Found this site as was looking for a better price for a condenser microphone and they were cheaper than the rest by a substantial amount. It was easy to navigate the website and shipping was fast as well. I will definitely consider buying from her again in the future.

After spending literally DAYS to find someone who sold this particular camera, and had them in stock, and who expected to have them iin stock, I found that Excellent Photo had an area where I could click and have them contact me when they were back in stock. The very next day, they did that and I happened to check my emails a couple of hours later. I immediately ordered the camera, and, wonder of wonders, I actually received my camera, and also within days. My husband's birthday is Dec 26. This is his b'day gift, so I can't tell you about the camera, but I love you Excellent Photo! Now, I need a spare battery and a remote for my own camera. Where do you think I am going to look first? I was recently at the Grand Canyon and saw a lady with her camera attached to her bag strap. I HAD TO HAVE THIS! Discovered Cotton and ordered through Excellent Photo with better Cdn pricing then ordering direct in US$! Just used the holster for the first time at a shoot. Attached it to my camera bag strap and loved it. No more flimsy over the shoulder strap, and easy to use and be hands free.

My new favorite photo store. I was looking for a 400 mm f2.8 Nikkor and could not find one! They had it in stock as well as well as the 600 mm making for a tough decision. They shipped it out express and I got it two days later! Great inventory and great service!

Great customer service! I went into the shop looking for an item which happened to be at their warehouse and they were able to deliver it to the store within an hour. All the staff members I dealt with were friendly, accommodating and efficient, and their stock is pretty amazing! I also appreciate that they make their opening hours very visible and clearly indicate when they are closed for holidays.

I rarely write reviews about anything, but I felt these guys deserve it. I was looking for a Sigma SD1 camera online for sometime and stumbled on their website. There it was. I didn't believe my eyes. It says available and brand new. I sent them a message through their website and the next day they confirmed that it is available and it's new. I right away placed the order. The next day they sent me an email to verify my CC information as I was a new customer. I thought that was nice. So I did and low and behold a week later it arrived to my front door in Southern California. It was as they said" Brand new in the box" I unboxed it and put to work. Flawless!

For some context, I live in a different province and ordered headphones from them. It arrived overnight! Incredible efficiency. I also forgot to input my correct address fully, and when I emailed them to have it updated, they were very quick to respond and help me. I would definitely recommend shopping with them!

This will be my go-to store for all my photo & video gear. Better prices than Amazon and other local retailers in Ontario, plus super fast and reasonable 1 or 2 days shipping with FEDEX. Their customer service team is also second to none. I purchased a Ninja Atomos V+ a while back but the unit came defective, their staff (Agathe) sent out a replacement unit without questions asked and I received it the next day. You can't beat their service level and responsiveness!

My first purchase from this company and I am quite happy with the result. Ordered yesterday afternoon with free delivery, received in Petawawa just 24 hours later. Price was also right, $20 cheaper than any competitor. Will definitely consider excellentphoto for all my future electronics purchases.

This business engages in fraudulent practices and does not take any accountability for errors made with online orders. I am currently going through small claims court to get my refund from them because they have been uncooperative and intentionally combative over an error made on their end with my camera. Save yourself the headache and avoid this business entirely.

I was helped by Marc-Olivier and what a pleasant experience. Very nice and knowledgeable person and he was patient during my visit. Really felt welcomed and this place might become my go to store for all camera equipment. They also provide analog photography development and scan at good prices.

Je me suis présentée au magasin avec l'enthousiasme d'une consommatrice qui a trop-lu-trop-vu sur Internet pour prendre une bonne décision sur le choix de son prochain appareil photo hybride. Le vendeur que j'ai rencontré (Julien) m'a posé les bonnes questions et selon mes réponses m’a finalement conseillé de prendre rendez-vous avec un de leur expert en vidéo. Et heureusement! Le seul shop où ils savent ce qu'ils vendent! J'ai fait pas mal de magasin pour avoir des conseils (petites et grosses enseignes) et c'est le seul ou vous trouverez des mecs passionnés par leurs spécialités! David spécialiste en vidéo à pris le temps de m'aider à régler mon matériel et à me conseiller sur quel type de son et lumière adapter. Pas de forçage à l'achat et il s'y connait vraiment bien!

I had 4 bad experiences with some of the larger retailers in Canada regarding the same product. Found these guys online. This was my first order with them and they fulfilled it perfectly

Fantastic customer service. This was the first time dealing with this store, as I do not reside in Quebec. So all interactions were done through their chat service, and phone calls with Julien, their amazing sales person.

I wanted to pre-order a very new and hard to get camera, and among other stores, I decided to also try this one. I already had two older pre-orders for my camera with two other stores in different cities, but after reading some great reviews and trying chatting with their agents, I decided to also put a deposit here. And was I lucky I did.

Julien helped me put the order over the phone, and promised that he will do his best effort in getting the camera to me ASAP.

In a month's time, Julien called me again, to break the good news that my camera has arrived, and ready to be shipped. So we finalized the deal, and I made a comment to Julien that I've had some not so great experiences before with other camera stores, where I pay full price, and the store gives me a camera that was clearly used before. At least box opened and camera taken out once.

So since this is the first time I order an expensive item online, from a store that I never dealt with before, I was anxious.

But Julien delivered on every promise. Brand new camera, fantastic courier delivery with signature required, and offered to provide some goodies and accessories for my next purchase.

I am happy I made the decision to buy from this store, and I appreciate that Julien was the sales person that I interacted with. Five stars for you Julien:)

Had an amazing experience at Excellent Photo. Was helped by a gentleman named Marc-Olivier who was very patient with me during the whole purchase process of my new A7IV. Marc was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer to all of my questions. Would highly recommend both Excellent Photo and Marc from a customer service perspective, as well as from a product inventory perspective. Without either, I would not have my A7IV. Thank you!

Excellent purchase! Can't wait to actually use the lens the next time I am out with my camera. Lens quality and build really good and expected from Sigma.

Placed an order that I never received! Worse customer service after that, the employee kept giving excuses that her manager wasn't there and that I had to wait a week at least. By the end of the week I had to call back to hear the employee say that her manager who was out of the country talked to the courrier who said it was delivered at the door without signature. His conclusion, the courrier saying that they left a 500$ item at the door without signature was good enough proof for them and they have closed the case. I thank my credit card company who found the situation as dumb as the courrier and Excellent photo who provided me a refund. Never trust this type of seller, ridiculously shameful and unprofessional!

Called in advance to see if they had a product. They said they had it. Took a 15 min drive to go get it because I’d rather support local than buy from Amazon. I get there and they don’t have the product.they sell me a more expensive one for $20 (the one I asked for was $12) even though it’s the same thing. I guess time I’m using Amazon.

I bought Harman Kardon Esquire Mini 2 (HKESQUIREM2BRNAM), but I received Harman Kardon Esquire Mini (HKESWUIREMINIBRNAM). Moreover, it was open book. I bought new inventory.
I am trying to reach them, but they did not answer their phone and they did not return my voice message. I sent to them email also they did not reply. Their store is closed in September. I do not recommend shopping here.

My first experience with this store was great, however once I returned my item and when it came down to getting my refunds they've gone silent. Not Stellar service after all. Beyond disappointed.
