Booking the studio for personal use is a breeze. You can connect your device via Bluetooth or Aux. The location is extremely convenient.

C’est un excellent studio de danse. En fait, c’est un studio pour tout. Théâtre, chant, Zumba, danse ou autre. C’est l’endroit pour le faire. Les studios sont grands et lumineux. C’est un 5 étoiles simplement parce que je ne peux malheureusement pas en mettre 6

We are giving Espace des Arts 1 star for being deceitful and ruining our event. Dominique had assured us that our tentative booking was secured and we had plenty of time to come in and sign our contract. We called it to let her know we were coming in to sign and she said 'Oh we were going to call you.the people who rented the bigger space wants more room so we are going to give the room you reserved. There was no call, no email from the establishment to notify us and it was completely unprofessional. Dominique cant be trusted. Do not rent this space for you events.

Great venue for dance events. I gave it 4 stars because the women's washroom had 3 stalls, one doesn't have a door that closes, the middle one has no door at all which leaves you with just one stall to use.

I've been renting out a studio here for years now and it's always a great experience. No one comes to bother you while you're dancing and the sound systems work very well. Only downside is that I wish the bathrooms were a little better maintained, but it's nothing to cry about.

I went to a Baila Con Gusto and I found the the staff very accommodating especially the front door staff.

Best place downtown for any events, great rooms, great sound systems, great lighting, its easy to coordonate with owners to make thing happen

A gem in the heart of the "Quartier des spectacles", in downtown Montreal. Great location, easy to get to via public transit, and close to several restaurants. Swanky decor in the lofts and common areas, perfect for private events. Staff is always accommodating and helpful in planning and managing events. 5 stars hands down.

The place is disgusting, unsanitary and uncomfortable. The owner, does not provide all the necessary details about the event and most of the information you will find out will be one hour prior to your event. His head of security is rude and just tries to get you to spend more money by telling you things to make you more stressed and worried about the party. All they care about is making money and do not try to compromise with you about anything. Very disappointing and unhappy experience renting this hall. You will be wasting your time and money booking this place.

I love this place. Feeling like home. I come here to dance salsa/bachata and it’s a great spot to do so. If you feel passionate by these dance come to join and dance all night long!

I had an amazing time at this location taking a dance class with the phenomenal Melomat! He was amazing and everyone was super friendly. The multipurpose dance studio space itself with the mirrors was clean, fresh, sunny and vibrant especially with the curtains open. And thanfully it is upstairs so I didn't feel my privacy was being invaded being right next to the street! The location was awesome as we walked down the street to beautiful restaurants. Lots of activity happening in the streets, dancing, grafitti, cultural celebrations and more!
