I just have a question that I’m unable to find an answer to online. I’m still on hold and it’s been 4 and a half hours. Still waiting.
Edit my review, I have now been on hold for 7 hours. So apparently I shouldn’t have been complaining at 4.5 hours. We just got these machines 4 days ago! What a wonderful first impression.
Updating again! After 8 full hours on hold, they disconnected my call, unsure if they even picked up but I’m not surprised. We’re looking into changing companies ASAP. I hope they don’t rip us off like they have in all these other reviews. What a shame.

WARNING Do not partner with this company. They will assuredly RIP YOU OFF! If I could give negative 5 stars that is what this company would get however, karma will bring satisfaction because she is coming for them! I have stopped 19 businesses from partnering with this company. W5 special on this company will be coming soon. I am making sure of that.

Worst processing company. We used them for one year and realized they were overcharging us without saying. The customer service has really bad faith and lie. And i don't speak about how difficult it is to reach them for any support (either technical or general). To be avoided at all price!

This company is holding payments pending risk reviews. They ask for company financial information and other details prior to releasing payments. When I tried to call, their phones weren't working and routed my call to their office in another country that has no access to my account. This is completely unacceptable and I will close my account and take my business elsewhere.

If I could give -0 stars I would. Don't sign with them. The rep rani lied to me. I phoned many times after being charged for 2 separate fees that I was never informed about. It's took 3 months t get a refund with started July 14 and finally resolved Oct 3. I don't trust them and unfortunately my hands are tied in their company for 3 year. DONT SIGN UP!

This company was good for a while but now after the pandemic, they have started to charge a lot of extra charges. They were already adding a lot of extra charges but the last 2 months have been crazy for example one was for DATASECFEE for 114.90, i asked them what this is and they said everyone is getting charged that, I todl them I never knew of this charge and why are they charging this now without warning, the other was PCI PRTCT for 99.95 and if this is the PCI DSS compliance, I am compliant and I told them, but they said everyone paids for this now, that really shocked me as I contact another company and they told me they do not have any charges like that. I have contacted several people and no one lets me speak to a manager, they tell me those are the charges and tha is it. I had a contact by the name of Joel in Montreal and he told me if I ever need anything, to call him direclty. I have been doing that for 2 months but he does not return my call. I guess its time to move on to another company. But be careful, it looks like they are desperate for money and they will throw charges to make up for all the problems I see they are having. Sad to see companies lik this doing bad things to small companies.

Worst customer service and worst service I have ever had in my business I been following up for 8 months to cancel my service because their debit machines are garbage and I had to change it with another company I am writing this review because I am on the phone on hold with the customer service for 50 min to transfer my call to supervisor. Not recommended at all

If I could give them 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PAYMENT PROCESSING MERCHANT. THEY HAVE MULTIPLE CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM FOR FRAUD. I can virtually guarantee you will be robbed.

Absolutely the worst company. If you are a small business go with someone else, ANYONE else. They scam you in any way they can. I feel bad for some of the customer service people as they are generally nice but this company is unbelievably bad.

Im a small business and i very very very much regretted availing the service of this company. They would charged you non stop till you broke even if your business is closed and not making money and the account has closed. They charged you initial fee plus monthly fee plus terminal fee and if your business does not make.money and closed they charged you cancellation fee of over 500 dollars. They dont care where you will get the money to pay those absurd fees. Never again will I recommend or get their service in the future. Big mistake!

Did not respect agreed terms and pricing as per contract, had to constantly call support to fix billing issues, repeating same details time after time, after waiting hours on hold when the line didn't drop by itself. Don't fall for their promises, not an ethical company.

Please be informed we are cancelling your service effective immediately. You have failed miserably to provide the service you are contracted to provide on multiple occasions. Worse than that you have no apparent  customer service. You do not answer your phone or return calls.
Rarely have I encountered such poor service from any business I have worked with in the last 45 years of my working life.
Please notify us where you want your equipment returned to.

Not Trust Worthy. Do not trust your hard earned money to EVO Canada. You will be surprised when they don't deposit the funds to your account. Worst customer service. We are waiting for the past 3 weeks to update our account information. Customer service will ignore your email and inquiry until you give up and switch the company. Be aware of your funds. They will hold on to your money and not reply to any inquiries.

Worst support on the planet. Machines are old and never tap cards. Cordless machines all dont hold charges for more than 10 minutes. Worst decision ever doing business with them. Only stay for the low rates. Sad.

