Je suis cliente depuis plus de 10 ans chez Etek. Quand mes enfants grandissent, je leurs achète leurs ordinateurs et portables là. C’est un magasin qu’on peut faire confiance. Ils vendent de bon produit qui durent longtemps, leurs prix sont formidables et leurs service après vente est excellent. La dame qui travaille à la caisse est vraiment gentille et le monsieur est un excellent informaticien. Gros merci à vous autres!

All I can say is what an incredible space! I came to look for a laptop an elderly person and pc for another home. Elie and Rola were extremely attentive to my needs and offered wonderful price friendly options for my needs.
They really listened and provided great quality and functional systems that made everyone happy. In addition they work really well together and that carries out a positive vibe about the place that noticeable welcoming.
I also spent more time than originally planned. The opportunity to check out the museum, that had me grinning and laughing with nostalgic recall of the various systems on display was too tempting. I remembered so many models that I had not seen in decades or from original magazine adds. Crazy how they have such a good collection so near by. What a pleasant surprise.
With good pricing, excellent service, an opportunity to geek out on old computer models and great vibes overall from really nice people, I will be a repeat customer for sure. I strongly recommend you make your way to Etek Laptop & E.musée Computer Museum too. It value added time spent.

It worth going there for the museum that the owner build. Amazing! Beside that, I was welcomed very well by the staff, they fixed my laptop right on the spot, and they have decent prices. I would recommend!

Very nice people. Great deals on used computers. In an age where people are throwing out computers whenever the newest version comes out, I think that this buisness stands out for doing the right thing and refurbishing. Just bought one of their Lenovos and it is working great so far. (they also have a super cool computer museum for any tech fans)

Been buying computers from them for a couple years now, prob 4-5 desktops as well as a few power supplies and other accessories, I've yet to have an issue with anything except for a faulty power supply, which they exchanged for me with no fuss. Great deals, it's a real hidden gem.

I have been doing business with Etek for about 5 years now and I have never been dissatisfied. Not only are their prices hard to beat, but their service is unmatchable. I highly recommend them for any personal or business computer needs.

Bought 2 electric cables for 2 different computers. After 2 days, one of the cables was defective. Had to purchase another at a different place since I needed it for a Business computers and the work was urgent. Took the one that was defective back. They have a no return policy. The lady did try to assist me, but because I used a Debit card, they system could not refund the Purchase. I had to buy some of equal value which I really didn't need.

Étonnamment très surpris du bon service. J’ai acheté un iMac et il y avait un problème avec le modèle envoyé. Ils m’ont dit de revenir en magasin et ont échangé l’écran.

Petit problème avec la souris qui fonctionne plus ou moins, mais c’est un détail.

I am buying computers there for several years now. Over all i've purchased about 6-7 laptops and several desktop computes. They all still in a full operational condition.
The prices are fair and also great selection of products.
They will always assist if there is an issue with any of the items. I had an issue with several power adaptors for laptops (a known issue) and they gladly exchange them.
They will happily give you a discount or throw in some extra items with your purchase. Just be kind and polite.

It is now 4 years I have a Dell latitude 6410 and never add a problem and I just went in to update the same laptop to add sdd and increase memory at a good price, it took only 30 minutes and everything works great.

You can get some fantastic components here in good condition for a ridiculously low price. Totally worth stopping by to see what they happen to have in stock. Recent video cards, power supplies, monitors, etc all very reasonable. Very friendly owner top who seems passionate about his work. One of the last few remaining old-school "Mr Robot" computer shops. Highly recommend.

Dropped in Nov 12 2019 at E-Tek and was pleasantly surprised with the service and products. Highly knowledgeable owner and right away addressed my concerns. I received in addition helpful quality service installation from Rola and enjoyed a pleasant conversation. Both are very lovely people. Excellent customer service - I could not ask for better! One of, if not the best place to get parts, cables, a used computer, you name it. The owner is extremely knowledgable. Ive gone in multiple times and never been disappointed. Purchased monitors, cables, RAM, hard drives; all working to this day!
