Je ne recommande plus cette entreprise. L'année dernière, les employés ont brisé le cadre d'une fenêtre et ne me l'ont pas mentionné avant de partir. Le nettoyage était approximatif, j'ai dû le refaire. Cette année, mon rendez-vous a été reporté 4 fois. Comprenez bien que j'avais rendez-vous les 4 fois, j'ai attendu toute la journée, mais l'équipe ne s'est tout simplement pas présentée au rendez-vous. Je n'ai pas reçu d'appel pour me prévenir ni reçu d'excuse. Chaque fois, j'ai tenté de parler au responsable, mais il ne répond jamais et ne retourne pas les messages téléphoniques laissés sur son répondeur. C'est un très mauvais service. Ne perdez pas votre temps et contactez une autre entreprise. Ce site me force à indiquer une étoile. Autrement, je n'en mettrais pas.

If I could submit 0 stars, I would. It's been the 3rd time that our appointment has been rescheduled, no thanks to them. We've had to call several times. This is easily the most unprofessional and unreliable company I've dealt with in a while. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
I made my appointment at Saturday. Until evening, no one came or called. I called the company twice but nobody answered. I left a message.
Nobody called with an explanation or an apology.
I am very dissatisfied with this company. A very irresponsible company.

Not only was the team that VMS sent to our home disrespectful, but they damaged our windows. Instead of being upfront about it they waited until it was time to pay to let us know, saying the windows were "already like that". It didn't take long for them to start making racial comments and being outright unprofessional. We couldn't report them right away since VMS booked us during a company-wide vacation period. But once they were available we tried to call them (they weren't even aware a team was sent to our home during the vaccation). They assured us they would call us back to figure out the window situation, which they never did. It was a bad experience all around.

Jon, a rude and intimidating person arrived 6 hours late to wash windows and refused to do them unless we paid him lots more money, though we had a written and accepted submission. He wanted to scout the place, seemed to be looking more at the décor than the windows, and counted less windows than there are but wanted more money! He came alone which leaves insufficient time for all the windows! But he was only interested in charging us more for less work and put pressure on me to accept. I feel cheated and wasted a day. I needed the windows washed for this week-end and they knew this!

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible Service.last year I took an appointment, took the whole day off from work because they cannot confirm you a time.at 4: 30 they still had not arrived therefore I called and was told they forgot about us, their work day was over and I had to take another appointment. I was so upset I cleaned the windows myself. Today I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took another appointment. My husband this time took the day off work to be called at noon to be told that they would not have the time to do my home today and that a new appointment would be scheduled for next week. I called the head office to speak with the owner and could not of cared less. I'm so upset with this company.this is very disrespectful and rude on their behalf.

Failed to meet obligations, sub-contracted the work and complete lack of professionalism over the phone.

I'm writing this review based on some window cleaning done at my mother's home. To say she was very disappointed in the work done is an understatement. The job was far from good. They cleaned the glass only and never cleaned the frame and for the case windows, they were not even opened to be cleaned. They didn't seem to Care about what she said and just continued as they pleased. In fact there were still webs at a window frame after the window was cleaned. I do not recommend this company at all. It's the last time she'll do business with them.