Many many many "connection errors" have spent countless hours "on hold" trying to talk with Tech Support. Have never been able to talk with anyone, have never had a return email or call back. Worst service I have ever experienced. So many other Payment services out there, will be moving my account.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Had an error message and kept "losing a line" and having to restart. Couldn't process payments unless we restarted. Tried to get a hold of technical support and waited on hold for 1 1/2 hours to be transferred to a call center in the states. They couldn't help me and took a message. Haven't heard from anyone. Sent an email as well. Still haven't heard back from anyone. It has been over two weeks and no one has returned my call.
I sent an email requesting to cancel my service - surprise, didn't get a phone call or email. Finally got a hold of someone in sales who said they would have someone return my call. Still haven't received a call (it has been two days).

I had an issue with our POS terminal. Called many times and after 4hrs on hold got disconnected and nowhere. To cancel the account I called back a few days later and within 15 minutes ended up talking to Josh. He was exceptionally polite and professional and explained perhaps why the long delay in answering and taught a trick how to circumvent the system. I went from cancelling my account to upgrading my POS terminal (no charge) and am now possibly having my rates reduces by another polite and professional representative, Peter. If only they could facilitate a better telephone and on-line system for customer support/service, then maybe I'd give them 5 stars.

They are extremely bad at what they do. The salesman was leaning on our counter bar and broke an expensive glass case didn't even apologize and walked out. This is how tell how professional they are out.

I have been a customer of EVO for almost 6 years now, I was using Square or Paypal for my business, what a rip off. EVO gave me a state of the art, 2019 EMV compliant mobile device that also came with a FREE virtual terminal! That was the icing on the cake for me, I was at my craft show and had forgotten the mobile swiper, I didn't lose any sales due to the Free Virtual Terminal and not to mention the cost, at least 60% cheaper than Square. Oh and forgot to mention their referral program is the best, I've received over $600.00 in referral bonuses. EVO customer for life.

I have been with EVO for 4 years now and i have no complaints. The machine is actually FREE, works great, my rates are lower then they ever were with the other companies, and every time a company sends me an offer, i just bring it back to EVO and they match it! I saved over 200$ a month with EVO and plan on staying with them for a very long time.

I have been with Evo for 3 years now and whenever i have any issues they always help me out, The terminal i got from them was having issues after 2 years but with the help of customer service they were able to expedite a brand new one to me for free! Whenever i have problems i just reach back out to my Account handler and they help me right away. Very transparent company.i have recommended them to 10 of my community members.for all the business owners that complained i would recommend to get an account manager so you deal with a specific person that knows your account not just customer service.

I read the reviews and was skeptical with all these business owners saying bad things about the company however this company only has 170 bad reviews out of 600,000 merchants that's less than half a percent and my sales rep said "if i told you, there was a 99.5% chance you'd be happy and taken care of would you take it? " he offered me a 60 day trial and i ended up loving the service as my sales rep kept following up with me, the day i got my terminal he called and installed and the day i got my statement he called me and went over the numbers. I have been with this company now for 14 months and i have no complaints.if the sales rep is dedicated and sticks to his word the service will always be great. I'ts unfortunate how there are bad seeds in every company that drag the company down. A+ For Evo!

I have been with Evo for 2 and a half years and haven't had many major issues, I can't say anything about the machines because I have an E-Commerce account set up through them for my collectibles, but the customer service is pretty dang good.
I've dealt with Jason and Larry for the entire time I've been with them and they've always knocked out the park any problem or complaint I've had.
I had my funds held, had trouble re-verifying my account and I was pretty upset at the annual fee that I didn't know about, but they refunded me the money and set me up with a monster plan based on wholesale rates now! Can't speak for everyone here, but I don't think i'll be switching from them anytime soon.
Now lets see if I can get that dang Merchant Cash Advance already so I can REALLY start rolling haha!

I worked with a rep named Fayzon and I was skeptical in the beg but everything he said was what I got billed, he was there from setting me up to, installing my terminal. Every time I had a question he answered in a timely fashion. He gives the best customer service And the two girls catherine and Angelica are a good team.he’s deff somebody I will be referring business too. He under promises and over delivers which is why I will send him my friends and family.

Just got my 4th statement from them and they actually saved me over $500 each month.my machine was free as well.i feel this was a great change for my business compared to who i WAS with (TD). Talk about getting robbed.anyway.i also referred my friend to them and got a another $150.00 savings last month.great job Evo.this is a great deal, especially for my restaurant.
