deal with them again without hesitation. We needed to remove some stones in our backyard this summer to pass a wire underneath the pavé but needed a stone to be cut to fit around the wire.

Forced to write a bad review.

I wish that it wasn't the case, but since they never replied to my letters (electronic and in writing) in almost 3 months, I have no option but to write my bad experience with this company and their rep, Mr. Stefano.
I did my driveway with them in June (and also the neighbor that I am sharing the driveway with). Everything was going fine, until the day after they finished the job and I saw water pooling in front of my side door.
After I complained to Mr. Stefano, he agreed that is a mistake and they came back in one week to do something about it. As I imagined, the way they tried to "patch" a brand new asphalt was not giving the expected results. As it can be seen in the photos, it looks like anything but not as a fresh, clean, brand new asphalt job.
After the 2nd visit, I refused to pay what was left to pay (less than 30%), moment when Mr. Stefano started to act "unprofessional" and behave like we were having an argument over a pair of 2nd hand shoes at the Flea Market.
He said he will sue to get the rest of the money, issue that I agreed with.
Next day, he called telling me that he will send another team to spray and seal my side of the driveway and that will fix my problem.
They came to do the job, but the only change was that now it was shiny also. Other than that, the same aspect. One hour after, he came to cash the rest of the amount and of course, I did not agree to pay and he started again to act "unprofessional" again, and yelling in front of my house (my wife was ready to call the Police).
After all that fuzz, I went to their office and I paid in full all the amount that was left, taking in consideration that it was needed for the next step, meaning the Small Claims Court.
In the same I sent a detailed email with lots of pictures and explanations, but no one replied.
After one month, I send a written letter with the same information. The secretary called me the 2nd day, telling me that they will take care of it.
Fast forward to today, August 27, I did not receive anything from them, either a letter, an email or a phone call from someone responsible.

Very good experience, very professional team. They were the only ones that provided me with such detailed quote (I did pave uni and backyard landscaping) and so many references from previous projects (especially 5-6 years old projects, where problems usually start to show). Great support as well for the choice of materials, Steve was very helpful sharing his knowledge.

Unlike other contractors, they require you to be around when the job is done, so decisions can be taken if something unexpected comes up (and it did) and you can monitor and ask questions if needed (in fact, they encourage you to do so). The project was accomplished as planned, and well organized to have the right equipment on time (for excavation, soil, etc.). They also really paid attention to details, they did not cut corners and left the yard clean.

Billing was also done as per the contract. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to do another project with them.

If you are reading reviews and wondering if EB Bucaro is the contractor you should hire for work then please stop now.and pick up the phone to book an appointment! They are fantastic from beginning to end of the project. Due to foundation work our driveway work spanned over 18 months. Stefano came to provide the estimate explaining steps clearly and assuring us that it would all go smoothly. He drew up a very nice detailed quote so there would be no surprises. They started with the preparation of our driveway last year as we were in a muddy mess from the foundation excavation. Our foundation work was able to settle and they returned this spring / summer to complete the job. Each crew (excavation, border tiles, and ashphalt) were all professional, punctual and it now looks fantastic. I have no doubt that we will remain satisfied for the lifetime of our driveway. Perfect rating from this customer. Kudos to all staff at EB and thank you!

I am very happy that I chose Entrepreneurs Bucaro from the 6 companies who gave me estimates to replace my sidewalk, steps, planter, landing and driveway. All of their work looks great and we have had many compliments. Also, their price was very competitive.
Steve was a great help to us for our design and his estimate was very detailed and clear – leaving nothing to chance. Clearly he has a lot of experience and expertise and demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the project.
