Deb Dhar is a highly pretentious guy.remember: is not what you say, but the way in which you say it. Dissapointed that I wasted my time there when supposedly I had appointment with Nickolas to run my credit application and that day the guy simply did not show up so I was transferred to Deb Dhar whose words were unpolite like if he was lending me his own money. Don't expect good customer treatment, they do not even care bout giving you a seat or some water. They only want to sell and sell at any cost. DO NOT BUY YOUR HONDA HERE.

EDIT: Day 5 and manager Patrick Mascioli "politely" send me a SMS that if do not go to see him in person, he will not reimburse my money. Day 5 and no deposit back.

When my lease was up, I went to Excel Honda to explore my options and was greeted and helped by Nicholas Morris. He was extremely friendly and responsive, answered all my questions, and proposed a great solution to my situation. Thanks to his excellent customer service and knowledge, my leasing/buying experience was a breeze. I will definitely go back to Nicholas/Excel Honda when my current contract finishes in a couple of years.

Although the salesperson was earnest and nothing less than a saint, the management is quite stingy if not greedy. I tried to replace a 2 year used car (that I bought new from Excel) with 10,000 Km to buy a new car, at full asking, and they wanted a huge penalty to leave the existing lease. I swore that I would use any other Honda dealership except Excel.

In 2012 I purchased my first vehicle with Marco Patulli. Went straight to see Marco and he took care of us. 9 years later, my growing family and I, were in the market for something bigger. We went to look at other brands. We came right back to Honda and Honda excel to be exact.

I recommend this dealership. From the minute you walk in, to when you leave, you have a great feeling. I also dealt with Jahangir Malhi who finalized our lease. The process was easy and fast. Recently got my Honda Civic Touring 2021 and I love it! It was a great experience working with Excel Honda; all employees were so professional and amazing, specifically Amine. Working with him made my buying a car a fun experience. He was really caring and provided me with all the required information so that I could make an informed decision. I couldn't be happier!

We have been clients of Excel Honda for about 35 years! In 2017 for the first time we leased rather than buying. We worked with Amine to lease our first CRV. We fell in love with the car and in 2021 when it was time to exchange for a new car, it was a very easy decision to choose the latest model of the same car. We were very happy to learn that Amine was still there. He and the rest of the team bent over backwards to help us complete this transaction completely contactless during this CoVid time. Amine brought a 2021 model to our house to test drive and all details were handled by personal phone calls, texts and emails. It was even better than being in person. Today we received our new car at our home and Excel Honda team drove our 2017 back to Excel. All questions along the way were answered as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the service we received and glad to have a brand new CRV EXL.

Best Honda sales team on the island without any doubt. I went to several dealers before Excel Honda and it was all time wasted. Excel Honda was ready to make the right deal for me and I didn't have the whining and added fees other dealer managers insisted were needed to inflate the price beyond what I wanted to pay. My seller Nick M is A1 and kudos to his management for supporting their sellers. The service department at Excel Honda take extra care to ensure their customers are well taken care of after the purchase and during Covid it wasn't easy. Overall, you just can't go wrong with Excel Honda!

Edit - Now my 5th lease with Honda, got my first car as a married couple, beautiful CRV Sport. Got well taken care of as always by Marco & since he moved on to more important duties (congrats on the promotion btw) Vito Discola helped us get through the negotiating bit pain-free. Just started my 4th straight lease with the great folks over at Excel Hona. As usual Marco Patulli made things as easy and straight forward as can be. Loving my new Honda Accord Sport and look forward to shopping for my next toy 3-4 years from now. Can't recommend Marco as well as the dealership/service people enough.

I will start by saying that my sales person Madeleine Pelletier, was available, sweet, and knowledgeable. We got a good deal on our trade-in. I would say that it would be important for sales people to remind customers that when they get to the financing department there will potentially be extra costs (such as extended warranty - since warranty only covers 3 years -, Sherlock, etc), so that people are prepared. I probably would have chosen a different model if I had known. That being said, the rest of the service and follow-up was great, and Madeleine is lovely.

I always have been happy with service. Special thanks to Leo from sales team for his kind support and positive advices during my car purchase process.

Je ne recommande pas ce concessionnaire.j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience.j'ai acheté ma voiture en Novembre dernier donc en hiver et j'ai pas pu essayer la climatisation et avec les chaleurs de ces derniers jour, j'ai voulu la faire partir et voila qu'elle ne fonctionne pas.j'ai appelé le vendeur qui ma rediriger vers service des peintes.une madame qui s'appelle Tanya a décroché le téléphone avec une ton très aimable croyant que j'étais madame X.et quand je lui ai dis que j'étais une autre personne son ton de voix a change complètement ne laissant penser que un bon service a la clientèle est adresse selon les nom de la personne.je lui explique ma situation elle me dis non tu dois faire inspecter a 69$+tx et après le diagnostique on te donnera le montant de la réparation.donc a mes frais au final, j'ai essayer de lui explique que y a une garantie de bon fonctionnement et elle change de sujet me disant *ahh moi je fais partir ma climatisation en hiver et tout le monde le fait*
en résumé un grand concessionnaire n'est pas synonyme de bon service a la clientèle ou de service après vente.moi qui avait cette conviction avant cet incident

Very welcoming, friendly staff & excellent service! Throughout the whole process, Roberto was very patient, understanding with us and answered all our questions and concerns. I am happy and satisfied with my 2021 CRV Sport purchase!

