Whats most important with a jewelry in my opinion is their transparency and honest opinion and a super good on site jewel maker which They have, i had a small issue with my order due to a miscommunication and they didn't ask questions they fixed it! Also I made a custom wedding band and also perfect, thank you for making our wedding and engagement ring up to our standards, we are very happy of your excellent service:)

Brought my grandmothers engagement ring to be reset for my finacee, and we were provided with excellent service. Gino and his team did a fantastic job.

Went to get my ring resized, and was told that may have to replace a few of the gems as they were chipped/cracked. Finally, didn't need to replace any of them, and the cost came well below the estimate, even without replacing anything! Very happy with the result. I would encourage you to deal with the same person each time you call, as I called twice and was told different things when I spoke with someone else. But all was perfect when I went back and spoke to the same person who first served me!

Gino is a master of his craft, a true artist, and above all an honest and dependable professional who cares deeply about his clients. He does not push you into anything you're uncomfortable with. His advice his sincere, his explanations are clear and his knowledge is vast. You will never leave his shop empty handed simply because he works for you, the customer. I have had many pieces done at Ex Aurum over the years, some based on their designs, others were based on my own designs. If you know what you like, tell them and they will work with you! They have EXCELLENT craftmanship, and all the employees are a pleasure to work with! They are very patient, and all questions are answered. After seeing my first piece from Ex Aurum many years ago, it didn’t take much convincing for my sister to go to them also! More recently, I had my engagement and wedding rings reset for my 10th anniversary, and I still can’t stop looking at them! They are so delicate looking, yet very sturdy! I love their work!

My parents have been going to Ex Aurum for years, so it was only natural that they design my engagement ring, wedding band and wedding earrings (along with many other beautiful custom pieces over the last year and a half!). Not only is the quality of their work and craftsmanship exceptional, but the service is excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and it’s always an absolute pleasure to work with Gino. 5 stars does not do this place justice. I had a sentimental necklace repaired here, after another jeweller damaged it, and had such a lovely experience I decided to return when I needed my engagement ring resized. Not only did they work faster than other places I had contacted, but the work and service was fantastic. I was unhappy with the way my resize felt, and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They do wonderful work and have wonderful people working there, I would HIGHLY recommend.
