Banque que prends des décisions à la légère et ils sont incapables de me dire le pourquoi je ne peux pas avoir un compte avec eux. C'est très compliqué. Aller voir compte PC Finances ou autre banque reconnue. Bon chance. Je ne peux pas donne zéro étoile parce que ça n'existe pas.

It's absurdly ridiculous that there is no supervision over such a financial institution in this country! We had our worst loan experience with this so called "Bank ". I should have read people's comments before.

Je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec eux. J'étais dans un processus de renouvellement hypothécaire. On m'a proposé cette banque. J'aurai dû refuser. Le processus est interminable et j'ai un bon crédit. Je n'imagine pas quelqu'un avec une situation particulière. Après en avoir eu assez avec eux, j'ai demandé d'arrêter le processus auprès de mon courtier hypothécaire et mon courtier leur a aussitôt transmis le message, mais la banque s'acharne encore a communiquer avec mon employeur. Ne faites pas la même erreur.

The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. We were on a time crunch to close on our home and this was the only bank able to get everthing processed in time. They charge fees upon fees for everything. If you even change your payment frequency, you get dinged with huge fees. If you miss a single payment, they will not make a payment arrangement for you. They will simply send you to a solicitor over one bi weekly payment… they are rude on the phone no matter what the reason is for the call. I can’t wait for renewal time when I can get them gone. It will be a huge relief on our family not to ever deal with them again.

Editing to add that they are so awful we are breaking our term with them and going elsewhere. We are ready to close on our property and no one could get a hold of them to request a payout and they just sent us to a solicitor days later but did not even call to tell us. My lawyer said he’s never seen such an unprofessional bank treat their customers so poorly. It is their mistake and they send us to a solicitor and I guarantee you we will still be owing those charges. Stay far far away. This bank has been the only reason we are so relieved to sell and go with another bank. I can finally breathe after 2 years of hell.

Cette banque n'a aucun service à la clientèle. C'est la pire banque que j'ai rencontré dans ma vie. Ça fait deux mois que je tente de rejoindre la conseillère et elle ne retourne pas mes appels. De plus elle n'a pas de téléphone direct. Ça c'est juste une partie de l'histoire. J'en aurais long a dire sur le piètre service de cette banque.

À éviter, je me demande ce qu’ils font avec nos données et nos informations, j’espère qu’ils détruisent tout car ce qu’ils demandent c’est illogique et exagéré.

I do not understand how they are even called a "Bank". Worst service ever. Paid my loan off 6 weeks ago and they cannot even give me the closed loan statement. They say that they subcontract to FCT and they cannot discharge themselves. So I cannot have a loan with anyone else or sell my house. No one will answer the phone, they just email nonsense. This is not a real bank its some kind of a kindergarten.

Ok je comprends que c’est pas toujours des cas facile mais ils sont incroyablement pointu et a la limite du raisonnable c’est une première et je l’espère une dernière fois!

Worst service ever they are giving us such a hard time with everything even with the insurance papers if its not written how they want they won't accept it and worst they don't call u to let u know its up to us to call and see if everything is ok cause no news and thats when they mention it.
They told my notary they close at 2 and I called to make sure at what time they close and they told us everyday at 5
So 0 service and honesty

Quoi? Équitable! Ben voyons donc. Taux intérêts faramineux, frais de gestion et de dossier faramineux. Une montagne de questions qui n'en fini plus. Incursion dans la personnel et professionnel pour tout savoir. Oubliez ça. A éviter.
