Quoted me 59$ for a tire change. Charged me 120$ to change just the front tire. It had a big vibration after they installed the new tire, and they wanted to charge me to fix it. Ended up fixing the problem myself.

I've been riding all my life and I have a wide assortment of motocross and dual sport bikes. I brought in a klx 110L pit bike for repairs and received prompt and outstanding service. All their staff in the parts department, sales and service are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They provide the best experience and they'll continue to be my first choice for all my motorcycle needs. They have a nice little lounge area with couches for you to wait while you get your bike serviced, water and coffee there for you too. They have a nice showroom and you can walk around and check out the bikes they have. The sales folks are super friendly, and not pushy. They usually have the parts I am looking for but if they don't then they will go the extra mile to find them for you. They gave me a good deal for my trade in and the purchase of my new motorcycle went very smooth. I just had the first service done for my new bike and they did a great job. 10/10, best place in town.

Bought a used motorcycle 2 months ago (spring 2022). Vendor lied, misrepresented the bike, hid problems with it, assured me a complete inspection was done. Based on reputation of both Honda and dealer, I trusted him. My bad. My own inspection was not thorough enough. I should have had it professionally inspected.

Front tire was toast (a section was sanded down, probably from a skid and fall, but that section was always on the floor to hide it, the rest was fine), missing bolts and parts (I am down 150$ to get them), problem with the clutch - transmission (found it out during my first 15 minutes riding the bike). Only thing that saved me a bit, is that it is a 2019 so they had to provide 1 month warranty after purchase. But it is still in the shop.

The employees at parts are great (reason why I gave 2 starts and not 1), service are overwhelmed and I must keep calling to get it moving. Sales, well if you buy brand new, probably ok. Used, avoid them, and never trust the "pre-sales inspection". I was "had" like a newbie, lesson learned.

After a frank discussion with service, they really stepped up and proposed a good solution to the issues. Very happy about final resolution.
So my purchasing experience was not great, the rest of the staff did good to recover that initial misstep.

Good service. Friendly and knowlegeable staff. Labour is now $119/hour but they did a good job so I can't really complain.

La seule raison pourquoi je met 4 étoiles c'est pour Abdi des pièces car sont service valait plus que 5 étoiles. Cependant, il venait compenser pour le reste. Que ce soit la fille du service bête comme c'est pied que ta l'impression de déranger juste parce t'es là ou encore l'attente de 4h pour simplement changer des pneus et un mag avant ou le fait qu'ils m'aient surchargé (merci a Abdel et le gérant d'avoir corrigé l'erreur rapidement). J'avais eu de bon commentaires sur excel moto espérons que ce soit simplement une mauvaise journée.

C'est évident que je vais pas retourner à ce magasin. Pour le service à la clientèle pas difficile de faire mieux.

J’ai appelé pour faire une pose et balancement de mon pneu arrière. La personne au téléphone était limite embêté que j’appelle et voulait que je rappelle une autre fois.

J’ai poliment expliqué que je voulais des renseignements pour prendre rdv et les tarifs, elle m’a dit 100$ pour monter le pneu.

Autant dire que j’ai appelé ailleurs (idle coffee) 55$ et ils étaient dispo la journée même.

J’ai entendu bcp de bien de Excel et je pensais même entreposer ma moto pour l’hiver chez eux, clairement je vais m’abstenir avec l’expérience que j’ai eu…

Je suis allé acheter un vespa… 6000$ sans financement, sans rabais.
J’ai demandé si un casque était offert… réponse NON… un antivol offert NON … par contre ai vous payez par carte de credit ils vous rajoutent des frais….
J’espère que tous ces commerçants qui se sont gavés avec des clients qui demandent rien vont regretter leurs méthodes commerciales dans les mois à venir.

Un conseil, allez voir ailleurs que dans ces concessions qui se croient les plus importantes d’amerique du nord

Il nous dit que nous ne sommes pas approuver puisque notre nom au crédit n'est pas bon donc il nous donne 7.99% en plus il nous met plein de chose non désirer sur notre financement et nous dit lorsqu'on lui pose des questions qu'on doit signer vite qu'il est occupe. Je me suis informer au prêt des institution financière et CE NEST PAS VRAI QUE NOUS SOMMES APPROUVER SELON NOTRE CREDIT et que je devrais mentionner a l'office du protection du consommateur. Le jour venu je me suis fait service par Mme Caron et le directeur et Jai eu un super service il mont bien expliquer les produits qu'il vendait et mon donner un service hors pairs.je leur donnerai 6 Etoiles mais malheursement le service de prêt est ZERO.

