I drove 40 minutes to get to the store and they seemed to have decided to close an hour early. Very frustrating.

I give 1 star, the service is awful at this location. Salespeople uninformed, haughty, and appear to have a great disdain for their job. It's really too bad we were looking to redo our bathrooms, the products looked great, unfortunately will not be purchasing from them, as there are other places that will offer better products and better service. Don't waste your time going there.

Déçu! Aucun retour de la part de notre conseillère après 2 semaines. Nous avions pourtant indiqué l'urgence de notre commande.

Showroom is fine and had quite a few vanities and plumbing fixtures. Service is basically non existent.

Quel mauvais service! J’ai appelé pour une soumission et la madame à qui j’ai parlé était tellement bête elle m’a dit de regarder en ligne et qu’elle n’avait tout simplement pas le temps de me faire une soumission. J’ai appelé ailleurs

I was extremely satisfied with the service at Espace Plomberium. Their price were fair, and they offer price-matching policies. It is a one-stop shop for all bathroom and kitchen water items. I will definitely be back.

Nice stuff but very expensive.don't understand why they indicate best price on the floor when its stuff very expensive anyway beauty come with a price.
Service is beyond awful, 0 service! Make it -10. I was waiting for 20 min at 1: 30 pm today.no one severed me. No one came in approach me. So i decided to go see the receptionist which greeted me very humbling, advise me to go upstairs and someone will be there to assist you. I was upstairs waiting and I saw six people in the conference room just talking, acknowledge that I was there but no one came to see me. I left the place frustrated and I will never go back.if i was the owner of the place.i would of make a lot of changes toward the services.

Très belle expérience à cet endroit avec la représentante Nora, Elle m’a fortement conseillé un robinet de la marque Brizo. Je dois dire que je suis totalement en amour avec la robinetterie.auparavant j’avais un autre robinet de la compagnie Riobel, une vraie cochonnerie.
Une des rares endroits où ils n’ont pas essayé de me vendre juste des produits en promotion mais bel et bien à mes besoins ou j’avais un budget un peu plus élevé. Alors que plusieurs endroits essayent simplement de me vendre des cochonneries pas cher. Ici on parle d’une boutique spécialisée si je veux des produits pas cher je vais aller dans les grandes surfaces. Merci et Je recommande cet endroit

Service abominable. Il a fallu 1 mois et demi pour qu'ils acceptent de changer un robinet de cuisine défectueux payé plus de 400$.
Ils se renvoient la balle avec le fournisseur (Riobel) et n'aident absolument pas tout en blâmant le plombier et menaçant de charger le robinet de remplacement.
Je vous conseille vivement de fuir le magasin ainsi que Riobel.

Côté expérience client, on repassera… (ou pas) la dame à l'accueil rien de très sympathique et coopératif.
J'ai appelé pour connaitre les délais de livraison sur un produit, on m'a répondu que je devais passer en magasin (ok?).
Je me présente en magasin. C'est la même dame à la réception qu'au téléphone.
Je lui refait ma demande, mais j'ai oublié de noter le numéro du produit (mon erreur). Elle dit ne pas pouvoir (vouloir?) pas m'aider, (malgré qu'elle a un écran d'ordi devant la face, elle ne peut pas aller sur la site web pour m'aider?). Je sors mon cell (une chance que je ne l'ai pas oublié ;-). Je lui présente le numéro. Elle me dit qu''il faut faire une commande pour savoir les délais (! Ben voyons donc!). Enfin de compte je lui ai presque "tordu un bras" pour qu'elle finisse par dire que c'était 2@3 semaines. Voilà! C'était pas si difficile, on aurait pu sauver plein de temps.
Plomberium, fini.
Vous voulez du vrai bon service d'accueil, allez voir F. Ravary ou Jean Lépine

Tres déçu. A chaque fois que je visite le personnel ne semble pas intéressé à aider.ils restent assis derrière leur bureau. Je dois acheter trois système de douche thermostatic, j’ai tourné en rond dans la salle de montre pendant 20 minutes à regarder les différents produits, mais jamais eu personne qui a demandé ou offert de l’aide.peut être plus simple de magasiner en ligne.

Bad service bought something defective from them not taking it back asking me to contact manufacturer which is America standard.they don't answer call.it's been more than a month still waiting for response from both of them

The staff is really friendly and they have quality products. It's a bit on the expensive side though.

Bad service, have no clue of what is happening in their shop beware they will even sell you grohe head shower written demo on the open plastic bag and when you go and tell them they give you the excuse that it was just the plastic. 2 month in using it the whole thing comes apart. I bring it back as it's a lifetime garantie on grohe product, the lady takes the shower head and tells me it's going to be 3 weeks as surprise surprise they have no more.she asks me if I need one right now (lol. I m thinking at the time what does she thinks the answer is going to be.no don't worry I 'll wash myself with the hose for 3 weeks!) Its been well over a month. I call the shop and as usual no one has a clue had again to leave a message for another person to call me back. 5 years ago when I 've redone the whole plumbing in my house we ended up going to plomberium mascouche and spending around 6000$ their, we live in Laval and it was closer to go to l acadie but already the customer service was useless.who would have thought that they would mess up a simple thong as a shower head. Ps: Nora the sale person that sold me the shower head was very nice but it's obviously the after sale that doesn't follow. I think grohe should choose their distributors better especially the ones that sell the demo product (by the way, I notice that on the demo one from their floor shop they ended up lending me for now a over month their was a kind of pressure valve at the bottom of head were the hose plugs in, the one they sold me from supposedly new did not, I can't wait to check the new one too. I bet they are going to say it broke in my old one.funnily enough nothing fell off when I unplugged it from hose).
