J'ai appuyé par erreur sur un lavage pendant mon remplissage de gaz, quand je me suis présenté au comptoir pour se faire rembourser, le commis m'a refusé le remboursement sous prétexte que c'était sur la même facture que le gaz, et qu il ne pouvait pas le faire, c'est quoi cela? !

Manager/Owner was awful, downright disrespectful and had no manners on how to deal with customers. It reflects to his staff specifically named Audrey who has a terrible customer service and can’t handle stress. Avoid this Esso as much as you can or you’ll walk out feeling frustrated and disregarded.

This morning I put gas on the pump it says 1.46 and the sign outside 1.45 not cool and the employee with attitude.

I usually get gas here and it’s fine cause I deal with the gas pump! I went in to get a car wash, I got the diamond car wash! I came out and my car was still dirty! I went back in to tell the person at the cash to come see my car, as I wanted a re-wash! The girl who gave me the code for the car wash, was super disrespectful I’ve never ever had anyone speak so trashy and rude to me in my life! The man at the register was professional and said it depends on how dirty your car is before you enter the car wash! So then why get a car wash here? They should put it in big writing « will only really wash clean cars! Dirty cars go to a better car wash! « Ppl shouldn’t be treated this way! Such a rip off! I then asked for their managers number and the girl told the man who was trying to give me the Boss’s number not to give me the number! Obviously he gave me the number and apologized for his colleagues attitude! Never ever going back to this place where the service and the car wash is absolutely disgusting! I still can’t believe she’s allowed to serve costumers!

J’ai acheté un Nesquik, la date d’expiration disait en décembre 2024 mais c’était expiré, ça goûtait vraiment mauvais, j’ai fait goûter aux personnes qui étaient avec moi et en effet. Je suis allée voir le gars pour me faire rembourser et il m’a dit que je pouvais pas, que ça expirait dans la date indiquée, comme si qu’il avait goûté!

Car wash is fantastic and staff are friendly. Great service including Timmy's.