In mid February I went with my husband to lease a new car. We took a car for a test drive and liked everything about it. Handling of the car and all its gadgets were very nice. So we put a down payment and they told us we will call you on Wednesday to pick up your new car. We get a phone call on Wednesday and were told the car is not ready we are waiting for a part to be changed. When I heard that I started to wonder why, its a new car. So i was curious to see what part they were talking about. So when I went to pick up the car we asked what part needed changing. What we saw was the bottom of the driver's door a plastic mold needed to be changed due to a deep scratch. We also found a deep scratch on the passengers door. Also some other places where they tried to fix some scratches. Head lights had a few scratches too. On top of all that the car was not clean. Looked like it was rushed to be clean or did that on purpose so we wont see the scratches.
So we told the manager we don't want the car and would like our down payment back and he did give it back to us. He apologized and said he would order another car. We were upset! This was not suppose to happen in the first place. We went to another Honda dealer "Excel" and we told the salesman the story. He was shocked. Anyways, the dealer gave us amazing service and explained everything to us. He even gave us the car cheaper then the previous Honda dealer. The car was delivered to us spotless and the salesman took his time to explain everything to us in the car. That is how all dealers should be.

Terrible customer service and technical service. I bring my van to do wheel alignment this morning, my appointment is at 7: 15, I arrive at 7: 00 the door is not open yet. Finally at 7: 15 I meet a technical advisor named Edward Batangan who start the paper work for me.
I wait until 9: 00 still no body call me, I go ask at the cashier she tell me my car is not ready yet. So I go out to have my breakfast
At around 9: 00 Excel Honda call me and say my car is ready and I go pick up my car but I find my car cannot drive and I go back to see Edward Batangan and he tell me to leave the car there for a day to check. I say no my car is here to do an alignment but now I cannot drive. He said see how many people behind you. I say no my car I drive in OK and after the work I cannot drive you have to check it now and then he send me a young guy Louis he is a very nice guy he bring the car back in and he come back again and tell me that the technician say the car was bring in like that. I say no my car was ok when I drive in he have to fix that.
After about 5 minutes he come back again and he say the hand brake was stuck, the technician plays with it and now is ok.
I am not satisfy at all for the services of the advisor and technician but the young guy Louis he is very helpful.

It was excellent service compared to other dealerships. Visited few other dealerships but they were lack in customer support.
But here in Excel I got a better service from the Sales Person Malhi.

John Barrett is the most unprofessional car salesman out there. He is slow and likes to waste people's time. He makes mistakes and then takes it out in rage on the customer with yelling, screaming & accusation. He has a bad temper and is very unpleasant to deal with. And even after he was removed from our file he still came back to antagonize us. Everyone else at Excel Honda was very nice & professional and made up for John. We would deffinetly deal with Excel in the future, just a different sales person.

Excel Honda is the most friendly automobile dealership we have visited. We have a pleasant experience for the 2019 Honda Odyssey Ex-L Res. Our the sale representative Joseph Bucci was very helpful, who took time explaining the car and gave me the opportunities to test drive both the 2019 Honda CRV and the Odyssey.

Despite my situation as being a new resident in Quebec, the credit background check for the financing the car was also very efficient with the helps from Jonathan Leduc. After the initial visit, we picked up our car in the very next day.

I'm also impressed with the overall friendly environment at the dealer. Everyone is nice and friendly. The interior is bright and nicely renovated with holiday atmosphere.

For the vehicle itself, the 2019 Honda Odyssey Ex-L Res is nicely designed, spacious, comfortable, smooth, and equipped with many technological features that simple makes our life easier (e.g, Apple CarPlay, separate temperature control systems for driver and front/rear passenger sides, memory seats, heated seats/driving wheel, rear entertainment system, remote car starter, etc).

We are happy with our choice and thankful to all of the employees at Excel Honda, who made our purchase experience a bliss.

We arrived late, no appointment and they were super welcoming and very friendly. We strongly recommend Joseph as he listened to us, knows his cars, made a drive test possible very quickly, and put no pressure on us as we were not decided yet.

I had an appointment at 9: 30 a.m. And I dropped off my C-RV at 9: 15. They started to work on my car at 12: 30 p.m. I asked the cashier what the delay is for? She said" we should make sure everything in garage works properly".
I said" if you need 3 hours to see everything is ok, why you made the appointment at 9: 30? "
She said " this is your understanding"
Her name was Georgia and the way she talked to me was extremely unpleasant.
Six hours passed, still no news.

I am really sad!
At the end of my lease, I am not going to stay with Honda for sure.

Bought 2019 Honda Covic Touring trim about week and half ago, the car is amazing and I am very satisfied with it. Met a dealer named “Marco Vitti”, he is super friendly and give you all the help you need. Tbh I visited the dealer shop a lot during the process of buying the car but he was never anoyed or rude. Always friendly and smiling that’s what made me to stick with him.
