We are also strongly suggest Marco as a real estate agent. He guided us the correct way and he help us to buy a condo. We are searching for the property more than 3 month and we are not finding anything. Marco Lopez was my sellers agent. My agent and I never met him. He wasn’t present at the visit, the sales sheet had a bunch of incorrect information, the storage unit was half the size mentioned, I couldn’t see it before buying. Marco was hard to reach and could not answer any questions I had. Even the seller and notary were very unimpressed with him and his services. This guy does the minimum amount of work to cash in on commissions. He is completely useless. I do not recommend trusting him with such an important transaction.
