Great hotel with amazing rooms. Bed was very comfortable, hotel was quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast was good but very expensive. All in all I would recommend this hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. Hotel and surrounding area is very beautiful.

Go on business trip there several times a year, always stay there. Amazing rooms, clean, cozy and modern at the same time. The bistro is amazing, pricey but you understand why when you eat…! I wish the hotel had a free or affordable quick breakfast, as the Bistro only has a pricey buffet.

Nice hotel. Rooms are great. Service is A1. Great for company events/parties. The only issue is often the lack of parking for the restaurant. Sommelier Patrick is fantastic!

This is a really great hotel with an amazing restaurant (2 of them in fact). The room was perfect, nothing was bad here. The bistro is excellent. Reserve in advance.

Magog was beautiful, the rooms were clean and peaceful with many amenities for staycationing (including a kitchenette with a stovetop, toaster, microwave, and cooking tools). Everyone was friendly and kind.

3rd time stay. Very accommodating. Pleasant staff. Burger pub and the Bistro were excellent.
We'll be back again for the fallage in the fall.

Nous avons était satisfait de A à Z. Le forfait gourmand vaut amplement le prix! Une télé intelligente dans la chambre aurait été apprécié.

You do many things well, but you need to pay more attention to the state of the room and regular upkeep.

A glorified motel. This might just be the state of hotels post-covid but I wouldn't recommend anyone to pay $250 a night for a suite here. We stayed Sunday - Tuesday for our anniversary only to find out when we arrived that both restaurants were closed for both days we were there, even though these restos were heavily advertised when we booked. Also the jacuzzi and pool were closed for half of our trip. They only opened the jacuzzi section after the receptionist couldn't give me an answer on why it was closed in the first place. If I was paying $80-100 a night I wouldn't be writing this post but for the amount paid, we got very little in return. My advice, find a cheap motel closeby, you will most likely have a similar experience. And you can spend more time hiking Mount Orford or exploring Magog.

Très bel expérience, chambre propre et confortable. Le seul bémol, nous avions très très faim en fin de soirée, nous avons fait le tour de l'hôtel pour une machine distributrice, nul n'était présente, donc prévoir grignotines.

The room was pretty small but overall it was a nice experience. Maybe a bit more color to the rooms but that is all.

Les employés de la réception au restaurant, n’ont pas l’air d’avoir envi d’être là. Ce n’est pas mon genre d’écrire de mauvais commentaires, mais pour 500$ pour deux nuits (sans femme de ménage car il manque de personnel) je pense qu’un sourire ou un bonjour quand on passe devant la réception aurait été la moindre des choses. Je n’ai jamais vu ça auparavant.

Great overall but a few issues: Check in was quick and smooth, but we had to wait 45 minutes to get a luggage cart to check out. I literally walked around the property looking for one. Chairs in kitchen area need pads under the legs as they make a lot a noise whenever you move them. Bathroom door needs a door stop as the door swings open and hits the wall. Balconies could maybe benefit from some kind of opaque divider as you can see and be seen by all your neighbors. We wanted to use the hot tub on our last day, but it was closed for maintenance. Disappointing!

Initialement j'avais demandé une chambre avec deux lits, comme nous avons déplacé notre séjour il n'y avait plus de chambre authentique et nous avons eu un upgrade payant pour un loft. Ce n'est pas un upgrade quand on a un canapé lit mais plus un cauchemar. A la base une chambre c'est fait pour dormir et ce type de lit ne devrait pas exister car c'est juste inacceptable comme expérience. J'ai trouvé les airs communes encombrées et sales pour le niveau souterrain et chambre commençant pas 100. Le garage souterrain était sale, et les joints dans la douche commencent à moisir et noircir. Donc non le prix n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation.

Very nice hotel! My room was spacious, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchenette, spacious modern bathroom and quiet. The common areas are nicely segregated to be private and cozy. Staff were all helpful and friendly with check in and out very smooth. I ate in both the Burger Pub and Bistro - both quality offerings! Well located next to the mountain but very close to central roads for easy access.

Nous avons adoré la beauté du mélange d'éléments urbains et rustiques, le tout chaleureux, qui compose le décor de l'hôtel, qui est attrayant aussi à l'extérieur. Nous avons aussi trouvé chaque employé très poli et courtois. La qualité de mon déjeuner, des oeufs bénédictine, à prix honnête, était remarquable. Toutefois, notre chambre (331, dans la vieille partie) présentait une grosse lacune: elle ne possédait ni garde-robe ou armoire pour manteaux ou autres vêtements, ni cintres. Nous n'avions donc aucun endroit où accrocher nos imperméables!

