She was 1.communicative (we never felt like we didn’t know what was going on), 2.always available to answer questions (she was approachable and never made us feel that we were asking too many questions), 3.accommodating of the many changes that happened with us during the whole process (quick to find solutions to the several problems that arose due to our move), 4.supportive (she really went above and beyond the contract to support us).

She is also very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process in detail. We always felt that we were in good hands. We would gladly choose her again in the future.