Recently picked up a 2021 RSV4 at Excel. Dealt with Hassan from A to Z and couldn't have asked for a better service. Hassan is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable in the domain and transparent. He keeps the client's best interest at heart, rather than the typical salesman looking to rip off their clientele. In the future I'll strictly deal with Hassan for the purchase of motorcycles. For parts, Abadi is the go to guy. Experienced, friendly and equally transparent. Very, very satisfied with the ease of the transaction that took place at excel. Nous avons quitté pour aller chez Moto International pour essayer les Schubert. AUCUN SERVICE malgré plusieurs employés: très décevant. A cause du service reçu, j'ai rappelé a votre commerce pour réserver le casque voulu. Après avoir mentionné pourquoi je vous ai choisi, l'employé au pièces m'a remercié avec un 15 % de rabais. Premiere visite chez Excel. Je suis venu de loin en cherchant des pieces pour ma Goldwing 2018. Ils avaient tout en stock. En plus, j'ai eu d'excellents conseil et service de la part de Abdi aux pieces, et ensuite de la part de Ali le directeur du dealer.

Stored my motorcycle last fall 2020. A Kawasaki vulcan 900. Was given a price over the phone which then became much higher when I got there (don't believe their advertising) to store my bike they also told me I needed a maintenance charger.so I bought one at the counter from them to not waste time. Ok I arrived to take out my bike months later and noticed it took forever. Before I leave I checked the saddlebags to see if the maintenance charger I added to my bill was there. Nope, nothing. I go back in and they check my bill to see I was billed for a charger. After seeing I did buy one again made me wait some more; and later the guy comes back with a white plastic bag with a charger. After all that waiting I was tired got home and put the bag in my shed. After doing another oil change and checking my bike my brother tells me there is supposed to be a unit connector attached to the battery (and probably a second one) if I stored the bike with a maintenance charger or at least in the bag. I check the bag when I get home and turns out only the main unit was there all the connecting cables were missing (so I QUESTION if they even connected my bike all winter). I called excel, sent an email x2 (got an automatic storage email from ALI) then emailed again and no answer to fix the problem so now I will write reviews. I ended up buying at fortnine my own cable $25 dollars. Bottom line frustrating experience for the price they charged me - close to $400 (including my half charger product).
This year tired of traditional pushy retail, I stored my bike at a person's garage for $175 less, bought my stuff at fortnine/amazon and learned how to do an oil change for half the price.

I highly recommend Excel Moto. I have bought an RSV4 from Hassan last year. Very nice guy not only during the buying process, but a year later when I had problem with it and a warranty repair needed. Very smooth process.
The service department is the best in town. Very professional, friendly people. Customers are really treated well. I had my bike in the shop for service and a warranty repair. Excellent service, truly an outstanding experience. I have lost my wallet when I picked up my bike. They have put it away for me under lock and key. J'y suis allé pour m'équiper de la tête au pieds. Une équipe sympathique, de bon conseil, passionné, au petit soin pour vous sans pression commerciale, de bonne humeur et souriant même entre eux. Très agréable comme atmosphère. Pas mal de choix avec de bonnes marques réputées, des prix déjà compétitifs sur l'étagère avec souvent des remises en caisse. Et si votre taille n'est pas là, la commande prends relativement peu de temps. Ce fut un grand plaisir de magasiner chez eux, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à vous.

Les mécaniciens sont incompétents sur toute la ligne, ils sont même pas capable de réparer un speedomètre tandis que j’ai réussi avec 3 chums de gars. Ils ont changé le moteur et l’on monter comme des cochons. Y manque un paquet de vis pis y on eu le culot de me voler ma bougie de rechange pour la changer. N’allez pas là! A Fuir si vous voulez que vos scooter ou motos reste belle!

The place has changed quite a bit from they time they used to o be Honda Excel Moto.

They now have a wide variety of motorcycle makes and models. In terms of apparels they also have a much wider selection now at different price ranges.

The shop is well organized and clean. And the service is very friendly and helpful. They give good advice and knows their stuff.

Great go-to place for your motorcycle needs.

I left my bike there for some repairs and a new paint coat on all fairings but one. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up (one or two weeks after the date he set for me to pick it up), it was the same color as when I dropped it. The seller just forgot about it after I gave him details about the exact paint needed, twice in writing (by email) and then orally when I left it there. I told him I wasn't satisfied as I had already bought matching paint to do the remaining fairing, so they disassembled the fairings and sent them to a garage that does paint. But one week later, surprise, they painted everything (rendering my 200$ paint set useless) and asked me to pay for it. The seller couldn't admit his mistake and made me pay for it. I understand that mistakes happen but you shouldn't make your customers pay for them. I won't come back.edit: I updated the rating since the shop got back to me

Site internet dit que le casque voulu est en stock, mais une fois sur place, il n'est pas disponible, même si le site dit encore en stock.sans parler de seulement essayer de parler a quelqu'un par téléphone. Une fois que ça répond, vous devez attendre 10 minutes sur la ligne, et ça, à plusieurs reprises.

