They had problems paying with cards, you couldn't pay inside and it didn't work very well outside. The clerk inside was very unfriendly.
The machines did not print receipts.
We pre-selected a higher amount than we ended up putting in but we were charged correctly.

Worst service… I started going to this esso because I stop here every morning cuz I drive my wife to work not far and the colored girl with a religious head covering is very rude. I would hope that the service would be nice but not at all even after I go here every day for the last 2 weeks. She never smiles and it feels like we are bothering her and she never says hello never talks at all. She gives u ur change back in a nonchalant manner. Very sad that she works in such a prime location and many many costumer’s and the service is so sad.

Everyone who works here don’t know how to smile. They barely make a sound and anytime I ask for something they can’t answer me.

Horrible comme service, la femme employée de nuit le 02 Mai a 1h am a barré la porte, j’ai attendu dehors 15min, pour finalement appelé au tim Horton et c’est l’employé du Tim qui m’a ouvert. La femme au esso était arrogante, j’avais vraiment l’impression de la déranger pendant qu’elle naviguai sur son cellulaire. Ce comportement est inacceptable, ont vie tous des moments difficiles mais pas raison pour donner de l’attitude. Je vais me présenter de jour cette semaine et parler au gérant voir qu’est-ce qu’il a à dire

Depuis des années je fais le plein d'essence au même endroit. L'accès est accessible.

L'employé ne m'a pas regarder, il parlait avec son cellulaire pendant tout la transaction. J'ai eu l'impression de le déranger.

Bathroom review:
I just hope Esso will write back and provide me with the brand of toilet paper they buy so that this comment can scale up to the source of the problem.
The paper was so thin I couldn’t even get it to unroll it would just continuously break in my hand. I hope your employees aren’t also victim to your 5$ economy on the one ply compared to two ply paper. The people making these décédions clearly aren’t using the facilities. What a joke.
Looking forward to a reply. It also blows my mind that any respectable toilet paper company would let this product pass for sale in quality control.
