We got exceptional service from a gentleman who told he had 28 years of experience. Did I pay a hair more than online? Maybe/maybe not. But we did get the right products, fitted perfectly that will allow my kid to try a new sport in comfort and respected our budget for a family trying a new sport.

We ordered a jersey as a Christmas gift. It was a last minute order and we couldn’t find the jersey anywhere local in the Toronto area. I found it online here and it was at my door 36 hours later! You helped ensure Christmas was a hit. Thank you for being so speedy! The package showed up in perfect shape with no issues. Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased a pair of cleats and the sizing was WAY off. We had tried on the same cleat in store in a half size larger (7) and decided to order online a 6.5. Shoe arrived in a couple days (paid $20+ in shipping) and the shoe is MUCH bigger than the 7 we tried on in store.
Contacted customer service to return item for a full refund only to be told that the return policy is only if item is defected - which in my opinion it is, as the sizing does not match.

Now I need to pay another $20 for return shipping, only to receive store credit and pay additional shipping for any item I choose to purchase.

If the sizing wasn't so off I wouldn't be complaining one bit and would eat the cost of shipping. However I brought the shoes to the store to compare it to the 7, and even the person working said there was no way they are a 6.5.

Customer service was terrible with the same link posted to notify me of their return policy. I did read the return policy prior to purchasing but thought I had done my due diligence by trying on the shoe in store prior to ordering.what a joke!

Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience aujourd’hui. Nous avons acheté des chaussures de soccer Nike il y a 1 mois et demi. La semelle se décolle déjà malgré une utilisation normale. On nous répond qu’on ne peut rien faire et qu’il faut voir directement avec Nike. On nous dit même que la chaussure est de bonne qualité. Sauf qu’au bout d’un mois et demi ce n’est pas normal d’avoir une semelle qui se décolle. Bref pas de geste commercial de la part du magasin! Nous irons dorénavant dans d’autres magasins qui offrent de meilleurs services commerciaux.

Purchased soccer boots online, process was really easy, item on sale was a great value, and the turnaround time to respond and deliver the product was extremely fast. All in all, would look at Evangelista first for my next purchase.

For the price I paid just the track jacket should have been with the pants as well anyhow was a little disappointed I misread the description

I am very pleased with the service that I received. I have been looking for a particular pair of Nike cleats for my son and most places were either out of stock or don't have his size. I honestly thought it would be a long shot to get my order delivered in time for the restart of his soccer training due to the holidays.
However, within 25 minutes of my order, I received a notification with the shipping and tracking info, and received my order the next day. I was surprised that it only took a day to get my order and to put things into perspective, I live in Southern Ontario, where most of my deliveries takes at minimum a couple days.
I also appreciate the email updates and follow up to confirm my order status and delivery. Just superb!

Order was sent in time and both jerseys look well. Happy with the products and would likely make purchases with Evangelista Sports again!

Great soccer store with great staff and attention to customer service. They have things other specialized stores don't in terms of jersey and fan gear. Only downside is parking but that's not on them directly.

C'est mon magasin préféré de vêtements de sport et ce, depuis 30 ans, depuis que le défunt père avait boutique sur la rue Jean- talon pas loin du café Lina.

Super service. Un personnel ultra pro du foot. Surtout le monsieur dans la section des chaussures. Il nous raconte son expérience de joueur pro, des anciennes équipes seniors au Québec. Il est honnête et ne veut pas nous vendre des chaussures hors de prix pour des jeunes enfants.

I bought a jersey and i could only see "AEROREAD" instead of "AEROREADY". Now i can't stop thinking if the football jersey is FAKE or not.

Although we initially had difficulty ordering our daughter's soccer bag online, when we called the store we were taken care of well. They did everything they said they would, at the time they would and the bag arrived at our home when we were told it would, which was a relief because it was a birthday present.and she loved it! I ordered 1 Italia puma T- shirt that I couldn’t find anywhere else & 1 custom made Jersey Italia Campione d’Europa. The jersey exceeded my expectations, fabric is great & the look of the jersey is absolutely beautiful. Although I am framing it to put in my garage as a memorabilia, the piece is really gorgeous. Service was also very very quick I ordered on the 4th of September & received everything by the 7th of September. I Highly recommend Evangelista Sports to any soccer fan.

Shipped quickly, had a snag (my fault) during the ordering process and they called and resolved the issue perfectly. They shipped the shoes to Edmonton and it was a great experience. Highly recommend them!

Good product, good price. Not happy with the communication or customer service. Inquired about shipping costs in a chat. At no time was informed that it was free if you spent a certain amount. Definatley would have impacted my decision on what I purchased. They lost out on more sales/revenue and potentially future purchases. Also, when I emailed about the issue, did not receive a respons!

II was disappointed with the order this time. I placed the order before the Euro cup started my credit card was charged and nothing was delivered until I had to call and ask where it was. Then I was told that one of the items was sold out! Not fair.

Everyone who is saying that this store has everything one could need in terms of Soccer have most likely not been to many soccer stores. They had alot of apparel but not many shoes, especially indoor shoes, at all. If you live far it's not worth the travel unless you really need to try something on before buying it. Which was why I traveled so far, eventhough they didn't even end up having what they said they had online

It is huge and they have a large selection of just about everything soccer but I wasn’t super impressed and didn’t end up buying anything.

This is THE place to go for soccer equipment, shoes in particular. I don't mean the Evangelista brand in general, but this store in particular. Whenever we go, the older gentleman that takes care of shoes section takes the time to counsel, and verify for proper fit, every time. We never had bad counseling/fitting. There is no pressure to get a model or another, higher priced models, or anything. What you'll get is what you need, no BS or politics. If what you fits you best is the cheapest pair of shoes, then this is what will be recommended to you.

The same can be said about the selection and choices, this location has more than any other places we've seen, and when we used to go other places, we would often be limited in models/sizes. Even towards end of seasons, we always managed to find something.

When we need soccer shoes, we come here first, and never need to go elsewhere.
