I go for the Tim's but still have interaction with the gas station staff, or buy a chocolate bar.
The staff is always very polite, professional, clean store.

Gas station wheelchair accessible, they considered my comments when they used to display windshield washer in a way that was making the use of the ramp impossible and it never happened since.
Aisles are small but maneuverable with power wheelchair.
No push button at the door but usually customers to help.
I don't know if they have toilets.

The people running this gas station is 100% running a scam. I paid for my fuel at the gas pump and used 87 octane gas. I ended up seeing that the litres I got into my tank was very low considering the rate per litres was 1.789. I checked my receipt after finishing refueling and low and behold, I was charged for premium 91 octane gas at $2.019/per litres. I was shocked since I clearly pressed 87 octane. However, in hindsight I noticed all of the lights in the octane selector did not light up when I was refueling (I did not find this strange since this is a common reoccurance in this gas station). Anyways, I went inside the gas station to speak with the clerk about the issue. Clerk tells me "there's nothing that I can do. The problem you're having is with the gas pump and not me". I was shocked and surprised. I asked to know when the manager will be here and the clerk just tells me "tomorrow but I don't know when". It's also of great concern to me that the clerk have authority to override gas pumps at anytime. By my calculations at 1.789 per litres I should have got 16.76 in my tank if you consider I paid $29.99 as shown in the image. However I only got 14.85 litres of fuel in my car at the payment of $29.99 ($29.99/2.019 = 14.853 per my calculations). I own a 2007 Honda CR-V, what need do I have for 91 Octane fuel? My car runs on 87 Octane. I paid for less gas basically. Total scam of a gas station that should 100% be investigated.

Thives changes the prices big time, at night regular gas was $1.62 and in the morning 1.75. And it goes down every night and goes up in the morning, forcing people to pay more while busy.

Esso Acadie is out of this world in how great of a service they offer. I pump my gas there at five dollars sometimes and don't get any bad looks.

Honetement je ne suis pas la seul qui le dit, engagez du staff compétent. Les employés s’en foutent et ca se voit. Le service est médiocre et pourtant il n’y a jamais personne quand je viens. Mais ils sont sur leurs telephonne, au ralenti, lâche quoi. Je viens au moins une fois semaine et c’est toujours pareil, decourageant.

The guy who’s working in the Night Shift 15th Janvier, is very rude I just asked him for glasses cleaner he answered with (I don’t know) with rude face and another customer try to help me to find what I need

Today is Sunday May 1st, 2022 at 13: 00
I tried to buy fuel and the pump was not worked, I moved to another pump and another pump didn't worked also.
I went inside to ask, why is two gas pumps aren't working?
The employee said that now is new rule by prepayment only.
Ok no problems, (I asked) why you didn’t tell me that into the microphone at the first pump and second pump by your intercom button?
The employee in a rude and aggressive manner replied that I'm not suppose to tell him what to do and if he didn't say that it was his decision!
The employee said: If I don’t like something, I can go and buy from somewhere else! Seriously? That's a major miss of respect!
I think this employee was paid by businnes owner, to provide a customer service and increase the sales, he suppose to warn the customers throw his intercom button about prepaid service.
The customer can save more time for decide to pay outside or come to the cash.
The employee is rude and kicks customers out and clearly represents a social danger.
I think the customers will not feel themself safe, the customer will waste the time debating with an employee.
So I just going out and bought the gas at next gas station on nord on Acadie, they had sae rules, but associate advise the customers by intercom.
I don't recommend this gas station, don't waste your time and don't give your money for terrible customer service.

J'adore ce Esso plutôt facile d'accès et très convénient le caissier super gentil et polit j'adore prendre un peu de temps pour bien régler mon auto en terme de neige et glace.

Le lave auto est super aussi tu choisi entre le avec contact ou sans contact par contre la file d'attente peut être longue!

Service à la clientèle médiocre. Le monsieur qui m'a servi ne m'a même pas retourné le bonjour. On dirait qu'il est l'émir du Qatar ou le roi saoudien lui même. On dirait qu'il a avalé sa langue le monsieur il me répond avec des gestes.

