They ruined my nails, completely uneven nail shapes across my nails and the staff was super rude.

Super kind technicians. It was my first time going to a nail salon and they really made me feel at ease. I had a really good experience. Would really recommend. My mani and pedi were great. Tried SNS which was really cool.

This nail salon is the best in the city, hands down. They not only accommodate you and your time, but they have the best nails techs! I've been going there since 2019 to get SNS manicures and haven't looked back since (I used to do gel, and SNS is >>>>>>> better). Every single one of their employees is excellent; I constantly book my appointments with whoever is available, because I know I will be happy with the results. My nails last me for 3 weeks, and almost never break or crack. Could not recommend this salon more - they are simply fantastic and so friendly!

Andy is my nail technician, he is amazing and always polite i love his work and would recommend to anyone. I always get SNS.

I have been a regular at this salon for the past year. I have tried gel manicure, and dip powder; they were very good. I even tried their regular manicure, and it was always good. It would stay in a good shape for few days, if I take care of my nails. This time, I was very disappointed, the nail polish was old, dry and think. I stayed for 15 minutes at the salon after I'm done. I walked for 20 minutes to reach my place, in the chilly weather to let my nails even dry further. I went home didnt really do any hard work, just took a small nap, then an hour later I see one of the fingers is completely ruined: (. The others are fine. I payed 65+ tips. I'm not sure if Ill go there again. If i do, I will bring my own nail polish with me.

Je vais dans cet institut depuis 3 mois maintenant et le staff est adorable. Il est très facile d'avoir un rendez-vous ce qui est appreciable et à chaque fois, le service est à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je resterai une cliente fidèle c'est sûr! Je ne me vois pas aller ailleurs.

Would give zero stars if I could. Not only did the nail polish not cover the edges sufficiently, they also damaged my cuticles. As you can see, the skin is clearly irritated. Wouldn’t come here again…

Best pedicure services in the city! My tech took the time to thoroughly take care of me without ever skipping one step. I’ve had many pedicures before, but I don’t think i’d be going anywhere else after discovering this place.

This is by far the best manicure/pedicure service I have had in a Nail Salon in Montreal. I have been to inexpensive locations, swanky spas, and everything in between… but my manicurist was meticulous, and service was friendly and place is clean! My nails, nail bed polish look perfect - I will be back, this is my new go to spot!

If you've ever been intrigued by permanent eyeliner but are somewhat afraid, Ongles experts is the place to go. Martina does a fantastic job, it is a very mild procedure and has changed my life. No more mascara, smudgy eyes or messy makeup remover. A touch of lipstick and I'm ready to go. I highly recommend the procedure.

I have been getting my nails done with Le at Expert Nails for years now. I will never go anywhere other than here! The service is amazing, everyone is so friendly, they are very punctual, and they do an absolutely amazing job!

The receptionist was very polite with me when I had to cancel my first appointment due to snow squall. I rescheduled easily and she was very understanding over the phone. I look forward to going this week on Tuesday afternoon at 1pm.

My favorite place! They always accommodate, even with last minute appointments. The nail techs are amazing & their work is pure magic. I always go for the SNS manicure and I leave extremely happy with the results. Plus, my nails last without ever breaking or chipping? ️

Martina knows that lashes need to be placed individually, whether single or volume, lash by lash. Unlike other experiences I’ve had at other salons— my lashes done by Martina here @O. E. Grow out naturally over the course of 3-4 weeks and they do not itch. This is very important because other places tend to glue many of your lashes together and the problem with that is your lashes grow at different rates- so when they grow they can pull on each other and cause itchiness irritation and swelling which can lead to Lash baldness. I trust Martina with my lashes because so far I have been going for refill after refill, and I still look forward to going back.

I’m happy to spend my money on this service because it’s beyond the immediate result; it’s about having healthy clean and happy lashes 2 weeks, 3 weeks after it’s done. No complaints no complications, I cannot say enough how other places do not take these things into consideration.

Martina has a lot of experience in beauty, she also does all my waxing and I love to go here because she uses a special technique for waxing that ensures there are no pesky Ingrowns waiting to form. She makes sure the waxing removes the hairs entirely, while other places rip the hairs in half and leave you with broken hairs which cause ingrowns.

If you’re tired of spending money on lashes and waxing at other salons only to feel frustrated and discouraged by poor service and bad techniques leaving your eyes bald and bikini bumpy, fear no more — Go to Ongles Experts and ask for Martina to offer you her services. Personally I go to get my bikini fully waxed and my lashes filled every 2 weeks, mandatory, and I can see the difference in the results long term this is a quality service and I always look forward to going back.

Came to this salon as a fluke! Got my nails done yesterday somewhere completely different and was absolutely unsatisfied with their service I didn't even want to go back. I contacted expert nails and they were so accomodating! The gentleman did such an amazing job! I will be definitely be coming back!

