The staffs were amazing, and highly knowledgeable at fragrances, Emma was incredibly helpful at describing the notes of the fragrances, Steve also brought out a ton for me to try, and of course i smelled all of them. Ended up purchasing the PDM Layton exclusif. Overall an incredible experience.

A dear friend of mine recommended me to this place. Not only is it beautifully designed, I felt welcomed immediately, and greeted in such a professional and welcoming way. Marianne was absolutely fantastic! In a world where Customer Service has quickly become a thing of the past, how refreshing to be taken care of in not only a professional way, but so knowledgeable. Cannot wait to return!

I love this place for their selection of skincare; haircare; perfume. But last time I came one of the main sales associates kept following//watching me.it was sooo the opposite of a glamorous and refreshing shopping experience. It made me feel pressured, not want to buy anything and just not chill and in my body.

I used to love coming here and the perfume specialists are so cool, maybe If I come dressed less goth I will be left alone lol

Le service à la clientèle est toujours au delà de mes attentes, l’équipe est à l’écoute des besoins et ils connaissent très bien leurs produits. J’ai aussi passé des commandes en ligne et je suis agréablement surprise de la rapidité. J’ai hâte à ma prochaine visite!

Nice looking place, booked a facial for my sister but she didn’t like it; considering the price, she was disappointed. Facial wasn’t even an hour, lacklustre performance from her esthéticien according to her. Good products are available. Might give it a second chance in the future.

Emma is the GOAT.oh my goodness i have never met someone ive looked up to more in the perfume world.so knowledgeable, witty, attentive, and NONE of her recommendations missed.it felt like she knew me entirely by the end of it…… and now i know how to apply perfume correctly.thank u so much emma ilysm

We visited Montreal from Florida. Etiket was one of the first places I wanted to see because of their excellent perfume selection. I went home with two bottles thanks to Emma! Great customer service and the perfume garden is lovely to browse.

I've been shopping from the Etiket web site for several years now, buying many fragrances and skin care products, and customer service has always been top-notch and one of the best I've experienced from any online business. I am looking forward to them opening their Toronto store, so I can visit them in person and use some of their other services.

Unbelievable experience. The customer service is superlative and they truly provide an experience. I went in with my daughter to find a perfume for her and came out with several samples and a bottle for myself that is so decadent and unlike anything I have ever smelled before. I'm excited to use the spa at some point as well.

While I can understand some reviewers view of the place having a coldness, it should not be ignored that this place also has it all as far as fragrance from all over the world and quality skincare products. The staff is highly knowledgeable and accommodating. We tried on some fragrances and were impressed with the number of products they had and we barely scratched the surface. If you are looking for a fragrance in Montreal, this place will not disappoint.

My wife and I came here to try a few fragrances. We weren''t sure what to expect from this place — since it's listed as a spa, we thought maybe it be just a merchandise counter in a lobby. We we were wrong.

This is a gorgeous retail space with a massive collection of unique fragrances. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. And the selection is incredibly unique and varied, with some really intriguing (and challenging) scents from smaller perfumeries. Definitely worth dropping in if you're looking for something unique.

Marianne was excellent at hosting my friend and I. Even though we were short on time, we had such a pleasure discovering fragrances with her. She was also very knowledgeable in skincare. She definitely made my first visit in-store unique and memorable! Will definitely come back:)

I went here because I was interested in their niche perfumes. The collection was great and overall I did enjoy my visit, but I did not feel very welcomed (snobbish / cold vibes).

Not that I felt specifically unwelcomed, but the atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, or unsettling. It felt very quiet & museum-like - I felt I might easily disturb. I guess I expected it to be more warm or zen-like, especially since I saw the location also houses a spa. Though, I suppose the vibe is not that surprising, considering the high end nature of their products. I was just hopeful for a more inclusive experience.

I will say, I went on a busy day where all the sales associates were occupied - so I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that I just went on a bad day. I might return, but have found other more welcoming perfumeries in Montreal so I'm not sure.

I am very happy about their customer service and business. I will recommend this store to anybody. They are very professional. I purchase fragrance from them. They cover truly good niche brands, the best ones in the market.

Après une longue semaine, le métalleux corporatif rasé un peu tout croche que je suis (lire client atypique!) a décidé de finalement passer au-delà de ses préjugés sur les boutiques comme celles-ci et je me suis lancé. De toute évidence, j'étais dans le tort et j'aurais visiter Etiket plus tôt. Service exemplaire de la part d'une jeune dame (dont le nom m'échappe malheureusement) passionnée, patiente et certainement connaissante qui m'a fait découvrir une quantité étourdissante de fragrances niches captivantes. La plus agréable expérience que j'aie eu le plaisir de vivre en tant que client tous commerces confondus. Sélection spectaculaire. Merci, sincèrement.

I wish there were half-stars on Google, then I would give 4.5! I felt well taken care of by the warm, professional, and knowledgeable staff when shopping for a new fragrance.

Etiket possesses an impeccably curated collection of olfactory delights - there's something for everyone! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the boutique to anyone looking to foray into quality niche fragrances.

The only reason I hesitate to give 5 stars is that I wish they stocked more formats than full bottles. As someone who loves to play around with different fragrances day by day, season by season, purchasing several full-sized bottles is cost prohibitive for me. Instead, I prefer incorporating multiple travel-sized frags into my collection so I can keep things fresh, and keep my eyes open for new things to try.

Regardless, I'll definitely be going back to Etiket!

My experience was exceptional. The service from Eric stood out because of the interest he took in listening was as attentive as his guidance. No pressure to buy, only consideration for me making the right choice.
I left with Every Storm a Serenade by Imaginary Authors. I highly recommend Etiket for their well curated selection of fragrances.

I had a hydrafacial with Ivy and I am so satisfied with the whole experience. From entering the boutique, how professional and polite they are. I felt extremely valued as a customer and respected. I am really picky with services and Etiket didn’t disappoint. Ivy is knowledgeable and sweet. She explained every step, she took time to understand my routines and my skin by asking the right questions and giving the right advices. I am happy that I’ve found an amazing esthetician working with high end products. Such an upscale boutique. My facial felt like a mini vacation. I totally recommend that to anyone wanting to feel pampered.
