Subject: Disappointing Experience: Communication and Accountability Lacking

My recent interaction with Epiderma Downtown Montreal has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I expressed concerns about the necessity of an echoslecrosis during my initial consultation and received a response that, unfortunately, did not address my core issues adequately.

While the response acknowledged my frustration, it seemed to downplay the concerns by emphasizing the need for a Doppler test and explaining the associated fees. Additionally, attributing the lack of communication about advanced treatments to the online appointment system was not a satisfactory explanation.

Despite assurances that my concerns would be passed on to the district manager for resolution, it has been two weeks with no further communication. The district manager's absence due to vacation without a backup plan for addressing customer issues raises concerns about the clinic's customer service standards.

I believe there is room for improvement in communication and accountability at Epiderma Downtown. I hope this feedback prompts positive changes and encourages the clinic to prioritize clear communication and timely issue resolution for all customers, in the interim I suggest you look elsewhere.

Flexibles, gentilles, compréhensibles, reimy et Johany ont été simplement incroyables. J’étais presque triste que mes traitements finissent. Someone give them a raise!

Personnel tellement gentille et accueillante. Elles te font sentir super à l’aise rapidement. Je recommande fortement. J’y retourne assurément!

Wow! Il y a eu une restructuration chez Epiderma sur Maisonneuve et j’ai eu la chance de rencontre la nouvelle directrice Anne-Charlotte.
Une femme pleine d’empathie, de délicatesse et de bonnes intentions.

Elle a fait preuve de professionnalisme et d’un grand soucis de satisfaction du client en s’assurant que la mauvaise expérience vécu il y a plusieurs années, soin reprise entre bonnes mains pour combler mon besoin et les frais encouru.

Le traitement que j’avais reçu il y a plusieurs n’existant plus pour le traitement des taches pigmentaires, elle m’a recommandé le plus efficace, soit le photo rajeunissement. Le dermatologue, fort sympathique, m’a rencontré et je vais commencer le traitement après l’été, tel que suggéré, pour maximiser les traitements.

Super services! 6 traitements de laser pour mes aisselles et mon bikini et plus de poils! Le staff est professionnel et la directrice est très à l’écoute et compréhensive!

Worst beauty clinic ever! Did a laser treatment there, they use very old technology. The treatment itself hurts as hell and is not very efficient. Whereas I did one random session in another random clinic in Brazil during a trip and I had an amazing service, good result in different area and free of pain. Im looking to find a better clinic in Montreal but def Epiderma is not good at all. Don't recommend!
Also when I bought the package (which they sell only with 6 sessions) they told me I could have 2 sessions free at the end if results were not good. Turns out when I did my last session they didn't give me nothing at all and asked me if I would buy new sessions. Its a trap!