Nous sommes venus essayer les repas du bistro qui nous ont été recommandé par une amie. C’était un vrai délice même pour des enfants difficiles ils ont adoré déguster des mets différents. Service impeccable et courtois. Nous reviendrons!

I booked here for a 3 day *spa holiday* with my 7 year old because it looked like a really lovely resort. Even though the spa wasn't available during our stay i thought it would be fine to do our spa in our room, so I booked the room with 2 queen beds. Unfortunately, in spite of asking multiple times each day, they never came to make up the second bed!

This was typical of the entire stay - there is simply no service at this hotel. Each request was greeted with a less-then-friendly and firm *no*.

*May I have a robe? * No. They are only for guests booked for a show treatment.
*May I book a spa treatment then? * No. It's closed.

*May I have my room serviced? * No. We don't offer this due to Covid. It seems as if the entire hotel is being run by one receptionist and one maintenance worker and that's about it. The staff I did see wasn't allowed to help? !

When I asked to speak to a supervisor about having the second bed made she was verbally abusive and yelled at me in front of my child and the other guests as well as staff at reception.

After 3 days I still have not heard back from the direction regarding any of these issues.

It's a really nice place, the pool is lovely and there are great facilities. But if you want any kind of service, don't come anywhere near this place!

Nous avons adoré notre expérience dans cet hotel. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre et confortable. Nous avons souper au restaurant et c'étatit succulent ainsi que le petit déjeuner du matin. Je recommande fortement cet endroit de rêve!

Tres déçu. Très cher pour le peu de services. Beaucoup de bruits, pas de terrasse, television qui ne marche pas ainsi que le wifi de notre chambre extrêmement décevant.

Les installations et les équipements sont à la hauteur des attentes. Le restaurent offre une expérience gastronomique mémorable (plats copieux). Chaînes satellites avec peu de choix.

Tout est près de l'hôtel, à moins s de 10 minutes en voiture.

I stayed at the Espace 4 Saisons for 3 nights in April 2022 in a room facing the Orford Mountain. Given it was low season and COVID, few others resided in the hotel at the same time, which contributed to a Zen, quiet atmosphere. My room cost around 180$ per night and contained a small kitchen counter with convection oven top, sink and microwave, and a minibar that was well equipped, yet irrelevant to those who do not drink. I would have preferred a more health oriented approach, such as a collection of teas. The biggest perks: modern, quiet washing machines in the room that possess a "sanitize" function, so detergent is optional. LARGE balcony, GREAT for sunbathing. Biggest disappointment: relatively poor customer service 3/5 - which is a pity, as staff definitely can influence guest's stay for the better. Absence of affordable, healthy cooked food. Your best option is the local grocery and doing your own cooking.
Overall experience: 3/5.

Chambre classique correcte mais sans plus. Lits confortables. Le restaurant est très bon. Par contre, avec le forfait gastronomique, nous n’avons eu droit qu’à environ la moitié du menu.

One of the best choices in the region, especially the bistro. An excellent service and food always.

Nous avons séjourner une nuit. L'hôtel est correct sans plus. Chambre standard très petite et très ordinaire. La couette avait du vécu et les stores avaient beaucoup beaucoup de poussière.

Thermostat défectueux indiquait 28 degrés mais fessais froid, on a tenté de partir le foyer mais étais défectueux aussi.dommage pour une suite romantique.

Dans la salle de bain pas de shampoigne, ni de savon pour le corps on a du allez en acheter a pharmacie.

Sans quoi l'endroit est propre et jolie! J'y retournerais avec plaisir mise appart ces petits inconvenants.

Accueil plutot rude. On me parle de tout ce qui sera retenu sur ma carte en pré-autorisation avant de me souhaiter la bienvenue.les restaurants de l'hotel étaient fermés en raison de la fête du travail et la veille (?). Trouver un resto déjeuner le matin dans les environs dont la file était raisonnable a été un périple. Les installations sont confortables et la vue sur la montagne est magnifique le matin. Un brin ordinaire de devoir refaire valider notre passeport vaccinal à la reception pour accéder à la piscine alors que cela avait été contrôlé à notre arrivée. On repart en n'ayant pas eu l'impression d'avoir pleinement vécu l'expérience de l'endroit. Je ne déconseille pas, je pense que cela aurait pu être mieux en d'autres circonstances.
