Excellente expérience du début à la fin. Dans un premier temps avec Bryan au téléphone qui a su rapidement me mettre en confiance, suivi du service de Patrick qui c’est donné à 200% pour faire les recherches et par la suite est venue effectuer les travaux étaler en soirée et le samedi afin que nous ayons nôtre unité rapidement. Les travaux ont été exécutés avec le souci du détails et compétences ainsi que l’entretiens à été aussi prescrit!
Leurs prix sont également compétitifs.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received from EvoAir during a scorching heatwave. When my heat pump decided to give up on me at the worst possible time, EvoAir came to the rescue with their prompt, professional, and on-time service.

The responsiveness of EvoAir was truly remarkable. In the midst of a heatwave, I was concerned about how long I would have to endure the sweltering temperatures without a working heat pump. However, EvoAir proved to be a lifesaver. From the moment I placed the call, their team swung into action immediately. Their customer service was top-notch, and they ensured that my concerns were addressed promptly.

Our home air conditioning system has suddenly stopped working. Thankfully, EvoAir was fast to resolve the problem within a couple days time, one of their technicians came to our house to diagnose and fix the issue. Patrick even gave us high quality air filter for FREE! On top of that the service was superb and very well priced. Would definitely recommend.

It take me many calls for companies before I found thè excellent service of EvoAir. They came so Quick a day after I spoke with Bryan. I am very impressed on their quickness & their service. When our central air system stopped working, we were referred to EvoAir by a neighbour. Patrick and his team came highly recommended and they surpassed all expectations. The preliminary inspection revealed that some older components would have to be replaced. Within a day, they sourced them. The day after, the unit was fully repaired. Impeccable communications and service. 10 on 10 for EvoAir.

From start to finish this company is a pleasure to work with. Patrick is so thorough and takes pride in his work. My AC unit is up on a roof that isn't easy to access and I didn't hear one complaint. He even picked up all the garbage and a compressor from the roof that other companies had left behind! I would definitely recommend using EvoAir.

Eh bien après avoir laisser un message en soirée on m'a rappeler lendemain en me demandant des photos et 2 jours plus tard M. Bryan m'envoie un mail avec une proposition sèeche *ball park* en me disant que la solution que je convoite me couteras entre $18K et $20 et que si j'étais prèt à vivre avec un tel investissement? Quel bel facon de dire à quelqu'un que sa business ne nous intéresse pas en alléguant que les produits LG sont les meilleurs du marché mème si fabriquer en Corée du sud alors que j'ai eu des offres de produit japonais pour beaucoup moins! Donc pour le professionalisme on repassera!
Et surtout que sur leur site web, ils préconisent l'installation de la GREE, lol!

Nous avions changé notre thermostat pour un nouveau de type intelligent Ecobee mais ce fameux thermostat n'arrivait pas à reconnaitre le climatiseur. Après quelques essais de filage infructueux c'est tout le système qui est tombé hors service. Heureusement, ÉvoAir a pu trouvé un moment pour venir voir et effectuer l'installation adéquatement et maintenant tout fonctionne à merveille! Leçon à retenir: si ça ne marche pas lorsque vous suivez les instructions, n'essayez pas de jouer à l'électricien et faites affaire avec un professionnel tel qu'ÉvoAir.

A/C repairs are unique to a condo with the unit in a garage, or on the roof as in our case. Patrick and technicians Moïse and Widmir not only replaced the unit but ensured that all wires, coils and cables were properly checked and insulated, etc, to avoid issues which may creep up later. That’s commitment. In setting up a new thermostat they had to deal with a blown transformer and were experts with re-wiring in tight spaces. Job well done! They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and offer the best in customer service. I would strongly recommend EvoAir.

Patrick and Sami’s service was above and beyond what I expected. Not only was the service fast, but they were willing to answer my questions about what exactly it was they were doing and then they gave me some tips about how to maintain/clean the AC system, and we even got to know each other a bit. Pump on our ac unit broke and they were one of the only companies who called us back right away and replaced the pump very quickly. Recommended 100 percent.

Excellent service. Dès mon premier appel on a été très courtois et on m’a tout de suite donné les bonnes informations pour la suite des choses. J’ai envoyé des photos du système de chauffage et de la thermopompe et j’ai reçu un retour d’appel très rapidement avec des explications concernant mon possible problème. Ils m’ont donné un rdv rapidement pour que leur personnel puisse venir faire une évaluation sur place. Les gars sont arrivés à l’heure et ils ont tout vérifié en nous donnant des explications. Ils ont même changé notre vieux thermostat pour installer un nouveau modèle que nous avions acheté. Ils sont restés à la maison durant plus de 2 heures et le prix était celui que j’avais reçu au téléphone et qui était inscrit sur la soumission.
Par la suite nous avons reçu un courriel avec ce qui devait être fait concernant notre problème de thermopompe. Le service est Excellent! Je vous recommande fortement cette conpagnie.

We were looking to get AC wall units for our home. We contacted a few companies which were a bit expensive and the installation was going to be in weeks. We found EvoAir and spoke to Mirvat, who was really professional and patient. She made sure that we were getting the best products for our needs. She was always responsive and was following up with us. After we agreed on the price, the units were installed 3 days after. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to get air conditioning. Very professional people!