I've been going to Ongles Experts for over 5 years and I can honestly say that it's the best experience I've ever had with any waxing or nail services. All the staff are extremely skilled at their work, friendly, and put the time/effort needed to make sure their client is happy. If you need a superstar for waxing, ask for Martina, she saved my damaged skin/hair with patience, skills, and a passion for helping her clients. She's also amazing at threading, eye brows or eyelashes. I highly recommend this Spa.

Extremely poor service. They will treat your hands really roughly, bending fingers every which way even when you tell them it hurts they will continue. Bad quality also, literally on the drive home one nail has a chipped top coat and cuticles are a mess.

Very good service. I usually get my SNS done there and they make it very impeccable. Clean and nice staff. Good availabilities also. Never waited for my appointment. Definitely will be my go to place from now on.

Been looking for a nice place to have powder dip nail enhancement and finally found this! I love their SNS powder nails and I go every 3-4 weeks!

I can only speak to a pedicure I took here but I was happy with the results. The nail technician was very detailed and gentle. The salon is quiet and overall I had a relaxing experience. Didn’t feel noisy or rushed at all. I paid around 35 dollars for a simple pedicure (no gel). The salon itself has a bunch of services from waxing to nail care etc.

Place is clean and everyone looks professional, but service is bad.went in for an acrylic fill, they rushed the entire process, i asked him to fix the shape since they were all uneven.he took 3 seconds to "fix" them.needed a fix on one nail and he made it super crooked and completely different shape than the rest.i asked for a very simple design and they couldn't do it so i had to leave and go somewhere else.price list said 25$ but they charged me more because my nails are "long". Another time i got forced into doing SNS and they were very rough and rushed everything.absolutely no attention to detail don't go here for acrylics

They are experts in a nail technique called "SNS", where they dip your nail in powder instead of painting it with polish. Makes your nails ultra strong and the color lasts forever!

I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else!

It has now been over 12 hours since I first came to Expert Nails to try SNS nails. For the past 12 hours, my nails have been incredibly painful and sore, to the point where I can barely hold my phone. Is the place nice and clean? Absolutely. Do my nails look good? For sure. But was it worth it? Absolutely not. The way the technician handled an electric file is absolutely horrendous - he thinned my nails down WAY too much to the point where I still cannot, more than half a day later, do anything normal with my hands. If you are thinking of booking an appointment, request for the most experienced technician who would NEVER use anything other than a traditional file on your real nails or hang up. I cannot even begin to think of how terrible and damaged my nails will be once I take this off.

Every month i go there to do my nails its my favorite place to go. It is an affordable place to do your nails and i i lo the people there.

This place is the best! I've been going to it for manicures and pedicures about twice a year for over ten years and I've never had a bad experience. The service is good, the prices are good, and the experience is great! My favourite nail place in all of Montreal.

Extremely rude personnel. I booked an appointment for my nails with a specific employee but when I got there she was busy with another customer which she started right before my appointment hour. They gave me another employee who did a very sloppy job and was very impolite. I totally do not recommend this place.

I always go to Lee, he's an expert has a great personality and does an excellent job I am always getting compliments on my nails!

I've been served by a few different people over the past 8 years for SNS and pedicures and everyone is very courteous and good at what they do. They have a lot of experience overall.

I was racially profiled, i went in to buy gift cards that includes 2 regular massage. Based on their website the price is $60 per massage, and the price is the same as of the post (6/28/2019). However the clerk at the front desk insist that the cost per massage is $70. I had to take my business elsewhere, the price was not the issue but the BS reason they gave me saying that the price went up to $70 a year age and their tech guy is having problems fixing the prices. When we're in the digital era when it takes less than 10 min to fully update a site.

I've been coming here for a few years now and there's a reason I come back, they do an incredible job every time. I always get exactly what I ask for. The staff is incredibly friendly and skilled. I have nothing but positive feedback to give. I recently got my lashes done for the first time ever and they are AMAZING. I highly recommend it!

Awful experience and even worse follow up! My wife had an SNS done about 2 weeks ago. Worst manicure I have ever seen, looked like mussels on her fingernails. She wrote a review here, and was told to call a number by someone in management. She called and the lady offered to remove the SNS for free and give a voucher for a pedicure (because the pedicures are actually great!). When my wife went in, they told her very rudely to remove the review or they would not remove the SNS. When my wife explained what she was told by the management, they pointed at the removing solution and told her to do it herself. Words cannot describe the rudeness. In the end they removed the mussels from her nails, but now the lady who offered the compensation is nowhere to be found, as the staff in the salon refused to give her the voucher she was promised. So we’re out $40 for an incredibly bad manicure that was removed after 2 days, her hands looked like bouillabaisse. Great job guys, great job.