The service there not good, the pump most of the time locked u have to pay first… and there’s a long line to pay

I’ll give 1 not 5 just because of one of the sales team “serge”. I have been using this gas station for years and I always fill gas then I pay inside but today Serge refused to open it saying that the management changed the rules, the following day my friend filled gas then paid inside as usual without any problem. Because of this sales rep I’ll avoid buying form this station going forward. BAD SERVICE

Si je pourrais mettre un 0 je le ferais. Je me suis présenté pour un lavage d’auto avec mon abonnement comme presque à chaque jour, j’ai attendu 1 heure en fil et quand j’ai inséré mon code à plusieurs reprises le code a été refusé. J’ai appeler l’aide, Le commis est venu et a commencé à m’attaquer disant que le code que j’ai généré est une capture d’écran je lui ai montré l’application pour prouvé que c’était bel et bien pas une capture d’écran l’heure du code génerer monsieur n’a pas voulu m’aider il ma dit de me retirer de la fil après 1 heure d’attente il a pris des photos de mon historique de lavage et ma plaque d’immatriculation de voiture en disant Quelqun va s’arranger avec vous en essayant de me faire peur. Il dit dappeler le service client apres 5 appels toujours personnes me repond. Finalement apres 6 essaies je remet le code et sa marche mais aucun support de votre part. Service client médiocre

Bonjour n’allez surtout pas à cette pompe si vous voulez cumulez la carte caa et la carte optimum moi qui utilise une pompe par jour à Montréal je tiens à vous signaler que toute les pompes couche tard esso acceptent les deux cartes sauf cette pompe prétendant que le gérant m’a donné des consignes donc n’y allez surtout si vous désirez cumulez vos points

Friendly and polite staff but place needs cleaning regularly and 3guess to busy to keep clean and I guess short staffed.

Le Lave auto le plus lent au monde. Prenez garde, près de 10 mins par auto 4 autos devant vous = Plus de 30 mins

Les machines ne donnent pas le reçu, les gars disent: pas de masque - pas de reçu. C'est quoi cette histoire la? Quand les machines ne fonctionnent pas bien - c'est la faute des emploies, et pas des clients

Don’t bother going there at night. Both Esso employee and Tim Horton employee don’t want to do their jobs. That’s the results when you hire people who don’t like their job.

La plus pire station de gaz ever, je ne recommande pas du tout cette place, service à la clientèle 0, je suis obligé de mettre 1 s il y avait 0 je le mètrerai,

Un bon service à la clientèle, surtout avec le gérant du magasin NADIM qui est dans la hauteur de résoudre le problème. Le magasin est propre intérieur et extérieur, j’aime bien leur lave auto car il est toujours fonctionnel, c’est pas comme les autres stations Esso

Personnel très courtois, toujours à l’affût de nos besoin. Je me déplace de Laval pour utiliser leur lave auto, car elle donne un bien meilleur résultat que bien d’autres machine. Je recommande cet endroit car il est proche de bien de services dans le secteurs, à proximité de l’autoroute et le sourire est toujours au rdv?

Car wash that diesnt wash cars properly, also got stuck in the car wash, took them 30 minutes to fix the doors so I could drive my car out. AVOID this place at all costs, go any where else

Tenter de faire vite à la pompe lorsque vous arrêtez au Esso c'est possible s'il n'y a pas d'achalandage (. Impossible) ou si la machine te permet de payer à la pompe (. Quelques fois improbable). L'endroit est somme tout propre mais le liquide pour les pare-brises était vide à mon dernier passage.

The staff no polite, really bad service, Car wash is only to steal your money, I will not return

It's a touch and go place. Sometimes the service is great sometimes it's not. Considering the location I think they're doing okay.

Everytime I go to this Esso, there seems to be an issue with something. The pumps, the machines, the car wash. Staff is not very useful either

The car stays very wet when you exit the car wash. Which leaves wet marks all over it. So whats the point? Upgrade the drying mecanism please.

Tres mauvaise expérience! NE LAVEZ PAS VOTRE VOITURE au service de lavage, ca coute cher, ca lave tres tres mal.
