Such a disappointment!

-No access to the terraces for months as they were locked. It took several calls for Solution to finally send someone

-As of today (July 2nd 2023) Pool is still not ready to be used which is completely unacceptable! The whole pool system including cleaning and heating doesn’t work, it’s filthy water that we are looking at!

-Basic "borderline cheap" outdoor furniture, "fireplace" isn’t working either. Unit wise, door knob is already broken, kitchen venting hood that barely filters grease and smells

-Only 2 available BBQs for the 2 existing buildings, located at Phase 2 (Phase 1 has none)

+ Not allowed to bring your own small BBQ on the terraces so if you want to eat at the Phase 1 terrace, you have to BBQ on Phase 2 and then go back to Phase 1 which is ridiculous

-The ongoing entrance alarm noise that nobody ever fixed and is driving everyone crazy

-No cameras where the deliveries are dropped so anyone can get their packages stolen

-No service whatsoever! It doesn’t matter how many times we call Solution Condo, they simply don’t care and don’t fix any of the issues

-No AC in the common areas such as the lobby

The Gym still isn’t ready, there’s a temporary small one in a "dark room"

I could add more, but you get the point!

You basically pay high-end prices for the great view which some condo units will eventually lose as other phases are being built. Also, be ready to hear ongoing construction and have to clean the dirt and dust on your balcony because of that.

I don’t suggest to buy this condo because I bought one unit and had very bad experience with the after sale team.
The condo management company is terrible. I have problem with my intercom because they registered wrong telephone number so my visitera can't call my number to open the door every time I need to go down to open the door for them. I have written 5 letters but no reply and of course no resolution to my problem.
The condo management company they choose is the worst ever. The swimming pool is not available in June, the gym is so small and there are all kinds of problems of noise, losing packages etc.because of the bad management.

Strongly not recommended. I am looking to change a condo as soon as possible.

First of all, the sales team is still very strong, and the information is replied in a very timely manner.
But after I bought it, the after-sales service was very mediocre, with a very arrogant attitude, a bit discriminating against Chinese people, and being indifferent.
The scariest thing is the property management company they use. Mistyped my intercom phone number so my visitors can't access the gate. Every time someone came I had to go downstairs to open the door.
I wrote 5 emails and no one responded. Didn't solve the problem either.
Very disappointed. In addition, the property fee has increased because of the swimming pool, but it is almost mid-June and the swimming pool has not yet opened.
Management sucks.

Très mauvaise expérience. Ils vous vendent un rêve et après avoir acheté, vous allez probablement vivre un cauchemar. Imaginez, seulement 2 BBQ pour 276 unités, c'est complètement ridicule! Voulez-vous attendre 3 heures ou plus pour vous faire cuire votre souper? Un gym dans un pièce du garage au sous-sol. Vraiment pas fort comme concept! Un foyer sur le toit qui ne marche pas. Une piscine creusée sur le toit qui n'est pas encore en fonction au 5 juin 2023! Quelle honte! Non je ne vous les recommande pas.