J'achète mon scooter neuf en avril 2019. Le scooter a 6km au compteur. Je demande au vendeur le pourquoi du comment, il me dit que c'est yamaha qui les test pendant une 30ene de minutes sur un tapis. Je suis allé faire mon changement d'huile dans un autre yamaha et je leur ai posé la question. Ce n'est pas du tout un test yamaha mais un scooter qui a déjà roulé pour des essais routier. Je comprend mieux pourquoi il y avait un chewing gum collé sur le scooter.
Un bon vendeur n'est pas un menteur, mais a priori dans cette place il y en a beaucoup. N'allez pas acheter chez eux vous risquez de vous faire entuber.

Salut le groupe Excel, je suis très satisfait des travaux fait sur ma Kawasaki Versys 1000 avant de partir pour mon long voyage avec ma moto commençant avec l'Europe. L'ajout d'un skid plate, protection radiateur, protection moteur, hand guard, poignées chauffante, ajout de nouveaux circuits électriques USB et pour GPS. L'installation du soutien GPS et téléphone.
Gros merci au technicien de service, Nicolas et au gérant de service Jay et son collègue (désolé j'ai oublié le nom) qui m'ont bien conseillés. Je n'oublie pas Abadi des pièces pour ses recommandations de pièces de qualité "after market" pour kawa. Je vous écris présentement de Varsovie, Pologne.

I never felt more at ease then at excel moto. I was served by Vincent, excellent mannerism, patient, and knows their products very well. He took his time to help me find the perfect gear for me. I will buy from here again, and probably a bike in the very near future. Thanks Vincent and MTL moto pro school for recommending me.

@Montreal. Please do not buy motorcycle at this place as they are not honest in price.so many hidden cost and they are not straight forward. I regret bought here. They just care about money. Once they get it they don't pay attention on what you ask. I was not given enough details about motorcycle accessories what I would need mostly to save it from damage. Please save yourself unless you really don't have choice to buy somewhere else.

Good prices and polite staff, only complaint is I needed to bring my bike 3 times to get it fixed, it’s there right now under repair for the same thing.it was always temporarily fixed. Regardless friendly staff and they sold me my bike two years ago at a fair price. Overall happy customer:)

I had a really great experience buying riding gear here. Vincent is the most patient person. He took the time to answer my infinite questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even though I ultimately decided to not pursue learning to ride a motorcycle I would highly recommend this place for gear. 17jul'19, (around 5: 05pm) my BMW S1000rr clutch cable breaks while I'm on Hwy, I live in Ontario. I knew about Excel Moto Honda because my girlfriend bought a Honda from them. Vincent (parts) was working late. Super nice guy, let me store my bike and said I'll get you the part nxt day. Next day, unable to get part, I had to go through BMW (their service not good). I finally got the part on 19th at 3: 30pm (after being told it would be in at 10-10: 15am) I got the part and rushed over to Honda, just before 4pm. They were super busy! Jay Patel (service guy) super nice and polite with me, spoke with him on 18th n 19th. He was ok with parts guy (Vincent) doing the work, after Vincent offered to me that he could install it if his boss Abadi (parts manager) would ok it. Abadi ok'd it. And away we go! Ali (the owner) was also in his office, 4: 30 on a Friday! I told him personally, great staff! I highly recommend the staff at Excel Moto Honda. Thank you Jay, Luis, Sam (service) and Vincent and Abadi (parts) Great job all of you. The way a customer should feel and be treated. You guys have it down pat! Can't say Thank you! Enough. Took a quick 45-60 minutes to change a rear wheel, called when it was ready, and even gave it a complimentary wash and clean. Super friendly service. Would definitely recommend and do business again.

I bought a used motorcycle 3 weeks ago and I bought a used motorcycle with 33k km already because that only I could afford but this is not the first motorcycle in my life, this is my 5th motorcycle and so maybe lets say I knew some thing about motorcycle but that only I could afford: (.
The forks leaking and I contact right away the sales man and the manager and told me to bring the bike and so I met the sales man that I have to convince him it was leaking because he just said it just sweating not leaking, long story short he agreed that it's ok to change it and its part of the warranty but also I mentioned that I'm hearing a knocking and of course I have to convince him that I'm hearing that kind of sound and he agreed also that the mechanic will check it out. Now the fork seal was changed and the mechanic told me that the knocking sound is coming from the cam chain that need to be replace and so I asked the sales man first about that and he said its not part of the warranty.: (I just bought this motorcycle 3 weeks ago and they sold it to me with 33k km and I got a this cam chain making noise and I used only one full tank of gas from the past 3 weeks and I couldn't used it before because the fork is leaking oil. So I contact the manager "Ali" and of course answered me the same thing "it's not part of the warranty and I could ride it like that and just bring it next year for service". I felt very disappointed and if I could just return this motorcycle I would just return it. To all please see all attached pictures and our conversation for proof. Be aware of buying used bike from them!
