Ermitage du Lac

Nous avons bien aimé notre sejour automnal a l'Hermitage du lac. La suite etait belle et propre.

Hôtel très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Chambre spacieuse tout équipé avec kitchenette et cheminée. Très calme. Petit déjeuner complet.

Fin de semaine avec une amie dans un hôtel qui répondait à toutes nos attentes. Joanie à la réception nous a offert un service impeccable. Notre chambre fut upgradée sans notre demande. Un petit cadeau bien apprécié. Le foyer dans la chambre était un must! Bon petit déjeuner qu’on peut apporter à la chambre mais présence d’une jolie salle a manger conviviale. Emplacement parfait à quelques pas seulement du site de Tremblant. Navette pour le casino passe près de l’hôtel à toutes les 30 min et gratuit. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour un séjour entre amis, en amoureux ou en famille.

We got an upgrade to the best room and it was an amazing experience! We loved everything, including the breakfast. We just couldn’t use the WiFi, the connection was not that good. But it was an overall amazing experience. We plan to go back soon!

Stayed here for the Ironman 70.3, was pretty good place. Healthy options for breakfast and had own kitchen. With fridge and stove top.

The room is very clean and has everything I need, the services are very fast and very kind. The pool adds a nice touch to my trip

I booked the hotel for racing at an Ironman. Unfortunately I got Covid and had to cancel my trip. The hotel didn't return my deposit but it was part of their policy which is fine. What made me frustrated is that I asked to use the room for the night that I had to pay/non refundable (I was going to give it to a friend) and they said I that I could not. Use it all or cancel and lose my deposit.

J'ai organisé un événement corporatif (25 personnes, 9-11 août 2023) et nous les avons logé tout le monde à l'Ermitage du lac. Toute l'équipe, sans exception, a adoré la place. Les chambres étaient très belle, spacieuse et propre. Le bon service était au rendez-vous. L'hôtel est également très bien située, tout prêt du village, mais assez reculé pour ne avoir de la tranquillité.

I really like this place.
If you meet Joanne at the front desk, she’s wonderful. Helpful and such a nice person.
Definitely added to our fun stay. Ask her for restaurant suggestions if you want to go off property.
The location is lower down and quieter which we were looking for.

Loved my stay. The hotel staff was cordial and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we could need or want. The continental breakfast was copious with a wide variety of items. The location is great because it's right at the bottom of the hill, so it's away from the busyness of the heart of the village and close to the lift. I left my car parked at the hotel and just walked around the village. Would definitely stay there again.

A big shout out to all the team members for such a great service and especially to Johanie she goes above and beyond to provide you with a great experience during your stay at Ermitage du Lac. Johanie has a great knowledge of the village and can guide you really well. She is an ASSET to Ermitage du Lac. The rooms are great very spacious, the hotel is very clean, delicious breakfast, underground is very convenient, 2 minutes walk to village.
We came twice to Ermitage du Lac and whenever we decide to come back to Mt Tremblant we will come and stay here.
Johanie and team keep up the good work. You guys are AWESOME!

Un excellent hôtel au centre de villégiature de Tremblant. Situé loin du centre du village, cet hôtel est un endroit tranquille. Chambre spacieux pour personne ou couple. Buffet de déjeuner correct. Service d’accueil excellent.

Nice place, great breakfast, amazing location, parking is $20 per day in and out privileges. We had lake view nice and quiet. We came to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect 3 days.

So easy to find, this hotel has it's own underground parking (at extra cost). The receptionist made us feel really welcome, took time to chat to us about our trip and gave restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was continental but there was ample to choose from. We had wrist bands on for this but took a tray and ended up taking our breakfast back to our room. There was bread, bagels, cereal, fruit, juices, pastries beverages, meats and cheese.
Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear loud music well into the morning from nearby establishment. On mentioning it the next day to our friendly receptionist she told us if it happens again to call her. They can send security around to get them to turn it down. Apparently they are supposed to keep the windows shut but as it was hot they do sometimes open them and then the sound bounces off the lake.
Our room was huge, it was actually more of a studio as had separate bedroom, bathroom with a kitchen area and large lounge/dining room. Beds were comfy too.
Did take time out to enjoy the hot tub which was lovely and warm.
Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Idéalement placé au début de la rue principale de Mont Tremblant, accès à 30 m des cabines d'accès aux pistes qui ne sont pas bien loin.
Restaurants de suite.
Piscine extérieure, SPA extérieur.

Beaucoup de personnes prennent un plateau de la chambre pour monter manger dans leur petit-déjeuner avec toute la Famille.

Nous sommes venus en période moins fréquentée mais l'accueil et le service ont été agréables.
Chambre et salle de bain (grande douche), kitchenette, propres et bien équipés.
Wifi sans souci.
Vue agréable.

We had a great time here. The room as spacious and clean. We even get deers outside our window in the mornings. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay at mint Tremblant

Super well located hotel in the ski resort of Mont Tremblant, Canada. 5 minutes walk from the Cabriolet litft that leaves you at the base of the mountain. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms with equipped kitchen. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful, Excellent.

We can see the deer every morning!

Ermitage du Lac offers comfortable and cozy accommodations. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, such as comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, fridge, cookware, oven, microwave and free Wi-Fi. I particularly enjoyed the large windows and fireplace in my room.

If you have a ski or snowboard class and need to pick up equipment, be at the Centre Aventure early to get your equipment, it’s very busy in the morning, and many people are late for the class because of the long lineup.

My wife and myself stay for a third year in this particular hotel for our ski vacation.
Location, service, value for money is great, I highly recommend it.
Johanie is an asset for any company and we really count the hours before we arrive at the hotel and being greeted by her welcoming smile!
The one big inconvenience we would like to emphasize is the unparalleled idiocy related to operating the laundry/dryer machines!
It will take pages in order to describe the long road leading to the guaranteed fiasco in your efforts to get these machines operating, instead that I would invite the decision maker to go back in time.
People, if something works, please don’t do changes.

This hotel should have received five stars but there was an issue which was unacceptable. The internet was not strong enough for us to use. The hotel offers free as well as a paid option for higher speed. We couldn't access either one.
Overall, our experience was very good. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated, bed was a king size as opposed to many Tramblant hotels that only offer queen size. The outdoor hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Washrooms are renovated but unfortunately done on the cheap. Sink was too shallow and toilet seat was industrial grade.
Breakfast was great. Loved the healthy options such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and fresh fruits.
The hotel is a two-three minute walk from the funicular and is right by the pedestrian village. I would recommend leaving your skis at the valet by the gondola as it's hard enough walking in ski boots without carrying skis back and forth. Check-in was easy, paid underground parking was very convenient.
Highly recommended (just make sure you have lots of data on your phone).
